Typical operational conditions for successful operation of system is less than 75N. pulling force and less than 150mm deflection of rope between eyebolt supports. If the optional LED is fitted but is not used,ensure that the conductors remain coiled and tied to the tie hole in the LED flange.5.Every week: Check correct operation of system at locations along all coverage length. Check for nominal tension setting, re-tension rope if necessary. Every 6 months: Isolate power and remove cover. Check screw terminal tightness and check for signs of moisture ingress. 以PNOZ S4安全继电器为例:A1、A2是电源接线端子;S11和S12是安全通道1的接线端子;S21和S22是安全通道2的接线端子;S34是复位/启动接线端子;Y32是输出端子;13-14、23-24、33-34为三组安全常开触点;41-42为一组辅助常闭触点;PNOZ S4的两路安全通道,可以连接成单通道型(不带触点间短路检测)或者双通道型;双通道型又可以分为带触点间短路检测型和不带触点间短路检测型;下图是不带触点间短路检测的急停按钮接线方法:下图是带触点间短路检测的安全门及急停按钮的双通道接线原理图:下面来谈谈PNOZ s4的复位/启动功能。
该安全继电器支持如下几种复位/启动方式:自动复位/启动(automatic start);手动复位/启动(manual start);下降沿监测复位/启动(Mornitored start with falling edge);上升沿检监测复位/启动(Mornitored start with rising edge);带启动测试的复位/启动(Start with start-up test);在自动复位/启动(automatic start)模式下,当安全通道闭合后,安全继电器会自动就绪;在手动复位/启动(manual start)模式下,当安全通道闭合,并且启动电路闭合后,安全继电器会就绪;在下降沿监测复位/启动(Mornitored start with falling edge)模式下,当安全通道闭合,并且启动电路闭合然后断开后,安全继电器会就绪;在上升沿监测复位/启动(Mornitored start with rising edge)模式下,当安全通道闭合,并且启动电路闭合一定时间后,安全继电器会就绪;带启动测试的复位/启动(Start with start-up test)模式多用于安全门,安全继电器会检测门的打开与关闭的状态;可以通过PNOZ s4前面的模式选择按钮来设置模式,如下图模式选择开关的含义见下面的表格:复位电路的接线包括带反馈电路方式和不带反馈电路方式两种,其原理图如下。

1.5、安全继电器的作用:
1)安全继电器对输入的监控作用 一旦安全条件发生变化,安全继电器安全输出会瞬时做 出反应。 2)安全继电器对输出控制对象的反馈监控作用 控制对象在上次循环中出现了功能异常,安全继电器本 次不启动,直至隐患消除,再次检测,未发现功能异常后, 才启动--安全隐患不积累! 3)安全继电器对安全输出的保障作用 安全继电器的内部故障不会导致安全输出处于闭合状态。
当NC处于闭合状态时(无论是线圈失电,触点处于正常闭合,还 是线圈处于上电状态,但触点因粘连而处于异常状态),NO触点 必处于断开状态。

The device is installed in an AP 118 Control Module Box or an AP 641 Room Control Box. The bus is connected via a bus terminal block. The actuator electronics are supplied via the bus voltage.The RL 513D23 can switch resistive loads (e.g. electrical heaters, incandescent lamps, high voltage halogen lamps), inductive loads (e.g. motor, low voltage halogen lamps with intermediate conventional transform-ers), or capacitive loads (e.g. low voltage halogen lamps with intermediate electronic transformers).The actuator output may be configured independently to provide switching, manual override, forced con-trol, logical gate, and status reporting. 安全继电器技术领域本实用新型涉及电气控制技术领域,主要是在电气安全控制系统中使用的一种安全继电器。
背景技术具有安全要求的机器中,普通的继电器或者PLC被广泛地作为控制模块,对安全功能进行监控。
从表面看来,这样的机器在一定条件下也能够保证安全性。
但是,当普通的继电器和PLC由于自身缺陷或外界原因导致功能失效时(如触点熔焊、电气短路、处理器紊乱等故障),就会丢失安全保护功能,如电气急停拍下后,由于触点熔焊在一起而不能断开,导致操作者出现人身安全事故。
对于安全继电器,由于其使用两个强制导向继电器并联及内部逻辑电路,以实现电路冗余、多样的结构;安全输出1组辅助触点,可实现自我检测和监控;安全输出3组触点可实现反馈回路;两个继电器均为强制导向继电器,其内部有导向杆,保证有一组触点熔焊时,其余触点保持0.5mm 间距,是可靠的电气元件;以上这些安全措施,保证安全继电器在本身缺陷或外部故障的情况下,依然能够保证安全功能,并且可以及时的将故障检测出来,从而在最大程度上保证了整个安全控制系统的正常运行,保护了人和机器的安全。
实用新型内容本实用新型的目的是提供一种安全继电器,用于电气安全控制系统中,并且具有以下特点:继电器触点输出3组常开触点,1组常闭辅助触点;设置连接急停按钮、安全门开关和复位按钮的接线端子;状态指示灯;为外部接触器或继电器提供反馈控制循环。
电路中带有自我监控的冗余电路;即使有一个强制导向继电器损坏,安全功能仍然有效;在每个开关周期中通过正确的断开和闭合可以自动检测继电器的安全功能。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:(详见权利要求书)该实用新型外部需提供直流24V电源,可输出3组常开触点,为外部接触器或继电器提供反馈控制循环;1组常闭辅助触点,用以监控安全继电器安全功能是否正常。
在电气安全控制系统中使用安全继电器,连接相应接线端子后,即可实现安全回路的自我监控,且可以达到一定的电气安全等级要求。
