《导游情景英语》教学大纲一、课程性质与内容本课程是面向旅游管理专业的专业课程。

是一门实用型选修课程,面向旅游行业第一线,旨在培养学生较强的旅游接待能力,能够为将来成为高素质技能型旅游行业英语人才打下基础。

三大技能并重,即语言技能,知识技能和职业应用技能.通过系统学习旅游涉及的英语词汇,会话, 及旅游知识, 使学生了解旅游接待所包含项目和分类,掌握一定旅游知识, 提高旅游会话能力, 及提高其它涉及旅游的讲解演示能力及口译笔译能力.在本课程结束时, 能就不同的旅游情景进行恰当的交谈, 能就旅游话题及名胜古迹进行连贯介绍表达, 语音语法基本正确, 语言基本得体。

二、教学内容及要求本课程内容可根据旅游业职业岗位要求整合分为四个部分。

第一部分:导游业务服务程序,包括介绍、对话、实用训练。

第二部分:导游业务中常见的预防和对突发事件的应急处理,包括案例、分析、对话和实用训练。

第三部分:中国历史文化、社会、宗教等一般性知识,包括课文和问题。

第四部分:国内著名景点详细介绍及编写导游词,包括如何描述景点、景点描述的范例、问题和实用训练。

四个部分每一章节后都附有大量的练习题,强调通过练习来学习。

同时给出一些热点导游问题。

这些问题都来自于实践,都是旅游从业人员应该掌握和学习的重要知识。

具有很强的针对性和时代感。

实训是教学重点,因此要查找资料,搭建实训教学体系,具体操作如下:有计划分步骤进行实践教学,开学初班级分组,鼓励合作学习,同学互评,突出“学以致用”, 针对教材一些相对不足之处,将长对话挑重点改为导游解说词,补充更实用的单元或内容。

《导游英语》课程标准一、课程定位本课程是商务英语专业和应用英语专业的公共选修课程。

本课程将导游理论与实践紧密结合,既具有其先进性和前沿性又充分体现了实用性,即在适当介绍理论的同时,又将侧重点放在导游语言知识和技能的实际课堂教学上。

通过本课程的教学,使学生了解掌握导游英语的理论与实践,具备从事外经、外贸、外事等工作的相关素质;具有外事陪同翻译、涉外导游的基本能力;为学生走向相关岗位顺利开展工作打下良好的基础,对职业能力的培养和职业素养的养成具有重要的促进作用,因此,本课程对实现专业培养目标起着积极的促进辅助作用,对学生职业能力培养和职业素养养成起着明显促进作用。

该课程的前导课程包括听、说、读、写等英语基础课程外,后续课程有《商务英语阅读》、《商务英语听说》、《商务英语口语与实训》等课程。

二、课程教学目标本课程的教学目标是培养学生对导游英语的学习,熟悉和了解导游的基本知识及基本流程,从而具备相关岗位素质,为以后从事外经、外贸、外事等工作而提高自身素质。

具体量化为以下三个方面:1、基本知识教学目标(1)了解及掌握在导游业务相关知识及相关法规。

(2)掌握在特定旅游场景中的工作流程及语言运用、语言技巧,其内容涉及迎接客人、吃、住、行、游、购、娱和欢送客人8个方面的工作程序及相关语言。

(3)熟悉及掌握与实际导游工作密切相关的旅游专题。

2、职业能力培养目标(1)掌握导游业务相关知识,对本行业的相关发展动态有一定的了解。

(2)掌握涉外导游的基本技能,包括业务技能及相应语言运用技能。

能够熟练运用得当的语言。

(3)通过教学,使学生掌握涉外导游的基本理论和基本方法,并能针实际工作需求,将涉外导游理论与实践相结合,从而培养学生对涉外导游实践的认识、思考、判断、分析、设计和研究能力。

(4)具备导游相关素质,结合工作实践的需求,不断找出自身不足,完善能力。

导游英语口语课程教学大纲一、教学对象本课程的教学对象是兴安职业技术学院旅游英语学院的学生。

二、教学目标本课程是旅游管理专业的实用型职业基础课程,面向旅游行业第一线,进一步培养学生的英语听、说及翻译能力,使学生具有较强的运用旅游英语进行交际的综合能力,同时培养学生较强的旅游接待能力,能够为将来成为高素质技能型的旅游行业英语人才打下基,达到从事一般旅游业所需的英语水平,并具备必要的旅游专业知识;提高作为旅游工作者的基本素质,具有较强的旅游交际能力和团队协作精神,以及不懈的创新意识。

三、教学要求通过系统学习旅游涉及的英语词汇和会话,使学生能听懂日常英语会话,抓住要点和有关细节,领会讲话者的观点,态度和要求;能用英语进行一般的日常会话,对于旅游服务用语熟练掌握,表达思想比较清楚,语音、语调基本正确;了解导游接待所包含的项目和分类,掌握一定旅游知识,提高旅游会话能力及提高导游口译能力。

在本课程结束时,能就不同的旅游情景进行恰当的交谈,能就旅游话题进行连贯的介绍,语音语法基本正确,语言基本得体。

四、教学内容本课程采用教材为高等教育出版社2009年出版的《导游英语口语》,由关肇远主编。

全书共20单元,其主要内容包括有关中国历史、社会、文化、宗教等一般知识;帮助客人预订、设计行程、介绍市内交通、接受投诉、处理应急、机场送客等导游员的职责;以及我国改革与开放、基本国策和旅游业发展等20个场景;以及模拟阿尔山旅游景点和在阿尔山景点实训等内容。

五、教学安排作为旅游英语专业必修课,本课程开设一学年。

按教学计划规定,安排在第四、五两个学期开设,每学期学时62学时。

六、测试测试是检查教学大纲执行情况、评估教学质量的一种有效手段,是获取教学反馈信息的主要来源之一,是改进教学工作的重要依据。

本课程在考核学生的英语语言基础知识的同时,按大纲要求着重考核学生实际运用语言的能力。

每学期按本大纲要求进行测试,采用多种考核形式:期终考试70%(包括情景模拟导游40%、书面测试30%),采用平时成绩30%(包括课堂表现20%、作业5%、出勤5%),其中课堂表现中个人表现5%、业务展示5%、小组讨论5%、小组报告5%。

《导游英语》教学大纲一、课程名称:导游英语二、总学时和学分数:72学时4学分三、先修课程:导游基础知识、导游实务、广西导游基础知识四、本课程的性质与目的“导游英语”课程是涉外旅游专业和旅游英语专业的专业核心主干课程之一,是从事旅游业服务工作的一门必修课。

导游英语对促进学生掌握较扎实的英语语言基础知识、具有较强的英语语言交际和综合运用能力、培养运用所学专业英语进行沟通、涉外导游、涉外接待的能力,实现涉外旅游和旅游英语专业的人才培养目标起到积极的推进作用。

能够满足国际旅行社、旅游公司、大型风景名胜区、涉外酒店接待部门等旅游企事业单位对从业人员的要求。

我们以旅游行业为依托,以导游服务岗位(群)需要为依据,对本课程定位为,以本课程为专业外语能力提升的中坚力量,使学生全面掌握导游英语语言知识、技巧,培养语言运用能力,学会经典线路、景点的英文导游讲解,培养学生从事涉外导游接待的实践能力,并为学生进一步学习其他专业英语课程和从事涉外导游实践工作奠定良好的基础。

五、本课程的教学对象本课程适用于高职高专旅游英语、涉外旅游专业学生。

六、本课程教学内容:以工作过程为导向,以项目为线索,依据技能训练目标划分学习情境,具体分为九个学习情境,即认识涉外导游工作、准备出团、接站、安排入住、陪同游览、送站、处理突发事件、设计线路及实战训练,分别对应英文导游的职业意识培养、欢迎、接待、讲解、欢送等工作流程(详见下表)。

每个情境中理论与实践相结合,课堂内模拟与实地教学相促进,在参观游览服务情境中的广西景点介绍部分充分利用当地旅游资源优势,以实地教学为主,而全国景点介绍情境则以仿真虚拟为主,融合沿途讲解、定点讲解的特点,整体课程为学生搭建仿真、虚拟及真实的导游讲解训练平台。

本课程情境理论教学模块:情境一:认识涉外导游工作(2学时)教学目的与要求:熟悉旅行社的运作方式,比较旅行社中导游工作的异同,并总结出导游工作的一般工作流程,明确行业用人的标准,明确学习方向。

《导游英语》教学大纲(38课时)一、课程性质和任务本课程是旅游英语专业学生的核心职业能力模块的课程。

本课程主要任务是培养、训练学生在旅游工作环境下英语听、说、读、写、译语言能力;并掌握系统的旅游、导游基础知识;熟悉了解国内外丰富的旅游资源。

该课程通过听、说、读、写、讨论、解决问题和角色扮演等教学手段培养学生从事旅游或涉外旅游管理专业所需的英语听力、口语、阅读理解和写作的基本专业英语技能。

通过教学,不仅要让学生全面了解旅游行业服务人员在各种相关涉外工作背景下,如:机场、旅行社、导游、酒店等常见的规范英语表达范例和常用表格、旅游文书写作指南,还要让学生从多角度了解中国灿烂的传统文化精髓。

此外,还应注重对学生进行中西方文化知识拓展和综合素质训练所涉及的知识结构,如:历史文化,民族民俗风土人情和社交礼仪等知识。

二、课程教学目标1.本课程的教学总目标:使学生掌握基本的听、说、阅读、翻译、口语等技能,为学习专业知识、掌握专业技能、提高英语整体水平打下基础,并注意培养学生用英语思考的习惯,提高学生在旅游语境中运用英语的综合技能。

2. 基本知识教学目标:1)掌握基本的听力、阅读、口语、写作、翻译等技能。

2)在旅游语境中对话和翻译的训练。

3. 能力教学目标:1)听力能力要求:能基本听懂正常语速(每分钟120-160个单词)的一般旅游活动中的电话、对话等,并能结合具体语言环境,理解所听内容的深层含义,把握说话者的态度和意图。

2)阅读能力要求:能读懂中等难度的旅游英语文章,了解作者的观点和态度。

阅读速度为每分钟100-140个单词,理解准确率在75%以上。

3)口语能力要求:能用英语熟练在各种旅游工作场景下与相关人士沟通,解决问题。

语音、语调正确,语流连贯顺畅,表达基本得体。

4)写作能力要求:能够运用所学语言知识,写出符合国际旅游惯例、格式规范的一般性旅游实用文书等。
