for this position?
Because I have 6 years experience of SAP implementation. I am familiar with MM, SD module. I took part in 15 projects in the past, such as Haier upgrade project, Changhong project, Schnider project etc. So, I believe I am qualified for this position.

I think the most impressive
project is Haier HGVS, which is still during its
implementation. HGVS means Global Value-add System, it covers 32 production
companies, 8 logistics companies and 42 sales distributions
inside
Haier, with PP, MM, FICO, SD and SRM. It has about 300 members
of the
whole
project. I am the leader of MM model procurement
team. This team has 34. My main job is to design roadmap of global material purchase
and do team administration, for example
VMI(vender management inventory) procurement design ,mass strategic
material procurement design. VMI is fulfilled
by the combining
of SAP and outside systems. SAP system generates
the general
requirement, while outside systems operate
requirement analysis according
to production plan, which will be issued to the vender in different intervals
. And then the vender will deliver the goods to production station.
14、. What is the most difficult part of this project?
I think, in the project administration, the most difficult part is change control and team
coordination,
