分层次布置作业,即根据学生的个性、心理特征、学习动机、兴趣、习惯、接受能力和学习成绩等方面的情况,将学生划分为A、B、C三个层次。
当然,这三个层次的学生的划分,并不是固定不变的,而是实施动态管理,要根据学生学习成绩的变化,适时对学生的分组进行调整。
一、分层次确立教学目标课堂教学目标的设计应具有针对性和层次性。
要针对不同的课型(阅读课、听说课、听力课、口语课、写作课等)对A、B、C学生提出不同的学习目标。
例如一节阅读课,对于同一篇130词左右的短文,A学生能在2分钟之内通过跳读,捕捉全文和段落大意。
其错误率不超过10%;B学生能在3分钟之内捕捉全文和段落大意。
其错误率不超过15%;C学生能在4分钟之内捕捉全文和段落大意。
其错误率不超过20%。
分层次给学生落实学习目标时,要注意以下三点:第一要考虑不同层次学生的实际情况,要体现学生的个体差异,以好学生吃得饱、差学生吃得了为宗旨;第二,无论对于哪一层次的学生,给他们设立的目标都应建立在他们最近的发展区,不能借口差异降低要求,迁就低水平学生;第三,对C类学生的要求不能只停留在识记、了解层次上,要循序渐进,对他们进行必要的思维要求和训练。
?二、分层次设计作业内容作业的内容,从类型上可分为课内作业与课外作业;按其形式可分为听力作业、口语作业与书面作业;按照题型来分,听力作业又分为听句子,选择句子中所包含的信息;听对话,选择最佳答案;听短文,填写所缺单词等,口语作业包括自编自演对话、朗读或背诵课文等,而书面作业包括阅读文章后做题、书写单词、短语、用词或短语造句、写作文等。

很明显,在这样一个班级统一教学是行不通的,这种做法既不能突出重点,也会忽略了学生层次的差异和能力的大小,势必导致那些能力差的学生疲于应付,学生会学得被动,教师也会教得辛苦,其结果既不能全面地提高优等生,也照顾不到英语后进生。
长此以往,必将使“尖子生”越来越少,后果不堪设想。

小议初中英语教学中分档布置作业的实施兰州二十一中方红霞从事教育工作多年来,常常因作业收不齐和部分同学抄作业而深感困惑和难过,对此问题笔者和许多同行探讨和请教过,这几乎是大多数英语教师的难题,初一刚入校时由于小学有一点基础,作业对同学们来说问题不大,但随着时间的推移,年级的升高、知识点难度的增加而逐渐出现个别同学不能按时交作业,甚至根本就不交,更有一部分同学的作业是抄来应付老师的。
这种现象让我感到焦急,难过,这怎么办?后来经过自己和同行们的不断探求,根据我校学生的实际学习情况,大家一致认为针对不同层次的同学,我们应该分档布置作业。
根据教育教学的规律,教学活动受各种因素的制约,学生在学习和掌握知识面前不可能人人等同,处于同一水平。
但分档布置作业法正好解决了这一矛盾。
a. A档作业:面向全体学生,包括了所有的口头作业及书面作业(十题精选题),每生必做。
重点布置与教材有关的最基础的知识和最基本技能的训练。
在作业布置中,一不要求多、全,一次落实一项训练,从宏观上控制作业量。
二要有精品意识,教师对所设计的作业中的每一项能达到怎样的目的要有清楚认识,避免出题的盲目性、随意性,确保一题对应一个教学目标、一项对准一个训练重点,真正从微观上控制作业的量。
b. B档作业面向学有余力的学生,属机动性作业。
这是为了顾及少数特殊学生、优等生,而特意补充的一些难度较大的附加题。
学生可随意选择一些力所能及的综合题。
这样就激励、挖掘、发挥了学生的智力因素和非智力因素。
学生的积极性得到了调动,优生满足了更高的求知欲,感到了学习的趣味;中差生减轻了心理压力,有了跳一跳也能摘到“桃子”的机会;差生也能天天按时完成作业,增强了学习信心。
如Go for it 八年级下,Unit3 Section A(period 1) 分档作业可如此设计:A档:(1)背单词UFO barber barber shop bathroom bed room kitchen get out(放于家庭作业,十分钟内完成)(2)在大屏幕上用投影出示练习题10道,专项训练Unit 3 的主要语法点过去进行时态。

一、初中英语作业布置存在的问题教师在初中英语教学课堂中在为学生布置分层作业时,需要认真地分析在以往作业布置中所存的问题,根据学生当前的学习特点和学习要求,有序地布置好相关的作业内容,以此来提高整体的教育效果。
在新课程标准推行过程中,应试教育教育思想仍然存在,例如在作业布置方面题海战术盛行,不仅会对学生学习造成严重影响,还会导致学生对学习产生严重的抵触情绪。
在这一背景下,一部分教师在布置作业时只是为学生开展题海战术,并没有结合学生学习需求来完成作业的有效布置,导致学生学习效率在逐渐地降低,学生重复练习相关的知识内容,在此背景下学生的工作量较大,并且学生学习也非常的辛苦,不断的激发学生和教师之间的矛盾,使初中英语教学效率在逐渐地降低。
另外教师在为学生进行作业布置时缺乏目的性,一部分教师为了保证训练量,在题目选择方面存在着针对性不强的问题,很难满足学生当前的学习需求,一部分教师认为为学生提供题海战术的作业能够强化练习程度,并且学生能够反复的记忆相关知识点,但是忽略了学生的个性化成长需要,学生的学习兴趣和需求得不到有效的满足,导致初中英语作业布置效果在逐渐地降低,很难适应学生的实际练习需求,使课堂教学效率在逐渐地降低。

因此,教师要改变传统的教育模式,优化教育结构,针对不同学生的英语水平和自身特点,因材施教地进行英语教学。
一、了解学生的差异,优化作业分层原则由于每个学生的天赋和后天学习情况不同,在上了初中之后,学生的英语水平普遍存在较大差异。
如果教师布置的英语作业过难,就会打击英语基础较差的学生的学习积极性,导致学生对英语产生畏难情绪,甚至产生抵触心理。
而如果教师布置的作业过于简单,就很难满足英语基础好的学生的需求。
因此,教师为了了解学生的英语水平,可以在上课之前先对学生做一个基础的摸底测试,学生在测试中的表现在一定程度上可以反映这个学生的英语水平。
教师可以以某次摸底测试为基础,将学生分为A、B、C三层,分别是基础较好、基础一般和基础较差的学生,并根据不同层次学生的英语水平制定相应的英语教学计划和英语作业设计。
例如,在针对“现在进行时”部分的作业中,A层次学生作业应有肯定句、否定句、疑问句等安排,C层次则要学会基础的肯定句“They are playingbasketball”,B层次自由安排,可以适当学习疑问句的表达。
二、根据学生的差异,落实作业分层设计布置作业的目的是让学生巩固课堂上所学的知识与内容,并培养学生利用所学知识解决问题的能力。
不同层次的学生对于英语课堂所讲知识的掌握情况有差异,因此,教师必须根据不同层次学生的不同情况设计分层英语作业。
例如,在教学苏教版初一英语下册Unit 5“Our schoollife”一课时,教师可以给学生布置以下作业:C层次的学生要掌握这篇文章中的基本词汇和句型,如wake up(醒来)、godanc-ing(去跳舞)、go home(回家)等,并完成课后练习题。

在评价学生作业的时候也往往“一刀切”,忽视了对人的发展的教育激励功能,挫伤了部分学生的主动性和学习英语的热情,造成学生厌学的心理。
俯案深思,总结以往英语教学中的初步探索,在英语作业的布置中,有一些收获愿于大家分享:一、继续深入转换育人思想;承认学生的个体差异并“因材”布置作业。
当下的孩子已经呈现出了于以往学生截然不同的特点:1、信息传播方式的变换改变了人们尤其是青少年的思维方式,孩子们厌恶往日的繁文缛节和无用的官腔更加追求新颖、真实、及时、富有针对性的信息交流.2、他们思想独立、不盲从,敢于创新、质疑,求真务实。
