Introduction:

A nation’s development needs the support of a nation’s spirit. In my opinion, a corporation also needs spiritual and cultural ideas to guide its operation and development, without the support of cultural ideas, all enterprise operating activities will lack of its soul and it will lose its direction. Nowadays, in the aspect of corporation management, people are paying more attention to the strength of non-material factors. They begin to put the enterprise culture to the first place, because they realize the importance of enterprise

culture to the development of a corporation. We will discover that corporation can develop rapidly and successfully, it is because they have succeeded in creating a unique enterprise culture.

As we all know, enterprise culture has its similarities in different corporations: there is a full reflection of the company’s purpose or spiritual values; The workers are regarded as the greatest wealth. The human values, requirements and training are concerned by the managers. We know, any corporation’s development and success is a hard project, so we should rely on its brain, namely the enterprise culture.All management philosophy and business ideas of a corporation are contained in its concept. If its culture is still not attractive enough, we can say it is still remain at a preliminary phase. For a company, the staff are the carrier of its spirit, the mental outlook of the staff directly reflects the operation of the corporation. As the competition is becoming more fierce, as to corporations, they should try their best to provide a good external environment and an active inner atmospher for the staff in order to meet their requirements and bring benefits for the company. only by doing this, can a corporation keep sustainable development.

1. The Significance of Enterprise Culture

As we all know, enterprise culture is the internal need for a new corporation’s survival and development. So we should make good use of enterprise culture to improve competitiveness of the corporation. Building enterprise culture and give full play to people is a trend of the world, moreover, the wisdom and creativity of the staff are choices of high-level modern management. To build enterprise culture and improve the cohesion and the competition in the market is the basic strategy of existence and development of a corporation, through building an enterprise culture and enhance the vitality of the corporation can ensure the healthy development of the market economy. To establish a strategic awareness of enterprise culture can enhance the strategic viewpoint and realize the functions of enterprise culture is the urgent need and inevitable trend to gain market shares and economic competitive advantages.

2. Functions of Enterprise Culture
