课堂上我任务是引导学生进入故事，让他自主地充任某一角色，让他感觉讲台上的一切水到渠成而非矫揉造作。
要达到这个境界当然需要用心地准备，台上一分钟，台下十年功。
备课的过程就是用心感受虚拟课堂的过程。
课堂的每一个环节必需提前感受到备课需要我备得天衣无缝。
工作是生命的存在动力，感兴趣的事情才干“用心”才干做好。
工作又是人的生活中很重要的一部分。
时间是物质运动的存在方式。
理想的工作是生命积极健康地存在条件。
除了能让我衣食无忧，还是重要的存在方式。
所以我要选择自己喜欢的工作，这样才干把工作当成生活的意义。
把工作做好活着才有价值，才有意义。
选择教师这一职业是因为我热爱。
和学生们一起会让我幸福，尤其喜欢和来自世界各地、不同国家的人交流，这会让我生活愉快和充实。

讨厌这个工作是由于先入为主的厌恶情绪阻止我喜欢它那么无妨先接受它经过一段时间你会慢慢喜欢上它就像你不喜欢灰色，如果各种原因让你无法选择自己喜欢的工作。
