我校规模较小,现有专任英语教师8名,但我们坚持定期进行集体备课活动,活动形式相对灵活,活动内容主要是下一周内容的教材分析、学法指导、导学案编订及习题设计等。

在上周五接到区教研室的活动安排后,学校非常重视,及时召开英语组教师会议,对本次活动的筹备工作进行了明确分工。

各年级组认真研讨,精心准备导学案编写,确定导学案初稿,诚恳地希望各位在集体研讨时,能集思广益,在教学思路上基本达成共识,形成共案,实现全区的资源共享。

并经过的个人的完善后,最终形成自己的教学案。

贾汪区英语学科是全区最早实行集体备课的学科,在周主任的精心安排和指导下,持之以恒,扎实推进,成效显著。

定期举行的集体备课活动,为全区英语教师提供了交流研讨的平台,极大促进了教师的成长。

元教材分析:本单元通过SuYang,Su Hai 和Dad去小吃店引出“征求别人意见”及“询问价格”。

要求学生围绕食品饮料类单词,在情景下正确使用What would you like? How much is it/are they?进行交谈。

学生对食品类单词很熟悉也感兴趣,教学中可利用孩子这一特点创设真实的语境,充分利用身边食物,把语言的训练尽量与实际相联系。

本课中涉及的食品类单词学生学过许多,可引导他们自已回忆复习,并根据可数,不可数名词将它们分类,让学生对可数名词单复数及不可数名词的概念及前面定语的搭配有进一步的巩固。

众所周知,45中目前学生的生源状况不是很好,英语教学是在夹缝中求生存,英语自然令人十分担忧。

但作为45中人,我们有一种不服输的精神,于是,从上学期起,我们英语备课组在学校的领导与支持下,计划并已经实施了以下做法,并已初见成效。

一、深钻教材,有效备课古人云:"凡事预则立, 不预则废." 。

英语教师上好课的前提是备好课,但“备课”是教师重要的教学行为,应该注重实效。

在我校的备课中,我们以小课题研究为载体,以解决教学中的问题为重点,在备课组中形成“乐合作,共提高” 的良好氛围。

努力探索集体备课的有效形式,做到定时间、定主题、定人员。

备课前还须定任务,即:备课组中每个人都必须带上自己的金点子,每人一个金点子,汇聚在一起,就是教师的财富, 学生的福音。

久而久之,老师们就形成了集体备课都能做到有备而来,有得而归。

我们的每一次备课活动,都是在轻松、愉快的氛围下来研究教材、教参的重点、难点,探讨中考命题的方向,探究课堂教学的艺术,处理学生中的疑难问题等等。

虽然班与班之间有竟争,但是教师之间亳无保留,统一资料、统一作业、统一考试、资源共享。

著名教育家叶澜讲过这样一句话,“一个人写一辈子的教案成不了专家,但写三年的反思就可能成为专家。

”没有反思的经验是狭隘的经验,至多只能形成肤浅的知识。

如果教师仅仅满足于获得经验而不对经验进行深入思考,那么,他的发展将大受限制……因此,我们的备课组特别强调课后的反思,课后反思成为教案书写的一个重要的环节。

总之,“备课的目标要实效,备课的形式要实际,备课的研究要花气力”这是45中备课组总结出的备课经。

二、聚焦课堂,提高实效提升课堂教学的有效性是巩固课程改革成果、推进课程改革持续深化发展的关键。

在学校领导班子的正确领导下,45中全体英语教师10人在书记杨文平的带领下,每一位教师每学期至少要上一次大型公开课。

老师们积极调查、分析研究学生的实际学情,争先恐后开展上课、研课活动,积极探索适合本校本班学情的新教法。

通过相互研课、听课等一系列的活动,使课堂呈现了以下共同特色。

上课的每一位教师都能认真围绕目标进行教学(教学目标写在黑板左上角),重难点突出,听说读写结合,师生关系和谐,课堂效率较高。

具体表现在:七、八年级教师改变了原有的教学模式,采用任务型教学的新模式。

为了完成某一教学任务精心设计,尽可能接近现实生活,使学生能达到在学中用,在用中学的效果;九年级教师的教学体现出了分层教学的特点。

即注重夯实基础,又注重对学生知识面的拓展,教学尽可能与中考接轨,效果很好。

尤其值得一提的是:所有老师上完课后,全体英语教师,学校领导,包括其它学科的教研组长,都参加我们的集体评课活动。

作为教师,尤其是九年级的教师,应多多研究中考题型,明确备考方向,并针对中考题型对学生进行方法技巧的指导。

假期里,作为教研组长,我做得最多的事情就是把近几年的中考试题加以研究分析,并把典型的试题加以归纳整理。

如:去年我在我们教研员赵丽萍老师的提议下,完成了“对2008年、2009年中考英语试题的分析、比较与思考”,我深感受益匪浅!今年,我又对2010年中考英语试题进行了分析与思考,并主动把自己思考的结果与各备课组的老师分享。

对于2010年全国各省市的中考题,我进行了大量的收集,整理了一些为九年级老师、尤其是九年级学生所使用的一些备用材料,老师们看后,很开心,我也很高兴!在我看来,即便有的老师未对试题进行分析,但通过这种方式,让她们了解了中考的题型,了解到了中考的动向,我也心满意足了!明年的中考,我们已经约定,组内每个人将对中考试题进行全面的分析与思考。
