功能原理
描述
带变频器的电子单元(1)控制电机(2)。电机通过蜗杆(3)转动输出轴(4),输出轴(4)通过 轴衬驱动传动装臵或是阀杆(5)。 信号齿轮驱动轴(6)将蜗杆(3)的运动转移到信号齿轮(7)。经信号齿轮减速后驱动电位器或是 电磁式行程传感器(8)。 电子单元通过电位器或是电磁式行程传感器的不同位臵来识别输出轴的不同位臵,进而识别被控阀门 的位臵。完全依照进程的要求来控制电机。 电子式的力矩检测(TD)。

概述
本手册中适用的设备是专门为工业应用而设计的安装部件。它们遵循公认的工程准则。 所有同运输、装配、安装、调试、维护、和修理相关的工作必须由合格的工作人员来执行。 本文安全操作说明中的合格工作人员是指所有经过工厂认可的、能够遵循安全技术标准完成所需任 务,并能发现和避免潜在危险的人员。他们必须十分熟悉使用说明书中的警告标识和安全操作说明。 根据相关规定,例如 EN 50110-1(以前为 DIN VDE 0105)或 IEC 60364-4-47(VDE 0100 470 部份), 禁止使用不合格的工作人员来进行与电气安装有关的工作。 正确的运输,恰当的存储、安装,同小心谨慎的调试一样,都是确保执行机构无故障、安全操作的基 本要素。 本产品的应用受限于 IEC 61800-3,可能会对周围环境产生无线电干扰。如果产生干扰,可能需要采 取进一步的措施。

控制报警图标,图4.5是在远程控制系统保持一个有效的ESD或联锁信号(ESD、联锁功能或使用条件控制)实际存在时显示。
在ESD或联锁信号实际存在时,就地和远程操作将被禁止。

按标准,红灯表示阀门打开,黄灯表示在中间,绿灯表示阀门关闭。开阀和关阀指示灯的颜色可根据需要进行翻转。

主电源关闭后,液晶显示器由电池供电,继续显示执行器的阀位。无论何种情况,电池都不向背景灯和阀位指示灯供电。

液晶显示屏有两种阀位指示方式:
1.阀位 - 动力电源接通
2.阀位- 动力电源断开
动力电源接通后,执行器液晶显示屏的淡黄色背景灯和一个指示阀位的指示灯也将点亮,显示屏上可看到阀门打开的百分数或表示行程末端的符号。
如果需要进一步有关RotorkIQ系列执行器的资料和指南,我们将根据需要提供。
如果执行器不能立即安装,则应将它保存在一个干燥的地方,直到准备接线。
如果执行器已安装好,但还没有接线,那么建议您将电缆入口的塑料塞换成缠有聚四氟乙烯的密封金属塞。
如无意外,Rotork产品的双密封结构能很好地保护内部的电气元件。

智能电动执行机构使用说明书重庆川仪M8500/M8600系列一、简要说明:驱动采用变频控制三相电机,在蜗杆轴上安装脉冲传感器能检测速度和旋转方向,当手轮抬起为电动,放下为手动。
在执行机构安装到位后,须把最上面的排油螺栓用随机配备的排气塞替换。
三、调整方法: Remote :远程控制 O/S :不能操作 Local :就地操作和设置将模式选择开关置于“Local ”位置,长按或点按“mode/stop ”按钮,可进入或退出各级菜单,按“+/-”按钮可在同级菜单内选择。
设置时,当执行机构在最小调节范围内,显示器会显示4条线“————”,超过最小调节范围,就会由线变化为“□□□□”。
进入P1.10(ADJUST-C )设定关向,P1.9(ADJUST-O)设定开向,使用“+/-”按钮设置新参数,然后短按“stop/mode ”按钮,如果参数已改变,显示器将显示静态的“SAVE ”,保存新值,则点按“stop/mode ”按钮,“SAVE ”闪烁,指示存储,如要取消,则点按+/-按钮,再点按“stop/mode ”按钮返回。
一、简要说明:电动操作无需检查相位,顺时针旋转红色旋钮至就地,黑色旋钮操作开和关,逆时针旋转红色旋钮则停止运行。
远程控制只能用于开和关,但顺时针旋转红色旋钮仍可使执行器停止运行。
用设定器操作时≡:打开Ⅰ:关闭 二、接线方式::向下显示下一个功能一行循环显示 +/-:减少/改变显示的功能或选项 。
初级设定:进入保护口令,按,用+/-翻转口令,显示正确的口令(默认Id )后按确认键。
此时将出现两个“设定”条,并始终显示在每个功能的屏幕上。
初级功能:C1:关阀方向(C :顺时针关,A :逆时针关)C2:关阀方式(Ct :力矩关,CL 限位关)C3:开阀方式(Ot :力矩开,OL:限位开)TC:关阀力矩值(40%-99%)TO :开阀力矩值(可参考执行器铭牌上额定值) LC 设定关阀限位(手动将阀门全关后,可向开阀方向旋转手轮最多一圈,按确认键,两个黑色线条闪烁,全关指示灯点亮,关阀限位设定完毕,显示屏显示全关符号。

b) 对照技术参数:请对照一下技术参数是否与你需要的一致。

3)其它检查项目1) 检查电动执行器底座与阀门上部凸缘的尺寸是否符合,螺栓,驱动轴,FDC,是否有任何不同(HQ电动执行器符合ISO 5211安装标准)2) 用户可以直接安装电动执行器于阀门或者根据使用者的环境设置用支架及连接器来连接3)检查并确认HQ电动执行器是否与90度旋转的阀门适度的结合,不要过紧跟过松4)将离合器网朝手轮方向拉起后转动手轮,顺时针方向为关,逆时针方向为开,检查并确定阀门方向是否与操作方向一致。
c.安装完成后,限位开关之设定a.在离合系统拉起后,利用手轮将阀门与电动执行器置于关的位置。
b.将上凸轮的螺闩松开,然后确定凸轮与微开关之连接。
在确定限位开关为关的位置后,将上凸轮与螺闩旋紧。
c.利用手轮将阀门与电动执行器置于开的位置,将下凸轮的螺闩松开,并确定凸轮与微开关接触,然后再旋紧凸轮的固定螺闩☞请勿触碰力矩开关的制动装置(机械制动装置),为了安全因素出厂前已设定好。

适用于启闭件做直线运动的阀门,如闸阀、截止阀、隔膜阀、闸门、水闸阀等。

Although the cause of degradation of insulation has not been clarified, it has been found that the failure rate varies greatly between static uses (DC voltage application) and dynamic uses (pulse voltage application). Like other electrical components, piezoelectric actuators can be affected by humidity as well as applied voltage and ambient temperature. KEMET has added the metal sealed piezoelectric actuators featuring high reliability by eliminating the effects of the ambient atmosphere.This section describes reliability guidelines for static and dynamic usage of the resin coated type actuators. Reliability of our multilayer piezoelectric actuators is represented by MTTF (mean time to failure) in case of static usage.DC Voltage ApplicationThe acceleration factors have been obtained empirically for each of the drive voltage, ambient temperature and relative humidity based on many experimental results. The MTTFr in actual applications is estimated using equation (1) below with MTTFs observed under accelerated conditions as the reference value. This phenomenon is explained as a result of the humidity factor elimination caused by the self-heating.Since the self-heating value is affected by multiple factors such as the element’s shape, pulse waveform and frequency, it is difficult to estimate the actual rising value. Therefore, the life of the actuator cannot be determined by using an equation, unlike the case of DC voltage applications.When testing the AE0203D08DF part, there was no failure confirmed after 500 hours end of the pulse driving test. (500 Hz, 0 – 150 V rectangular pulse).Users should be careful about the influence of physical damage which can be caused by the fixing method of the element and/or the driving conditions.User’s GuideFixing Method• Carefully prevent the piezoelectric actuators from being bent, twisted or applied tensile force.• Install the actuator so that the center axis of the generated displacement is aligned with the center axis of the load.• Epoxy-based adhesives are recommended for bonding. Select adhesives that have high rigidity and allow for medium thickness so that the generation force and displacement cannot be deteriorated. Also, do not form adhesives on the side of the actuator.• When thermosetting resin is used, perform polarizing treatment (see caution section) after the adhesive is settled.• The resin coated type is weak to the tensile force due to its structure and may be broken when tensile forces are applied onto the device. Using the device in the state that constantly applies compression is effective against any mechanical damage. Otherwise, the internal piezoelectric ceramicelement may be damaged.•If the actuator is exposed to high temperatures above 100°C or if used after long storage periods (more than three months), the device should be polarized by using the circuit configuration and conditions shown at right.• Do not apply voltage exceeding maximum rating voltage, or rapid charging and discharging.• Do not use the actuator in high concentrations of highly inflammable gas.• Align the center axis of displacement of the actuator with the center axis of the mechanical load.• When operated, the transient response time of the actuator should be less than 1/3 of the resonant frequency in order to prevent damage by ringing.• Store the resin coated type (AE series) preferably in a dry atmosphere (desirably below 40% RH) at ordinary temperatures (-5˚C to +40˚C). Avoid condensation on the product’s surface.• Store actuators where there is no vibration.•Handle products properly as industrial waste. HQ 系列角行程电动执行机构使用手册
1.0 概述
HQ 系列电动执行机构为 90º旋转的阀门提供了可靠有效的控制,如球阀,蝶 阀及风门挡板等。
警告:在电动阀门正常使用的环境中,一定要注意安全,因管道中有高温 高压、易燃易爆的介质,且电动执行机构上有强电电压。
警告:需要严格按照本手册的要求正确的储存、接线、调试、保养,否则 会导致电动执行机构的损坏,甚至于设备报废。
¾ 将接线端子 9,10 的接线交换。 ¾ 将接线端子 11,12 的接线交换。
如果有 PCU 卡:
¾ 将 PCU 板上电位器输入端子 P1(橙色)和 P3(灰色)的接线交换。 ¾ 将指示器的指向改变(仅适用于 HQ200 和 300)。 ¾ 用自动校准功能重新校准。
13.0 润滑
HQ 系列执行机构密封的齿轮传动组是用 EP 类型或其他优质润滑脂进行润 滑的,这样可以很长时间不用加油。定期的保养可以延长电动执行机构的 使用寿命。
电动执行机构应存放在干净、凉爽及干燥的地方。存放时,电动执行机构 的上盖必须盖好,电气接线口也必须封好。必须将其离地面放置以免浸水, 最好使用一个密封的防尘罩封好。

本系列执行机构通过红外设定器而无需打开电子端盖即可进行查询和调试;使用红外设定器,即使在爆炸危险区域,可安全、快捷地对力矩值、限位等相关参数进行设定。
执行机构自带电池,无论执行机构外接动力电源是否接通,参数的设定和调整均可完成。
提供标准诊断功能,可对控制信号、阀门和执行机构的状态进行诊断,并通过执行机构显示屏上的图标和文字来显示。
2、安全执行机构的电气安装、维护及使用应按照国家相关安全性的法律、法规来进行。
在爆炸危险区域内,禁止用导电、导热体接触执行机构,除非进行经特殊允许的工作,否则应切断动力电源,将执行机构卸下并移到非危险区域进行维修或保养。
只有经过培训的、有经验的、能够胜任的人员才可被允许安装、维护和修理这些执行机构,并按照手册中的介绍进行工作。
警告电机温度:电机使用的表面极限温度可达130℃。
电机温度保护旁路:如果执行机构设置为电机温度保护旁路,则在使用ESD功能时,爆炸性危险区域的认证无效。
外壳材料:外壳为铝合金,紧固件为高强度不锈钢螺栓,过渡法兰为铸铁材料。
用户必须保证其操作环境及任何执行机构外围材料的安全性不受影响,在适当的情况下用户必须根据操作环境对执行机构进行必要的保护。
3、贮存执行机构贮存时应保持干燥,本产品的双密封结构能很好地保护内部的电气元件。
调试执行机构无需打开任何电子箱盖。
如果由于用户打开电子箱盖而使执行机构受到损坏,本公司将不承担任何责任。
每台执行机构在出厂前都已经过全面检测,如果安装、调试和密封适当,则可提供多年无故障运行。
4、外观说明4.1电池腔执行机构电池腔内部安装了9V 电池,可在动力电源缺失的情况下,提供执行机构所需的工作电源(该模式下无法进行动力操作)。
电池电压不足时会出现电池告警,此时需要打开密封盖,更换腔内部的电池,手/自动切换手柄显示界面操作手轮旋钮电机接线腔电缆入口电池腔更换完毕重新旋紧密封盖,注意闭合良好。
4.2电机电机提供执行机构开关阀的动力,根据执行机构型号不同,电机功率、形状大小有所不同。
4.3接线腔和电缆入口参见“7、执行机构接线要求”4.4手轮和手/自动切换手柄执行机构具有操作手轮和手/自动切换手柄,使得在调试维护时出现动力电源缺失或控制电路故障等情况下可以进行手动操作。
进行手轮操作前,先将功能旋钮(红钮)放在“停止”或“就地”位置,压下切换手柄至手动位置(压手柄的同时需慢慢转动手轮,以便使离合器挂上档);挂上手动档后,松开手柄,手柄会靠弹簧的作用回复到原始位置,但内部的离合器已锁定在手动位置,这时转动手轮就会带动输出轴转动,实现手动操作。
执行机构采用电动优先设计,当电机转动时,离合器会自动切换到电动操作位置。
4.5旋钮面板上有两个旋钮,红色为功能旋钮,可以进行远程(REMOTE)、停止(STOP)、就地(LOCAL)位切换,黑色为操作旋钮,通过两个旋钮组合可以实现就地操作执行机构动作。
若进行就地操作,需要将功能旋钮置于“就地”位置,然后用操作旋钮对执行机构进行控制。
就地操作有“点动”、“保持”两种工作方式,可由红外设定器进行设定。
下面具体说明点动和保持工作方式:点动工作方式:将操作旋钮旋到关闭位置,并保持不动,此时执行机构向关闭方向运动,一旦放开操作旋钮,旋钮会自动回到原始位置,关闭方向的运动则马上停止,将操作旋钮旋到打开位置,执行机构向打开方向运动,一旦放开操作旋钮,打开方向的运动则马上停止。
保持工作方式:操作旋钮旋至关闭位置后,即使松开旋钮使之回到原始位置,执行机构仍保持向关闭方向动作;操作旋钮旋至打开位置后,即使松开旋钮使之回到原始位置,执行机构仍一直向打开方向运动。
旋钮设定参数说明将功能旋钮旋至“STOP”位置,然后将操作旋钮右旋一下松开,再将黑色旋钮左旋一下后松开,将入菜单。
(此功能需在出厂之前设定好,如需此功能请在订货时特殊说明)“向下”操作:将操作旋钮向左旋住,超过一秒以后再松开;“向右”操作:将操作旋钮向右旋住,超过一秒以后再松开;“减少”操作:将操作旋钮向左旋住,立即松开;“增加”操作:将操作旋钮向右旋住,立即松开;“取消”操作:将功能模式旋钮由“STOP”位置旋到“REMOTE”位置,“取消”操作完成之后再旋回“STOP”位置“确认”操作:将功能模式旋钮由“STOP”位置旋到“LOCAL”位置,“确认”操作完成之后再旋回“STOP”位置4.6显示界面执行机构显示屏清晰度高、对比度高、LED背光亮、标识符简洁易懂。
同时绿、黄、红色LED灯指示阀位状态。
详情如下图所示:电池电量不足警告:内部电池电量不足,请立即更换电池。
缺相告警:检测到输入三相电源缺相。
综合告警:表示运行过程中产生故障,此时直接按红外设定器的确认键,察看具体告警内容。
5、驱动轴套的加工5.1非推力型基座1)将执行机构倒向一侧(以有利于拆卸为准),卸下两个固定底座的螺栓,将带有轴承部件的驱动轴套卸下(如图一)。

4)清洁加工好的驱动轴套及拆卸下的其它部件,按照上述相反的步骤将驱动轴套,基座同执行机构主体装配好,装配时要注意将输出轴上的驱动爪与驱动轴套上表面的槽对正(轴承组件必须装填润滑脂)。
5.2推力型基座1)将执行机构倒向一侧(以有利于拆卸为准),卸下两个固定底座的螺栓,将带有轴承部件的驱动轴套卸下。
取下驱动轴套两端的推力轴承(如图三)。
图三2)根据阀杆螺纹尺寸在驱动轴套上加工相对应的内螺纹。
3)清洁好加工好的驱动轴套及拆卸下的其它部件,按照上述相反的步骤将驱动轴套,基座同执行机构主体装配好,装配时要注意将输出轴上的驱动爪与驱动轴套上表面的槽对正(轴承组件必须装填润滑脂)。
6、执行机构的机械安装在组装前,要确保阀门的稳固。
否则,由于头重脚轻,有可能不稳。
如有必要,或执行机构重量较重时,可将执行机构用吊装设备吊起来,以便安装。
安装应在经过培训及有经验的人员指导下进行,尤其要确保吊装时的安全。
警告●执行机构驱动轴套与阀杆全部啮合之前,或执行机构与阀门的法兰吻合之前,执行机构应完全被支撑起来!!执行机构与阀门连接的紧固件(螺栓、螺钉)应符合国标8.8级,屈服强度不小于628MPa。
●对于已组装好的阀门和执行机构整体,在搬运时应吊阀门而不能吊执行机构!!6.1与明杆阀门的安装6.1.1非推力型基座的安装非推力型驱动轴套加工完毕装回,即可随执行机构与阀门装配。
