德国“天马”3535中文手册重要注意事项●为确保本机不会泄漏对人体有害的紫外光,必需使用天马原厂的滤光玻璃。

●为确保本机操作时所产生的臭氧浓度达至安全水平,本机灯管必需使用天马原厂灯管。

操作面板A、B为全光4KWC为半光2KW晒版机电脑的操作输入曝光程序当需要输入或更改曝光程序时,抽气架的手柄必需保持在松开状态。

每一级光源都有24组曝光程序记忆,所以三级光源共有72组曝光程序记忆。

曝光程序的输入方法如下:●选择光源强度。

●按PROG键。

PROG显示上的小数点会亮着,输入需要输入或更改曝光程序号码(1-24)。

●按PROG键,电脑会显示出所选择的程序内的资料于V ACI、V ACII、EXPI及EXPII的数字显示上。

如需要更改资料,请按下需要更改的项目按键(显示上的小数点会亮着),然后输入需要的时间。

如需更改其他项目,可选择其他项目按键或按PROG键储存已输入的资料。

开始和停止曝光程序当手柄扣上后,抽气泵便会立即启动。

电脑上的抽气时间便开始递减。

按电脑上的停止键(STOP),曝光程序便会停止。

测试灯管光亮度这个测试是以全光进行的。

并松开抽气架手柄。

1.选择使用全光程序。

2.同时按下1及3键。

注意:此时快门会打开,请避免眼睛被强光照射。

3. 主曝光时间显示会显示出灯管亮度的百分比,如数字显示小于70,在扩散曝光时间显示会显示出灯管型号,操作员可自行决定是否需要更换灯管。

注意:灯管因长期在高温环境下工作,灯管可能因受热而变形。

灯管如使用了半年或以上,操作员应在下班前检查灯管形状,检查程序如下:a)同时按下1及3键启动测试灯管光亮度程序。

b)当快门开启后将电源关闭。

c)观察灯管有没有变形。

如有,请更换灯管。

(如使用已变形的灯管,灯管可能因过热而爆炸,导致操作人员受伤。

)显示电脑软件版本及灯管使用时间当在测试灯管光亮度程序进行中同时按下1及3键,电脑便会进入显示软件版本及灯管使用时间模式,数字显示内容如下:更换灯管后,重臵灯管已使用时间的方法如下:在显示软件版本及灯管使用时间模式下,同时按下4及6键,灯管已使用时间便会重臵为0,而更换灯管次数显示便会增加1次。

4. 反压保护 4-1. 通常 LED 的反向漏电流都很小,不会影响正常使用,如果 LED 长期遭受超过其所能承受的反向 电压冲击时,LED 会被损伤,例如,反向漏电流会迅速变大等,这样会引起显示屏零灰度下串光的发 生。在设计中,要注意控制反向电压,建议加在 LED 上的反向电压值不超过 5V。 5. 温度保护 5-1. LED 在高温条件下,衰减会加速,本身应力也会增大,若长期处于高温环境下,容易出现失效, 对于高密度排列使用的情况,建议在使用过程中灯面温度不超过 55℃,灯脚温度不超过 75℃。 6. 其它事项 6-1. 直接用手拿取产品不但会污染封装树脂表面,也可能由于静电等因素导致产品性能的改变,过度 的压力也可能直接影响封装内部的晶片和金线,因此请勿对产品施加过度压力,特别当产品处于高温 状态下,例如在回流焊接过程中。 6-2. LED 的环氧树脂封装部分相对脆弱,请勿用坚硬、尖锐的物体刮、擦封装树脂部分,在用镊子夹 取的时候也应当小心注意。

■ 使用说明
1. 储存 1-1. 开封前请先检查包装袋有无漏气,开包后检查湿度标示卡 20%RH 标示区有无由蓝色变为粉红色.如
漏气或变色现象,请联系厂家重新烘烤使用。 1-2. 打开包装后,在温度低于 30℃ ,湿度低于 60%RH 的情况下,且开封到焊接完成控制在 12H。
7. 焊接指导 1.手工焊接 7-1. 如使用烙铁手工焊接,建议使用小于 25W 的电烙铁,烙铁温度必须控制在 315℃以下,焊接时间 需控制在 3 秒以内,且每个电极只能焊接一次。

应用注意事项
特点
本文件主要向顾客及用户介绍怎样如何更好的使用我司的SMD LED产品。

描述
一般来说,SMD LED跟一般的半导体有相同的用法。

当使用粤华的SMD LED 产品,请遵从以下的使
用方法以保护SMD LED产品。

1.清洁
不要使用不明化学液体清洗SMD LED:不明的化学液体可能会损坏SMD LED。

当必要清洗时,把SMD LED
沉浸在酒精里,在正常的室温下少于1分钟并且自然干燥15分钟,然后才开始使用。

2.防潮湿包装
为避免产品在运输及储存中吸湿,SMD LED的包装是用防潮的铝包装袋包装,并且包装袋里面含有干
燥剂及湿度卡,干燥剂主要起到控制包装袋里的湿度,湿度卡主要是起到监控包装袋里的湿度。

3.储存
a.包装袋密封后贮存在条件为温度<40℃,湿度<60%RH,保存期为12个月。

当超过保质期时,需
要重新烘烤。

b.在开包装之前,请先检查包装袋有无漏气或湿度指示卡有无变色,如果有漏气或湿度指示卡有变色
现象,请重新烘烤后再使用。

c.开封后请在以下条件使用:温度<30℃、湿度在30%RH以下;如果使用时间超出24小时,须做以
下烘烤处理才可使用。

d.烘烤条件:产品在烘箱在温度为70℃±5℃;相对湿度≤10%RH,时间:24小时。

e.从包装袋中拿出产品再烘烤。

在烘烤的过程中不能打开烤箱门。

a.使用的烙铁必须少于25W,烙铁温度必须保持在低于315℃,焊接时间不能超过2秒。

b.烙铁不能接触到环氧树脂部分。

c.当焊接好之后,要让它冷却下来到温度低于40℃才可以包装。

回流焊接
a.过回流焊的温度曲线请参考以下:
b.建议焊盘散热设计:
c.焊接完成后不要对焊接面进行修改,如果要修改的话必须在不伤害到SMD LED的前提下进行。

d.回流焊应该在一个时间完成,不能分多次进行。

e.在焊接之后,电路板不能马上包装,要让它自然冷却后才能进行包装。

5.静电放电和冲击电流
a.静电放电(ESD)或脉冲电流(EOS),可能会损害SMD LED。

b.必须佩戴静电手腕,穿静电鞋或抗静电手套后,才可以进行SMD LED生产。

c.所有的机械设备必须接地。

6.热量处理
SMD产品的热量处理在SMD电路设计时慎重考虑,电流应该适当的降低具体参照每款产品的规格书的
电流-温度对应的曲线图。

包装
包装盒是不防水的,必须使它们远离水和湿气.
先使用普通包装袋或防静电袋包装LED,再使用纸箱进行包装.纸箱的使用是为了防止在运输过程中LED因外部碰撞而受损. SMD的产品应用贴在防静电包装袋的背面.
每一卷的包装数量为3000pcs.]。
