摘要
“拼车”是基于人们达同一目的地或相近目的地需求从而共享车辆的现象。它的出现很大程度解决了有车一族和无车一族的烦恼,同时也促进和谐社会和低碳环境的建设。可谓是一举双得。通过拼车车主提供汽车,乘客来分担路费。这样不仅解决了车主开车费用过高问题,而且让拼友在费用可以接受的范围内享受了普通公交以及的士无法提供的便利。拼车应用的范围可谓五花八门,对于上班族来说,它很好的解决了他们上下班高峰期打车难问题,对于旅游族来说,他很好的解决了旅游途中转车等车等棘手的问题。更为重要的是“拼车”在生态环境以及缓解城市交通方面所起的作用,通过拼车可以有效的利用私家车的空间,减少马路上行驶的私家车的数量,从而减少废气的排放,缓解日益严重的温室效应。同时由于马上行驶车辆的减少,日益严重的城市交通拥堵现象也可以得以缓和。
