症状一文体格式混乱【表现】读了作文要求之后，提笔就写——明明要求写一封表达建议的书信，结果写成了议论文；或者明明要求写说明文，偏偏写成了记叙文；或者总算文体没有弄错，结果写通知误用日记的格式，写书信又误用通知的格式。

【症结】平时缺乏作文文体方面的针对性训练，对英语作文的几种常用文体及其相应的写作格式不熟悉，拿到写作材料习惯性地对写作要求一扫而过，提笔就写自己最熟悉的格式。

【突破之道】明确文体和对应格式常用文体有记叙文、说明文、议论文还有应用文等。

近几年的高考书面表达多以应用文为主，提供的形式多以图画、提纲、表格出现，书写的格式大都是书信、通知。

所以，同学们应该掌握书信的称呼、开头、正文、结尾、签名等方面，另外，口头通知和书面通知的不同要清楚。

总之，同学们应根据写作提示分析材料，明确写作文体和其相应的格式。

症状二时态人称混乱【表现】作文时，时态和人称运用混乱——时态方面，要么整篇文章都是一种时态（以一般现在时、一般过去时居多），要么就是一段甚至一句话中出现三种以上的时态；人称方面，要么文章开头是第一人称，写到文中甚至文末就成了第二、第三人称，要么前面是单数人称，写着写着就变成复数人称。

【症结】英语基础知识不牢固，对英语中时态和人称所代表的含义及其运用掌握不足，因此无法根据文体来选择正确的时态和人称而滥用或者混用。

一、答题应试技巧牢记“一式、两头、三写、四关”的应试要诀。

具体如下：1. 注重审题，对写的内容做到心中有数。

首先，应通过审题明确文章的体裁。

其次，应注重时态及语态，认真琢磨其内容的英语表达方式，避免汉式英语。

最后着手写时要注意分段。

3. 在表达清晰明了的前提下适当使用有把握的复杂结构和高级词汇。

4. 注重英语习惯，使所写句子准确地道，注意表达时的切换，避免汉式英语。

5. 注重开头和结尾的技巧。

6. 新标准对写作的要求增加了情感因素，所以发挥自己的观点时注重思想性，力图提高文章思想内涵。

7. 注重书写，追求卷面美观。

书面表达属于主观性试题，阅卷老师的主观印象直接关系到考生的得分高低。

8. 通读全文，检查疏漏。

忌：书写潦草、单词模糊不清、左右明显不齐、随意涂改、缺乏分段、字数太多或太少。

二、考生要想“取悦”于阅卷老师应注意以下几个要点1. 外在美：字（字迹、字数、字体、字距）；版面（整洁，忌超格、污迹、涂黑）。

2. 结构美：分段（最好三段）一篇好的文章应有合理的段落层次，让人感觉条理清晰。

每一段应有一个主题句和几个支撑句。

写好首段是关键（开头写得好是获得高分的基础）；深化充实中间拓展段（要紧紧围绕主题展开，不能涉及无关内容。

把好结尾关（好的结尾能起画龙点睛作用。

结尾段写法很多：可以对前文观点发表看法，明确表明自己的立场和态度；也可以回到文章的开头段提出的中心论点上，达到再次肯定和强调的效果。

该写作分为两部分：第一部分要求用约30个词概括所给短文的要点，文体主要以记叙文，议论文或说明文为主。

Once upon a time in a land far away，there was a wonderful old man who loved every－thing. Animals, spiders, insects...One day while walking through the woods the nice old man found a cocoon (茧) of a butterfly.
