I think it a good idea ,because it is a effective way to solve the employment pressure . Besides ,there exist many examples to show that the villages develop faster with the effort of graduates . So ,what benefit can the students and villages gain from each other ?

For the graduates ,they are able to improve their management ability in this stage ,and realize many their own thoughts which are beneficial to the development of villages .
