QY40汽车起重机液压系统设计

摘要

QY40型汽车起重机液压系统的设计是该型起重机设计过程中比较典型的一种。

为了设计出符合汽车起重机性能要求的液压系统,主要做了以下四项工作。第一,通过阅读大量国内外相关资料和调研市场上已存在产品,本文对QY40T型汽车起重机的功能和工作原理进行了深入的了解和分析;具体分析了汽车起重机液压系统的功能、组成、工作特点以及系统类型;总结出液压传动在汽车起重机应用中的优缺点。第二,根据QY40T型汽车起重机的工作特点,确定了系统的起升回路、回转回路、变幅回路、伸缩回路和支腿回路的基本结构,并针对各单元回路的特点进行了具体的分析,进而对液压系统进行了整体设计。第三,根据汽车起重机的技术参数对液压系统进行了设计计算,并确定了液压系统元件;通过对系统压力损失的验算和发热校核,检验液压系统设计的合理性。第四,根据汽车起重机的工作特点,确定了液压装置的形式,并进行了集成块的设计。

在设计过程中,本文参考一些同类产品的液压系统设计。结合工程实际,最终设计出了功能完善、性能良好,适合我国生产制造的汽车起重机液压系统。

THE DESIGN OF QY40 TYPE AUTOMOBILE

CRANE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

ABSTRACT

The design of the QY40 type automobile crane hydraulic system is the typical crane designing process.

In order to scheme out the hydraulic system that meets the performance requirements of automobile crane, this article mainly do the following four tasks. First, through reading a large number of domestic and foreign information and researching about existing products on the market, this article makes in-depth understanding and analysis of the functions and working principle of the QY40 type automobile crane; having concretely analyzed the automobile crane hydraulic system of its function, composition, work characteristics and the type of system; summarized the advantages and disadvantages of hydraulic transmission in automobile crane applications. Second, according to the working characteristics of the QY40 type automobile crane, determines the basic structure of the hoisting loop, rotary loop, bluffing loop, telescopic loop and leg loop, and in the light of the characteristics of each unit circuit, make a concrete analysis. And then makes overall design for the hydraulic system. Third, according to the technical parameters of automobile crane, the calculation on design of the hydraulic system is made to determine the hydraulic system components. By calculating of system pressure loss and heat checking, tests the rationality of the design of hydraulic system. Fourth, according to the working characteristics of automobile crane, determines the form of hydraulic equipment, and makes the design of integrated block.

In the design process, this article references some similar products hydraulic system design. Combined with the engineering practice, the final. Eventually, the automobile crane hydraulic system is designed as perfect function, performance good, and suitable for China's manufacturing.
