关于中国现代生活方式的英语作文
关于中国现代生活方式的英语作文全文共3篇示例,供读者参考篇1Modern Life in ChinaHi there! My name is Xiaoming and I'm nine years old. I live with my mom, dad, and grandparents in a big city in China called Shanghai. Our lives are pretty modern and different from how things used to be when my grandparents were kids! One of the biggest changes is technology. We have all kinds of cool gadgets that make life easier. I have my own smartphone that I use to play games, watch videos, and chat with my friends. My parents use their phones for pretty much everything - catching up on news, shopping online, paying bills, you name it!At home, we have a huge flat-screen TV where we like to watch shows and movies together as a family. My favorite is this hilarious cartoon about a monkey king who goes on crazy adventures. We also have a smart speaker that we can ask for weather updates, to play music, or to settle arguments by looking stuff up.Speaking of looking things up, we hardly ever use physical books and encyclopedias anymore. If I need information for a school project, I just hop onto the internet and can find pretty much anything I need to know with a few clicks. My teacher says we have to be careful about checking if websites are reliable though.School itself is quite different too compared to when my grandparents were young. Instead of just listening to the teacher lecture, we often work in groups, do hands-on activities, and use educational apps and games. We even have a few robot teaching assistants that can break down complicated topics! The robots are kind of funny looking but they're really smart. My grandparents live with us, which is very common in China. They came from a small village but have adjusted well to city living. Sometimes I have to help them out with tech stuff like showing them how to video call their old friends. But they've taught me cool traditional skills too like calligraphy and making dumplings from scratch. One big part of modern life in the cities is all the transportation options we have. My parents drive a electric car which is super quiet and environmentally friendly. We also take the subway sometimes which has these amazing high-speedbullet trains. The stations have giant screens showing when the next trains are coming. For longer trips, we usually take planes to travel around the country. I've been on airplanes to visit family in other major cities like Beijing and Guangzhou. The airports are massive with tons of shops and restaurants inside. I always beg my parents to get me a souvenir from the Duty Free stores!Since there are so many people living in packed cities, we don't have a house with a yard like you might see in the countryside. Instead, we stay in a high-rise apartment building. Our apartment is pretty snug but has all the essentials - kitchen, bathrooms, living room, and our bedrooms. The great part is having a swimming pool and playground in our complex for kids to play.Staying healthy is pretty important for city living too. The streets can get crowded and polluted, so my parents are very cautious about having me wear face masks when the air quality is poor those days. We try to go to parks and exercise as a family on the weekends to get fresh air.One major part of culture that hasn't changed too much though is food! We still highly value having family dinners together each night with delicious home-cooked Chinese cuisine. From dumplings to noodles to stir-fries, we enjoy all the classic dishes. My absolutely favorite is Peking roast duck - the crispy skin is out of this world! For special occasions like Lunar New Year, we go all out with huge banquet-style meals. While China has developed incredibly modern cities with futuristic technology, we've been able to hold onto our core traditions around family, food, and cultural celebrations. I'm really proud of my Chinese heritage and excited to watch my country continue growing and changing with the times! At the same time, I just try to live a fun life like any other kid - playing sports, watching TV, bugging my parents for toys.I'm already counting down the days until my summer vacation when I'll get to sleep in late, meet up with friends at the mall, and finally master those hard video game levels that have been driving me crazy. Modern life as a kid in China is an awesome blend of the new and the old. I feel so lucky to grow up with the best of both worlds!篇2Modern Life in ChinaHi there! My name is Xiaoming and I'm a 10-year-old student living in Beijing, the capital city of China. Today I want totell you all about what life is like for me and my family in modern China. It's a really fascinating and unique place!First off, I live with my parents, grandparents, and little sister in a huge apartment building right in the heart of the city. Our apartment is pretty small, with just a couple of bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. But we don't mind because there's so much to do and see outside! The streets of Beijing are always bustling with people, cars, bikes, and fascinating smells from all the little restaurants and food stalls. My parents both work really hard at their jobs during the week, but on weekends we always try to get out and do fun things together as a family. Sometimes we'll go to one of the huge shopping malls and look at all the cool stores and restaurants. Other times we'll visit historic sites like the Forbidden City or the Summer Palace. And my favorite is when we go to parks and gardens to enjoy some fresh air and peaceful walkways.School takes up a big part of my life too. We have a lot of homework and tests, and the days are pretty long - from 8am to 5pm most days! But I really enjoy learning about subjects like math, Chinese language and literature, English, science, art, and music. Education is extremely important in Chinese culture. Myparents are always encouraging me and my sister to study hard so we can get into a good university later on.Technology is another huge part of modern Chinese life. I'm definitely what you'd call a "tech-savvy" kid! I use my smartphone and tablet for everything - messaging friends, watching videos, playing games, you name it. Pretty much everyone in the cities has one of the latest smartphone models from companies like Huawei, Oppo, or Xiaomi. We use digital payment apps like Alipay or WeChat Pay for absolutely everything instead of cash. It's just so convenient!Speaking of WeChat, that app is basically like another universe contained within your phone. You can chat, read news, order food, buy stuff, pay bills, get ride shares...everything! It's how we stay connected in this modern, fast-paced world. Social media is also huge, with apps like Weibo and Douyin (the Chinese TikTok version) being really popular with young people.Food is another thing that makes China so special. We have such an ancient and incredible cuisine with so many different regional styles and specialties. My favorites are Peking duck, hot pot, dumplings, and noodle dishes. But we also have easy access to international food like pizza, hamburgers, sushi, you name it. Lots of Western chains like McDonald's and Starbucks areeverywhere. Food delivery is also super popular and convenient through apps.In our free time, my family enjoys doing a lot of the same things as people in other countries - watching movies (Chinese blockbusters are amazing!), going to amusement parks, taking weekend trips around the country, that kind of stuff. But we also make sure to keep up traditions like celebrating holidays like Chinese New Year and the Mid-Autumn Festival. Lighting fireworks and decorating with lanterns and other decorations is so fun!One thing that is unique is how much importance we place on family in Chinese culture. We have a really close relationship with our grandparents who live with us. Respecting and caring for elders is huge. Family birthday parties and reunion dinners are also really important to us.I could go on and on about the fascinating mix of old and new in modern China. The constant hustle and bustle of city life, packed with skyscrapers and modern technology. But also pockets of tranquility in ancient temples and gardens. Convenience and efficiency meets long-held traditions and values. It's a rapidly developing society but one still deeplyrooted in its rich history and culture. What an amazing place to grow up! I feel so lucky to experience it all.Well, that's my take on modern Chinese life from a kid's perspective. I hope you found it interesting and insightful! Thanks for reading. I'll go play some video games on my tablet now. Zài jiàn! (That's "goodbye" in Chinese.)篇3My Life in Modern ChinaHi there! My name is Xiaoming and I'm a 10-year-old boy living in Beijing, the capital of China. I want to tell you all about what life is like for me and my family in modern China. Get ready because there's a lot to share!First, let me tell you about my home. I live in a big apartment building in the city center with my mom, dad, and little sister Huanhuan who is 6 years old. Our apartment is on the 22nd floor and has three bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen. Even though we live in the city, it feels like we're up in the clouds! From our windows, we can see lots of other tall buildings all clustered together. My parents both have really important jobs. My dad works at a huge technology company helping to design computer chips. He has to take the subway to get to his office every morning. My mom is a banker and she works at a skyscraper downtown. She says her job is to help companies get loans and invest their money wisely. On weekends, we sometimes go out as a family to shopping malls, parks, or museums. There's always something fun to do in Beijing!School life is really different for me compared to what my parents experienced growing up in rural villages. I go to a big modern school with over 1,000 students just a few blocks away from my apartment building. We have computer labs, a huge library, sports fields, and even a swimming pool! Classes are focused on core subjects like math, Chinese, English, and science. But we also have lots of other cool classes like robotics, 3D printing, and coding. My favorite is the robotics club where we build and program little robots to do tasks. I'm thinking of becoming an engineer when I grow up.Technology is just a normal part of everyday life for me and my friends. We all have smartphones and computers at home to do homework, play games, watch videos, and chat with each other online. A lot of students even wear smart watches that can check our schedules and monitor our exercise levels. In class, weoften use tablet computers instead of paper textbooks. It makes learning a lot more interactive and fun in my opinion.China has changed so much in the last few decades from what my grandparents tell me. When they were young, most people lived in small rural villages and worked as farmers growing crops like rice and vegetables. Their houses were often made of mud bricks and they didn't have electricity or running water. They had to walk for miles just to get water from the river. It sounds like life was really hard back then. These days, more than half of China's population lives in big, modern cities like Beijing with skyscrapers, subways, high-speed rail, and all the latest technology. My grandparents say they're amazed at how developed China has become. We haveworld-class transportation, infrastructure, and cities that can match anywhere else. There are more billionaires and wealthy entrepreneurs here than almost any other country. Chinese companies are leaders in industries like mobile payments,e-commerce, and renewable energy.Of course, China still faces some major challenges too. There are issues like air pollution, income inequality, human rights concerns, and tensions with other countries that we're working on. But overall, I feel really lucky to be growing up in modernChina with all the opportunities available to me. My parents always encourage me to study hard, be curious, and dream big about what I can achieve in the future.I can't wait to see what else is in store as China continues developing and taking its place on the global stage. New advances in technology like artificial intelligence, cyber-security, and commercial space travel are happening every day here. The world is evolving rapidly and I want to be a part of shaping these modern frontiers. I'm confident China's mix of innovation and ambition will lead to more amazing progress and growth in the years ahead.Well, that's a glimpse into my life in modern China! I tried to cover everything from my family and home to school, technology, and the incredible changes my country has gone through. Becoming a global powerhouse has opened up so many opportunities here that my grandparents could never have imagined. But of course, China's development is still awork-in-progress with room for improvement. I feel grateful and excited to be a part of this transformative era. Thanks for reading and let me know if you have any other questions!。

Modern lifestyle 现代生活方式的好与坏 英语作文
Modern lifestyle is completely different from the way people lived in the past. Some people think that the changes have been very positive while some others believe they have negative.Which point of view do you agree with? Why?Give reasons for your answers and provide relevant example and experience you might have. Write at least 250 words.Model Answer:People's lifestyle is changing tremendously in each year. People shape their life pattern with regard to the emerging trends of the society. Some people uphold it as a positive trend, whileothers have reservations about it. In my opinion, modern lifestyle poses more disadvantages than advantages. On the one hand, there are some merits due to the advent of a new style of life. Firstly, in today’s life people accept the life pattern which is convenient. Since there are troves of resources or choices to adapt, they absorb the most suitable version so they feel more comfortable. Moreover, the modern lifestyle has several facilities which reduce physical workload and make their duty easier. As a result, the community adopts these technologies to assistthem in their daily chores. In addition to it, it is very time saving. Nowadays ‘time became money’, hence the society feels thes e changes as a blessing to survive in this competitive world. On the other hand, there are several arguments to encounter its merits. Firstly, changes in lifestyle have pernicious influences on our health. To make it clear, new food habits like fast foods, persevered foods, soft drinks etc are the primary cause of deadly diseases like cancer. Also, sedentary lifestyle and lack of physical activity leads to obesity and ends up in diseases like diabetes mellitus, hypertension etc. In addition, round the clock use of modern devices like mobile phones, computers internets etc affect the human body due to radiations. Another important factor is that there is reduced interaction and communication in the family compared to the past. Since both parents are working with different shift hours, they did not get time to meet each other, and no time to talk with children. Thus they lead a machinery life rather than family life. In fact, we can say that parents are failures to mould a child especially the personality and overall development. In addition, new generations lack our values, customs, cultures etc due to the introduction ofother modern styles. Thus, they adopt other customs or values which are convenient without considering its drawbacks. To sum up, it is proved beyond doubt that new style of life pattern has more negative impact than positive change. We should use our prudence and discernment while adopting any changes in our life pattern and not be swayed by its vast benefits.。

关于中国现代生活方式的英语作文
关于中国现代生活方式的英语作文My Life in Modern ChinaHi there! My name is Xiaoming and I'm a 10-year-old boy living in Beijing, the capital city of China. I want to tell you all about what life is like for me and my family in modern China. Get ready for an exciting journey!First off, let me tell you about my home. I live in a big apartment building right in the heart of Beijing with my parents, little sister Huamei, and grandparents. Our apartment is pretty nice - we have three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and two bathrooms. We don't have a yard, but there are some great parks and playgrounds nearby that I love going to.My parents both work really hard. My dad is an engineer at a big technology company, and my mom is a teacher at an elementary school just like the one I go to. In the mornings, they wake up super early around 6am to get ready for work and make breakfast for all of us. Then once I'm dressed, my grandparents take me and Huamei to school.School in China is really different from what you might experience in other countries. We have a lot of homework and tests, and the days are very long! I arrive at 7:30am and I'm notdone until 5pm most days. We study hard subjects like math, Chinese language, English, and science. There's not much time for art, music, or fun activities during the school day. Luckily I get a short lunch break to re-energize and play with my friends. After school, my grandparents pick me and my sister up again. Depending on the day, I either go home to work on more homework and study, or I attend extra tutoring classes in the evenings. Chinese kids have to work really hard because there is a lot of competition to get into the best universities later on. I try my best, but it can be really tiring and stressful at times. My favorite days are when I don't have any tutoring after school. Those evenings, I can finally relax and have some fun! Sometimes my parents take me and Huamei to an amusement park, or we go bowling or ice skating. Other times, we just stay home, order some yummy Chinese takeout food, and watch movies together as a family. I really cherish those fun times with my family. On weekends, we often go on little outings or do fun activities together. My parents love to take us to historical sites around Beijing to learn about China's rich culture and history. The Great Wall, the Forbidden City, and the Summer Palace are some of my favorite places we've visited. We also take advantageof the city's amazing parks to hike, bike ride, or just relax in nature.Beijing is such an amazing city - it combines modern skyscrapers and technology with thousand-year-old traditions and beautiful historical sights. I love seeing the dazzling lights and towering buildings at night. Of course, the city is often really crowded and polluted too. Traffic is absolutely crazy here! That's just part of living in a gigantic city like this one.Food is a huge part of Chinese culture, and I absolutely love my mom's delicious home-cooked meals like dumplings, noodles, vegetable stir-fries and hotpot. Of course, we order food from restaurants pretty often too since my parents work such long hours. Kung pao chicken, mapo tofu, peking duck - you name it, it's all so yummy! For snacks, I love eating fun Chinese street foods like jianbing crepes, tanghulu candied hawthorns on a stick, and warm sweet soymilk. In my free time, I love reading, riding my bike or scooter around our neighborhood, playing computer games, and hanging out with my friends. Technology has become a huge part of everyday life in China. My parents use mobile pay with their phones for pretty much everything - buying groceries, paying bills, ordering food or rides. And of course, most kids areabsolutely obsessed with their phones and social media apps like Kuaishou and Douyin (the Chinese version of TikTok).I may be busy with school and studying a lot, but I still make plenty of time for fun, hobbies and being with my family. Celebrations and festivals are super important too. Every year, we go all-out for Chinese New Year making decorations, cleaning the house, and preparing lots of delicious foods for our family reunion dinner like dumplings and nian gao sticky rice cakes. I love getting new red envelopes filled with money from my parents and grandparents! Other big holidays likeMid-Autumn Festival and Qingming Festival are lots of fun too.Well, that's a little peek into my busy but exciting life here in modern China's capital. From the hustle and bustle of the big city, to cherished family traditions, to the pressures of academics - it's a unique mix for sure. I feel so lucky to be experiencing all of this as a kid growing up in Beijing. China is such an amazing country with a deep heritage, and it's been so interesting to see how the modern and ancient worlds blend together here. I can't wait to see what the future holds as China continues developing and changing with the times. Who knows, maybe I'll be an engineer or scientist working on incredible new technologies one day!。

The picture describes when at work,at home, in his spare time and in sleep,a man always uses computer and dreams of playing computer.
As time goes by,people's lives have become more and more colourful. The Internet becomes more and more popular, which brings many advantages and puter enables us to do something conveniently, such as going shopping, chatting, reading books and so on.But it also leads to a lot of problems, for example, people are addicted to playing computer. This behavior leads to a very large impact.
Everyone can surf the Internet everywhere. However, if we spend much time playing computer whenever and wherever ,it will affect our normal life .For instance, when we who are on duty are absorbed in surfing the Internet, suddenly the boss who passes our seats finds we don't do our own tasks. This behavior will make the boss pretty angry. Seriously,we will be fired by the boss.we will lose many chances to make money and make some friends who may help our cancer in the future.
Computer is not our whole life .We shouldn't spend plenty of time in playing computer when we are at home. We should go outside, which will broaden our horizons and enrich our knowledge. Besides,we should get along well with others, rather than play computer games on our own. Or we will lose many close friends, and we will feel lonely and regretful in the future. What's more, health is of great importance to us.So we should protect our eyes. Computer has a great deal of radiation. We shouldn't play computer at night. We need have a enough sleep, which means we can't stay up and play secretly.
In my opinion, only when we have a healthy body can we have a better life.We should keep doing exercise every day, communicate with our family and be close to the nature.Only when we spend reasonable time surfing the Internet and use computer reasonablely can we make our life more and more beautiful.。
