各种型号的铝电解电容器应用CD60型:CD60型铝电解电容器,70℃,非固体电解液,采用金属外壳,单向双焊片引出端,应用于50(60)HZ的单向交流电动机上做启动用,使电动机在较低的起动电流下能得到较高的转距。
单向电机主要应用在电冰箱,木工电刨,潜水泵,及一些机械电子设备中,他的前景比较广阔。

CD263/CD263X型:CD263/CD263X型铝电解电容器,105℃普通品/105℃缩体,圆柱型,金属外壳,单向引出,有极性,带有绝缘套管,D≥8mm有压力释放装置,可用于印制板,可用于彩色电视接收机,电子节能灯或其他电子设备。
CD17型CD17型铝电解电容器,55℃圆柱型,金属外壳,单向引出,引出方式为焊片式,带有绝缘套管,有压力释放装置,可用于印制板。
CD17型铝电解电容器,内部结构特殊,与普通铝电解电容器比较,具有体积甚小,电性能指标相当高等特点,它主要是摄影设备的内藏式闪光灯电路中,另外,该产品也可用于点焊,磁化电源,电磁形成,放电加工,汽车指示灯,电梯过度控制等。
CD117H型:CD117H型铝电解电容器,105℃低漏电,金属外壳,单向引出,带有绝缘套管,有极性,防暴方式分底壳防暴和橡皮圈防暴两种。
该产品具有漏电小,损耗角正切值小,性能稳定特点,可用于彩电,复印机,录象机,电脑主板中,产品尺寸基本符合彩电各彩电用低压产品要求,尽量考虑到各种整机的通用性。

c)过压(电压超过额定电压);(4)电容器不要用洗净剂洗净,但是在有必要洗净的情况下对d)施加反向电压或交流电压; 电容器进行洗净,必须在产品规格书规定范围内进行。
e)使用于反复多次急剧充放电的电路中。
(5)对有必要洗净的电容器,洗净时,必须确认以下内容:另:1、在电路设计时,请选用与机器寿命相当的电容器. a)洗净剂污染管理(电导率,PH值,比重,水分等);2、机器性能有特殊要求时,可与研发人员探讨,制造适用的特规电容. b)洗净后,不能保管在洗净液环境中及密闭容器中,要采用(2)电容器外壳,辅助引出端子与正负以及电路析间必须完全隔离。
(最高使用温度以下的)热风干燥印刷电路板及电容器,使之(3)当电容器套管的绝缘不能保证时,在有绝缘性能特定要求的地方, 不残留洗净液成份.请不使用。

Consequently, the factor of temperature (ambient temperature and internal heating due to ripple current) is the most critical to electrolytic capacitor life. The effect of voltage on capacitor life is negligible, especially for low voltage electrolytic capacitors.
