7. 内容必须准确、清楚。不论是商品的价格还是商品的规格都应做到 准确无误,否则会带来不必要的损失与麻烦。
卖方收到英文订单电子邮件后必须进行确认。如果卖方无法提供 买方所需要的货物,则最好介绍一些适合对方的产品;如果买方所需 货物的价格和规格发生了变化,卖方则提出还价并建议买方接受,但 要注意,在拒绝接受订货时,措辞应谨慎,为日后可能进行的交易留 有余地。
