10、甲方在有临时变动或突发事件发生前，需在提早_8_
至_10_小时内通知乙方。
如不能在规定的时刻内通知乙
方，给乙方造成的经济损失，由甲方全部负责；
第五条：劳务费用及相关事宜
1、甲方按乙方劳务人员在甲方的服务总小时数支付乙方
劳务费用。
支付标准为：宴会服务每人每小
时元人民币。
国家法定节假日期间甲方应支付
三倍费用，即每人每小时元人民币。
2、甲方应保证乙方服务人员到点用餐。
3、甲方负责乙方劳务人员的考勤记录并经乙方劳务人员
的签字认可。
4、甲方每月月初结算上月乙方劳务费用，经甲乙双方确
认后，支付乙方实际发生人员的劳务费。
每月20号前以
支票或现金形式支付给乙方。
5、乙方劳务人员所产生的个人所得税，由乙方劳务人员
本人全部负担，并由乙方代扣代缴。
6、乙方劳务人员的上岗工服依照工作需要
由甲方提供。
7、乙方应确保甲方要求的人数和工作时刻派遣劳务人
员。
8、乙方为保证服务质量每三个月一周期对职员进行一次
培训。
第六条：其他
1、乙方劳务人员应遵守甲方的各项规章制度和纪律，服
从甲方的领导、治理和教育。
2、乙方劳务人员如有违反劳动纪律，甲方有权进行必要
的批判教育，并通知乙方，如造成经济损失，则视情况
由乙方劳务人员当事人承担赔偿责任，同时乙方关于该损失承担连带赔偿责任。
3、如订立本合同所依据的客观情况发生重大变化，致使协议无法履行时，经甲乙双方协商一致，本合同能够解除。
4、本合同未尽事宜以及对本合同任何条款的变更、修改或补充，须由双方协商并签订书面合同方可生效。
5、本合同履行过程中发觉其内容与国家或北京市有关规定相悖时，应按国家或北京市有关规定执行。
6、凡因履行本合同时或发生与本合同有关的一切争议，双方应友好协商解决，如协商不能解决，则甲乙双方均有权向法院提起诉讼。
7、本协议一式两份，甲、乙双方各执一份，具有同等效力。
