施耐德断路器选择1进线和分段断路器-空气断路器1.1一般规定变压器容量S≤800kV A,断路器选用MT06~16N 分断能力I cu=I cs=50kA, I cw=36kA (1s)控制单元选用Micrologic 5.0A变压器容量S ≥1000kV A,断路器选用MT20~40H1-H2分断能力I cu=I cs=65-100kA,I cw=65-85kA (1s)控制单元选用Micrologic 5.0A1.2应用举例配电变压器S9-630KV A, 4.5%,二次侧额定电流I n2=909A,最大工作电流I2max=957A,二次侧最大三相短路电流I k=17.91kA,最小16.2kA1.2.1进线断路器选用MT12N2, 1250A,4P空气断路器,额定电流I n=1250A(1)过载长延时保护-反时限,t=k/I2整定电流:I r=1.05×957=1005A,取I r=0.8I n=1000A(整定范围500 ~ 1250A)即0.4~1.0I n长延时整定时间(6I r的动作时间)要与以下条件配合:1)应躲过最大一台电动机起动时间,或自动再起动时间;2)变压器二次侧最大短路时,过载保护动作时间不小于0.4s,即K=179102⨯0.45=(6⨯I r)2⨯t r=60002⨯t r得t=4.01s取t r=4 s或t r=8 s(级差为4s)当变压器过载1.3倍,即I=1.3⨯957=1244A时,若t r=4s保护动作时间:t=(60002⨯4)÷12442=93 s 可见,太保守-完全没有发挥变压器的过载能力取t r=8s(2)短路短延时保护整定电流I sd的整定应取以下两种情况最大者:1)一台变压器带总负荷(不含最大电动机负荷)加上最大一台电动机的起动电流;2)一台变压器带50%总负荷,加上另一段母线上电动机自动再起动电流;有时,为了简化计算,可取2.0~2.5倍变压器额定电流,即认为变压器最大尖峰电流不超过额定电流的2~2.5倍。

说明:
1. 上表假设变压器高压侧短路容量无穷大计算短路电流,当短路电流的计算结果发生改变时,MT 断路器要从 N1、N2 (50kA), H1 (65kA),
H2 (100kA), H3 (150kA), L1 (150kA) 中选取正确的分断能力指标。
2. 母联可以根据要求,相应选择 NA, HA, HF 型的 MT 负荷开关。
根据保护配置和测量功能要求不同,MIC 控制单元型号也将随之改变。
