We will discover that corporation can develop rapidly and successfully, it is because they have succeeded in creating a unique enterprise culture.As we all know, enterprise culture has its similarities in different corporations: there is a full reflection of the company’s purpose or spiritual values; The workers are regarded as the greatest wealth. The human values, requirements and training are concerned by the managers. We know, any corporation’s development and success is a hard project, so we should rely on its brain, namely the enterprise culture.All management philosophy and business ideas of a corporation are contained in its concept. From the above we can see that the enterprise culture plays an important role in enhancing their competitive power. The contents of enterprise culture are simple and clear. If the value has been accepted by all the staff, under the guidance of suchvalue, the staff will form a strong sense of mission in the practice. Moreover, the whole employees of a company will form an excellent image for the corporation.
