Environmental considerations (12)0.INTRODUCTION•This manual describes the recommended procedures for installation, operation, maintenance and safety precautions for ORBINOX RB model weir gates•Please read thoroughly all the instructions in the manual prior to installation and contact an ORBINOX representative in case of any questions•The manual makes reference to the “General Arrangement Drawing” (GAD). The GAD is the drawing that is sent to and approved by the customer prior to the production of the weir gate•ORBINOX assumes no responsibility or liability if the slide gate is not installed, operated and maintained in strict accordance to the procedures described in this manual1.HANDLING AND STORAGEStandard safety procedures should be followed to prevent personal injury or equipment damage. Additionally, the following instructions shall be followed during handling and storage to prevent any damage of the product: •Stems have precision surfaces and should never be used as a mean to lift the slide gate•Equipment shall be stored in a dry, clean and even area on a raised even wood surface to prevent distortion of the frame•Do not stack slide gates•Stems and extensions that are shipped separately shall be supported over their entire length to prevent any bending or distortion while in storage2.EQUIPMENT MAIN COMPONENTS3.INSTALLATIONThis section describes the different installation methods3.1. Installation: concrete wall mounted▶ Required Materials:•ORBINOX RB Weir Gates are installed by means of Anchor Bolts. Depending on the size and working conditions they shall be either of the mechanical or chemical type. In order to get the expected performance of the anchor bolts, the minimum concrete strength shall be 25 MPa (3,625 PSI)•In order to avoid leakage between the concrete wall and the frame, construction sealant shall be used. (Sikabond/Sikaflex 11FC Sealant or equivalent, 200ml per meter of opening perimeter). As an alternative, self-adhesive commercial sponge EPDM strips, approximately 20mm/0,80” wide by 10mm/0,40” thick, can be used and glued to the slide gate around the hole•For detailed information about the type, size and quantity of the re-quired anchor bolts, or any other specific instal lation notes or materials, please refer to the notes on the …General Arrangement Drawing‟▶ Installation procedure:Step 1: Concrete wall surface inspection•The concrete construction shall be flat, level and plumb, and shall be in accordance to DIN 18202 or ACI 117-06 standards. If necessary, use non-shrink grout in order to meet the specified standard•Concrete wall surface shall be dry (so the construction sealant sets effectively). If it is necessary, the wall can be dried with the help of a blowtorch or a hot air fanStep 2: Pre-installation of the weir gate•Position the weir gate against the wall and line up with the channel•Drill and install an anchor bolt on each side of the gate (see Figure 2). After installing the first anchor bolt, and prior to drilling the hole of the other side, make sure the frame is perfectly leveledFigure 1Step 3: Construction sealant application• In order to avoid leakage between the frame and the wall, construction sealant shall be applied on the frame:o Remove the weir gate from the wall (first remove the nuts of the anchor bolts).o Apply construction sealant all around the perimeter of the frame. Sikabond/Sikaflex 11FC (200 ml/m) or equivalent construction sealant shall be used. Be sure not to get sealant on the gate ’s seals, guides, and/or stem, as this may cause leakage or damage.Figure 2Step 4: Final installation• Place back the gate on the wall at the previously installed anchors • Drill and install the rest of the anchor boltsCAUTION!: If the weir gate is not completely in contact with the wall, do not over-tighten the anchor bolts. Over tightening may bend or distort the frame. If the wall flatness and levelness is according to the specified standards, the construction sealant will fill in the remaining void• Apply construction sealant around the frame in order to fill in any existing gap between the wall and the frame (this step is only for esthetics). Wipe away the excess sealant to leave a smooth finish.Back side of the frame (Side in contact with the wall)Construction sealant (Sikaflex11FC (200ml/m))Figure 33.2. Installation: stem extension, stem guides and floor stand (when applicable)•Some RB weir gates include stem extensions, extension guides and floor stand (depending on the configuration of the civil works)•Once the gate is installed, the rest of the elements must be installed:o Connect the stem extension (item 3) to the shaft (item 1) on top of the yokeo Insert all stem guides from the top of the stem extension (when applicable). Align stem extension, and especially make sure that it is aligned with the vertical axis of the openingo Next, install all stem guides (drill and tighten anchor bolts). Refer to General Arrangement Drawing for dimensionso Position the floor stand and the operator. Engage the shaft of the stem extension with the operator.Make sure that the stem extension is perfectly aligned and parallel to the wall surface, adjusting theoffset if necessary, of the Stem-Guides‟(U)HMWPE inserts. Once, the stem extension is perfectlyaligned, install the floor stand (drill and tighten anchor bolts)Figure 4Operator Floor StandStem GuideConnect the Extension to the Slide Gate Adjust offset distancefrom wallAdjust Stem Extension Aligment4.OPERATIONInitial Operation:Before cycling the weir gate, make sure there are no foreign deposits or materials on the seals, guides or sealing area. Gate seals could be damaged if the area is not cleaned and coated with a light grease. Please refer to section “Materials needed for maintenance and seal replacement” for detailed informat ion about the grease type.•ManualApply a light grease on the stem before initial operation after the installation. If the operation is difficult due to high torque, stop operation of the gate and check stem alignment.•Electric actuatoro Refer to the electric actuator manufacturer instruction manual before commissioning the weir gateo Electric actuators must be limited with limit and torque switches. Electric actuators without these limiters shall not be used with ORBINOX weir gate. Electric actuators must be adjusted at the time of installation on site (except in the case of a self-contained frame and yoke-mounted actuators; in this case the motor is factory-set). To adjust the limit switches, follow the next instructions using values of the GAD:▪Position the slide in the nearly closed position (leave 10mm /0,40” open). From thisposition, manually (using the handwheel) operate the slide until it is completely closed(check tightness with a 0,05mm/0,002” gauge). In this position, set the limit switch for theCLOSED position▪Position the slide in the nearly open position (leave 10mm /0,40” closed). From thisposition, manually (using the handwheel) operate the slide until it is completely open. Inthis position, set the limit switch for the OPEN positiono Be aware when the gate is almost fully OPEN or CLOSED. If the gate does not stop once the fully open or fully closed position is reached, stop immediately and correct adjusting again the limit and torque switches Operation:• CAUTION! Do not force the operator to close the gate, as it may cause damage to the stem and it does not improve the sealing system. The maximum applicable force on the handwheel is 25 kg /55 lbs• The RB weir gate is closed by a clockwise rotation, and opened (downwards) by a counter-clockwise rotation of the operator• The RB weir gate is designed to be self-locking, so that the slide maintains its position in open, close or intermediate positions5.MAINTENANCE5.1. Cleaning and lubricationORBINOX model RB weir gates need practically no maintenance. In order to assure maximum performance of the weir gate, the following maintenance inspections shall be carried out periodically (every 6 months):•Stem and stem nut shall be cleaned and greased. In some configurations, the stem may be in contact with water and dirt. Under these conditions, the threads of the stem and/or stem nut may wear, and they shall be checked every 3 months.•Clean the gate with clear water and remove any deposits, especially on the seals and in the guides•Check the seals and make sure they are not damaged. Seals shall be replaced if damaged. See section …Maintenance: Seal Replacement‟ for detailed procedures about seal replacement•Seals shall be wet while operating. If the weir gate has not been used for a long period of time under dry conditions, the seals shall be wetted with clear water before operating the weir gate. Operating the gate with dry seals may damage the seals. Additionally, more torque may be required to operate the weir gate Spare parts:ORBINOX does not recommend stocking any spare parts by the owner of the equipment as the weir gates are designed for a very long life cycle. If a repair part is required, please contact an ORBINOX representative and provide the following information:•ORBINOX S/O number•“O RBINOX General Arrangement Drawing” number•Project name (if applicable)•Vendor’s company nameMaterials needed for maintenance and seal replacement:5.2. Vertical and bottom seals replacementThe procedure for replacing the seal is described below. Please note that in any case, the slide must be first removed from the frame. It is not necessary to remove the frame from the wallWeir gates (200 x 200mm/8”x8” to 1200 x 1200mm/48”x48”)•From the closed position unscrew the nuts and remove the washers of the lateral anchor bolts•Unscrew bolts (item 3). CAUTION! the slide is no longer secured•Remove frame guides (item 4), (U)HMWPE guides (item 5) and slide (item 7)•Unscrew bolts and remove retainers (items 10 and 11)•Remove seal (item 12) and replace it by the new seal. After installing the new seal, apply grease on it to ease operation NOTE: the shaft must be completely empty to carry out this maintenance operation as the seals are bolted to the frameFigure 5Weir gates (1250x1250mm/49”x49” to 2000 x 2000mm /80”x80”)•Start from the open position•Remove the yoke (upper part of frame, item 2), the stem (item 3) and the slide (item 5) as a single assembly. To do this, first loosen the bolts and nuts on the yoke•Remove the seal retainer (items 7 and 8)•Remove seal (item 9) and replace it by the new seal. After installing the new seal, apply grease on it to ease operation.Figure 66.TROUBLE SHOOTING7.ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS• The packaging is made from environmentally friendly materials. Dispose of the packaging through the available recycling channels• The valve is designed and manufactured with materials that can be recycled by specialised recycling firms. Once the life of the product is expired, you have to consider a proper disposal of the product in order to prevent any negative impact on the environment and allows for the recycling of valuable commodities• Please follow the local environmental rules in your country for proper disposal。

ORBIT提升阀杆式轨道球阀技术特点简介2009年12月1、无摩擦操作为了达到无摩擦的操作方式,Orbit 阀门开启时,阀杆首先提升使阀球倾斜与阀座脱离接触,然后阀杆驱动阀球转动达到开启位置。

关闭阀门时使阀杆带动阀球在不接触阀座的情况下转动,然后阀杆下降压迫阀球压紧在阀座上。

这个特点决定了在阀门的开启过程中,球体和阀座不接触,这样阀座和球体不会产生摩擦,使阀门的密封面在操作过程中不会受到损伤。

所以这种球阀的密封面具有很长的寿命,适合长期频繁操作。

2、低扭矩由于开关过程中阀座和球体不会摩擦,所以ORBIT 球阀先天就具有低扭矩特性,开启轻松自如。

3、主动强制密封阀杆下端驱动阀球的部分为前后平行的楔型面,并通过阀球上嵌入的一组不锈钢或Hastelloy 合金材质的阀芯销钉驱动阀球转动并脱离或压紧阀座。

在阀门关闭时,ORBIT 球阀不是依靠介质的压力实现阀门密封的,而是通过阀杆底部的楔形斜面提供一个机械的楔紧力强迫阀球压紧阀座来实现密封,这种强制性机械力可以保证阀门持续的紧密封,并实现长期的零泄漏。

即使在管道内介质压力或外部强制力消失的情况下,这个楔紧力仍然可以继续保持阀门的零泄漏。

4、阀座没有局部冲刷在开启和关闭阀门时,阀杆首先提升使阀球与阀座瞬间脱离接触,紧急切断阀的流通通道瞬间全开或全关,使阀门在开关过程中无高速流体局部冲蚀阀座密封面,从而进一步提高阀门的密封寿命。

5、关断和阀腔超压泄放因为Orbit 阀门的单阀座设计,阀腔始终和管线的一端相通,所以没有任何介质被禁锢在阀腔中,所以无需泄放阀腔压力。

ORBIT 球阀静态单阀座既能保证双向零泄漏,又避免了双阀座阀门的内腔压力升高的问题。

6、口径和顶装式设计所有Orbit 球阀均为全通径并且为顶装式设计。

(8)6.- Components list (9)0.- DESCRIPTIONThe MP model is a general-purpose, uni-directional flanged valve for gaseous clean fluids such as atmospheric air, nitrogen, oxygen etc. and gaseous dirty fluids carrying suspended solids. For the latter application the valve has a register for both the build-up of solids and cleaning.This is a valve which, due to its mechanical system of movement, offers several advantages compared to other butterfly valves. These advantages include the elimination of friction between the disc and the seat thus lengthening the valve’s service life.This model is mainly divided into 2 types; low pressure with values equivalent to 6Kg/cm2and high pressure, with pressure up to 40Kg/cm2.Likewise, as far as tightness is concerned, these valves are mainly constructed in 2 versions. The first of these with graphite-based braiding providing BO class 3 tightness according to standard DIN 3230 and the second providing relative tightness with metal-metal contact.1.- HANDLINGPay special attention to the following points when handling an Orbinox valve:Use the lifting lugs which all valves of this type have for moving and handling purposes:SEE DRAWING 8260A2 (LIFTING LUGS)- Do not lift the valve by holding it by the stem or the actuator support plate.The valve would go totally off balance, possibly be damaged and injure the personnel handling it.- Do not lift the valve by holding it by the bore or port.This can cause damage to the surface of the seat, seals and the flange raised face.SAFETY WARNING:- Ensure that the crane, as well as the belts or slings used, are correctly set for lifting the weight of the valve.- These valves have support legs to prevent them from rolling while being tested or handled.These legs cannot be used to support the valve weight when being installed, nor can they be used for supporting the weight of the pipes.2.- INSTALLATIONIt is important to observe the following warnings to avoid personal injuries or damage to property when handling and installing the valve:- Qualified and trained personnel must carry out the handling and maintenance of the valve.- Use suitable Individual Protection Equipment (IPE) (gloves, safety footwear...).- Disconnect all lines affecting the valve and put up a notice notifying that work is being carried out on the valve.- Isolate the valve Completely from the process.- Release process pressure.- Drain the fluid from the valve.Before installing the valve, inspect it to check that it has not suffered any damage during transit or storage.Ensure that the body inside is clean, taking special care with the seat area. Also ensure that the neighbouring areas where the valve is to be installed are clean (flanges, pipes…).As a uni-directional valve, it has to be installed in such a way that the PRESSURE pushes the disc towards the SEAT. These valves have an arrow riveted in the valve body indicating the direction of pressure. It is the user’s responsibility to correctly install and direct the valve in relation to the direction of pressure.It is useful to remember that the direction of flow does not necessarily coincide with the direction of pressure: SEE DRAWING MP8260A2 (DETAIL K)Special consideration should be given to keeping the correct distance between connection flanges and to ensuring that they are perfectly aligned and parallel.The incorrect positioning of counter-flanges will cause strain on the valve body which could lead to operating problems.The valve can be mounted in any position: horizontal, vertical or slanting, depending on the requirements of the installation. The operating shaft MUST be mounted in a horizontal position. In horizontal or slanting lines try to ensure that the shaft remains, not only horizontal, but also in the upper area.If the valve has electrical accessories such as electric-actuator, solenoid valves, limit switches, electropneumatic positioners, etc. the corresponding earthing connections must be made before putting it in to operation.In big valves (Diameters of 1000 mm or larger) ensure before handling the valve that the mechanical stop on the outside has left its seat and is positioned on the support plate.In order to check its operation and tightness, operate the valve with no load and then with load.It is worth remembering that during transit / storage of the valve, the packing might have settled thus causing a small leak. Once there is pressure inside the valve this leak could be checked by applying soapy water to the packing gland area. This can be remedied by gently tightening the packing gland until the aforementioned leak is eliminated.3.- ACTUATORS3.1.- Bevel GearThis consists of a worm gear mechanism and the valve is shut off by making the wheel turn towards the right.The degree of the valve opening is shown on an indicator located in the gear casing cover.3.2. PneumaticThere are two possible types:A) A double-acting rotary cylinder or with a ¼ turn whose rotating shaft directly drives thevalve stem.B) A pneumatic double-acting linear cylinder which operates an adjustable lever fastened tothe valve stem. These cylinders are designed for working at a minimum instrument air pressure of 4 bar. In tight valves, these cylinders are sized to open the valve at a differential pressure equivalent to 0.1 bar and 0.3 bar in metal-metal valves. They are not intended for operating the valve when it is submitted to line operating pressure (for example 6 bar). In order to do so, the lever driven by the pneumatic cylinder has a regulating screw.REGULATING SCREW IN THE LEVER (Drawing MP8260A2, section F):This screw (32) is intended for providing the pneumatic cylinder with greater or lesser force depending on how it’s operated.It is factory set ensuring that the cylinder with 4 bar of instrument air pressure is able to open the valve at a differential pressure of 0.1 bar or less in tight valves and at a pressure of 0.3 bar or less in metal-metal valves. As such, this screw should not be adjusted unless the aforementioned set points change or the valve is disassembled at some time in the future.Handling the regulating screw: firstly, the locknut that fastens the screw is loosened and secondly the abovementioned screw is moved so that by turning it anticlockwise the cylinder is supplied with more force or, with the same result, the cylinder shaft is moved further away from the main shaft and vice versa.It is recommended to have a replacement cylinder of each diameter or at least to have sets of replacement cylinder seals. Please refer to the pneumatic cylinder supplier’s maintenance manual for changing the aforementioned seals.3.3. Electric actuatorSpecific supplier operating instructions will be enclosed in accordance with the type or make of electric actuator delivered.4.- MAINTENANCEIt is important to observe the following warnings to avoid personal injuries or damage to property when handling and installing the valve:- Qualified and trained personnel must carry out the handling and maintenance of the valve.- Use suitable Individual Protection Equipment (IPE) (gloves, safety footwear...).- Disconnect all lines affecting the valve and put up a notice notifying that work is being carried out on the valve.- Isolate the valve Completely from the process.- Release process pressure.- Drain the fluid from the valve.The MP valves do not require any maintenance other than the replacement of the packing (21) and seals (2) in the tight valves.The service life of these watertight elements depends on the valve’s operating conditions such as pressure, temperature, abrasion and the number of operations.4.1. Replacement packing kit (21) Drawing MP8260A2:The packing kit includes 2 lines of synthetic packing made of 98% pure carbon filaments (MG-420), at the head and bottom which are wrapped around pre-formed pure mineral graphite rings (grafoil).SEE DETAIL JThe circuit has to be depressurised before beginning any type of maintenance work.1) Loosen the indication for the detectors or limit switches (46).2) Loosen the guards on the support plate (49 and 50).3) Take out the stud bolt (54) fastening the main lever (27) to the valve stem (7). If the nuthas a welding point remove it in order to be able to remove the stud bolt easily.4) Loosen the bolts and nuts (53) joining the main support plate (26) to the intermediate valveextension cover (20).5) Due to its weight use a crane to remove the whole assembly, composed of the supportplate, cylinder and main lever.6) Remove the packing gland (22 and 23) completely and take out the packing using ascrewdriver and / or a packing extractor.Ensure that nothing is left behind inside the groove.7) Position the new packing fitting the bottom line (MG-420) and all the grafoil rings withoutfitting the head line.Position the packing gland (22 and 23) and tighten the abovementioned assembly with a torque of 2 kg.m.8) Remove the packing gland (22 and 23) and fit the head line (MG-420).Put the packinggland back (22 and 23) and tighten until the whole assembly is tightened.9) Position the assembly composed of the support plate, cylinder and main lever. Proceed inreverse order from the disassembly for the assembly of the aforementioned assembly. 10) Carry out some operations with a loaded circuit and retighten the packing gland (22 and23), only enough to prevent leaks. This check can be carried out using soapy water.4.2. Replacement of the seal (2) (only for tight valves):The seal with reference HECKER AK-2749 is composed of aramid fibres impregnated with rubber on both sides and covered with a special material called centellen.This whole assembly is completed with a graphite coating. This seal is supplied as a closed ring.1) Remove the valve from the pipe.2) Open the valve and hold the disc open ensuring that it doesn’t close.3) Remove the old seal using a screwdriver and thoroughly clean the groove where the newseal is to be positioned. This groove has a dovetail-like design.4) Position the new seal in the groove whilst supporting it over its entire perimeter.5) Carry out several operations since the disc, when moving, will end up homogeneouslytightening the seal in its housing.4.3. Replacement of the cylinder: Drawing MP8260A2The replacement of the cylinder in an MP valve can be carried out when the circuit is in operation.T he time available for carrying out the replacement has to be kept in mind for proceeding before the next operation.1) Shut off the air instruments valve to the pneumatic circuit.2) Loosen the support plate (49 and 50) guards.3) With the valve in the closed position, move screw 32 (section F) towards the outlet hole(detail I) so that the fork pin (52) can be seen through this hole.4) Remove the cylinder fork pin (52).5) Dismount the pneumatic cylinder flow regulators (38).6) See detail H (greasing boxes) and dismount covers 35 and 33 with bearing 34.7) Move the cylinder fork towards the main valve stem and remove the cylinder from itshousing.8) Once the cylinder is dismounted remove its fork in order to position it in the new cylinder.When mounting the fork in the cylinder ensure that its machined part is kept towards theinside and not the outside, see detail E.4.4.- Replacement of accessories:These valves are supplied with an air filter and pressure regulator. This pressure regulator is generally set to 4 bar.Likewise, they include one-way flow regulators with a pneumatic pipe made of high-pressure flexible armoured rubber.The supply includes double coil solenoid valves as well as proximity switches.It is recommended having spare parts for all these elements. Refer to the manufacturer’s manual for maintenance advice regarding these items.No specific instructions are required for replacing the accessories.Generally speaking, the air instruments valve to the pneumatic circuit is shut off before being able to change the accessories.4.5.- Greasing:Since 2001, these valves have been supplied with greasing boxes in the intermediate cylinder connection; see detail H of drawing MP8260A2.In some valves this greasing is carried out directly in the intermediatecylinder connection rods (See figure 1). BUTTERFLY DAMPERThe ML model is a butterfly damper for assembly between flanges on gas conduit systems. The ORBINOX standard model is designed for opera-tion at pressures of up to 500 mbar, with recom-mended speeds of below 30 m/s and temperatu-res of up to 800 ºC .t is a relatively air tight valve with a closing degree of between 90% and 99% which can reach 100% if an air sealing system is included (see ML2).The standard model of these dampers is designed so that the assembly is carried out in such a way that the drive shaft always remains in a horizontal position, although there is an option of assembly with the shaft in vertical position on request.STANDARD BUTTERFLY DAMPER (ML)DescriptionThis two-way damper has the function of contro-lling the passage of gases circulating in the con-duit. The butterfly damper is made up of a disc or disc shutter which rotates on two semi-shafts. The butterfly damper is normally supplied as a single part, except for applications in which the dimen-sions of the unit require special transport.ConstructionThe body of the butterfly dampers is a fabricated construction which can be made of different mate-rials. Standard construction supplies include dia-meters ranging from 150 mm (minimum) to 2000mm although, on request, larger sizes can be cons-tructed.The butterfly disc is constructed flat, with reinfor-cing ribs and is supported on two semi shafts. 打开过程关闭过程ORBIT轨道阀综合了闸阀、球阀、截止阀、旋塞阀的众多优点:1、开关无摩擦:提升阀杆式球阀通过阀杆上部的特殊轨道和下部的楔形斜面使得阀门在开关时球体偏离阀座后再转动消除了阀座的摩擦,解决了传统球阀的阀座磨损问题。

这种无擦伤或无摩擦的阀座密封在频繁的开关中不会引起磨损,因此避免了传统结构的球阀所产生的阀座密封的损坏,大大延长了球阀的密封寿命,在阀门频繁开关的情况下仍能确保长期的零泄漏和紧密密封。

2、无高速流体的局部冲刷:提升阀杆式球阀在开关时当阀球(芯)脱离阀座后再转动,阀球和阀座在没有接触的情况下完成开关动作。

所以在阀门“开启”或将要关闭的瞬间流体是沿密封面在360º范围内立即流动的,流体开始流动时可以把阀座上存在的外来的杂质冲洗干净。

因此提升阀杆式球阀从根本上避免了传统球阀在“开”和“几乎关闭”的瞬间产生的高速流体带来的阀座局部冲刷,即使在操作压差大的苛刻工况,仍能确保长期的零泄漏和紧密密封,同时也大大的提高了球阀的使用寿命。

3、机械楔形密封(主动或强制密封):提升阀杆式球阀阀杆下端的斜面提供一个机械的楔紧力以保证持续的紧密密封。

这种特殊的机械楔紧式密封不受管线压力大小和温度高低的影响,可以在全压差和全温度范围内保持双向紧密密封(对600磅级阀门为104公斤),消除了靠弹簧预紧阀座密封的传统DBB球阀随压力和温度的变化其密封能力无法保证的缺陷,因此更适用于压力和温度波动大、要求阀门长期保持良好密封、不允许经常停车维修和更换阀门的苛刻工况。

4、单阀座设计:提升阀杆式球阀的静态单阀座设计能保障双向零泄漏,避免了传统的双阀座DBB球阀由于双密封所引起的阀腔介质温度变化造成的阀门内腔压力升高和容易抱死的问题。

三杆阀(THREE LEVER VALVE)与三偏心蝶阀 在空分设备分子筛切换系统中的应用与比较一. 型式原理: 1. 三杆阀利用杠杆作用原理,无论阀门开或闭状态,在气动执行机构动作初始或终了,阀板均保持水平平移运动,从而使其无摩擦脱离或贴合上阀座密封,实现开关过程与阀座无挤压磨损现象,确保阀门在频繁开关状态下实现长周期可靠运行。

(详见使用手册) 2. 三偏心蝶阀由阀板线的水平和垂直二位偏心之外,再加上阀板假想`锥面中心与阀体中心间的偏心构成了三个偏心,从而实现蝶阀在开关过程,阀板与阀座密封基本无挤压摩擦,保证阀门寿命运行。

312二.密封结构1. 三杆阀是 垂直面密封,密封面弹性受压均匀。

同时,由于阀座密封圈布置在阀体之阀座的垂直面,其密封切面上不会存积管道内的杂物,如焊渣等固体颗粒,因此,密封面不易 意外损坏。

另外,三杆阀是压力密封,在阀的前后压差大于0.15 bar 情况下,阀门是无法开启。

这Cone centreShaft centreBody centreDisc个特点对于分子筛纯化系统而言,可避免分子筛的床层受到强气流的冲击破坏,恰好起到了安全保护的作用。

专用于开关工作场合,属于专用阀。

2.三偏心蝶阀有金属密封和非金属(如石墨)片复合金属密封等型式,特别是复合密封结构,非金属夹层受交变压力、温度影响,相对易出现老化碎裂,这样,密封就会出现失效。

越是大口径,其阀板锥面加工难度越大,三偏心蝶阀更适合于中小口径。

适用于开关,也适用于调节工作场合,属于一种通用阀。

三.国内的空分设备配套情况:1.“法液空”生产的大型空分设备,分子筛系统开关阀基本都是选用ORBINOX三杆阀,林德公司也在推荐使用三杆阀。

自1990年以来,有近二十套国内大型空分设备配套使用。

BUTTERFLY DAMPER
The ML model is a butterfly damper for assembly between flanges on gas conduit systems. The ORBINOX standard model is designed for opera-tion at pressures of up to 500 mbar, with recom-mended speeds of below 30 m/s and temperatu-res of up to 800 ºC .
t is a relatively air tight valve with a closing degree of between 90% and 99% which can reach 100% if an air sealing system is included (see ML2).
The standard model of these dampers is designed so that the assembly is carried out in such a way that the drive shaft always remains in a horizontal position, although there is an option of assembly with the shaft in vertical position on request.
STANDARD BUTTERFLY DAMPER (ML)
Description
This two-way damper has the function of contro-lling the passage of gases circulating in the con-duit. The butterfly damper is made up of a disc or disc shutter which rotates on two semi-shafts. The butterfly damper is normally supplied as a single part, except for applications in which the dimen-sions of the unit require special transport.Construction
The body of the butterfly dampers is a fabricated construction which can be made of different mate-rials. Standard construction supplies include dia-meters ranging from 150 mm (minimum) to 2000mm although, on request, larger sizes can be cons-tructed.
The butterfly disc is constructed flat, with reinfor-cing ribs and is supported on two semi shafts. The flat disc system is sufficiently rigid for the operatio-nal pressures of these valves and it does not have significant losses.
Seal design
The butterflies have two types of seal design.Depending on the application, the options are:swing-thru (closure from 90 to 97%) for environ-ments with dust concentrations (less than 1000mg/Nm 3); and the step seat (closure of 99%) sui-table for other applications requiring a high level of air tightness.Bearings
ORBINOX supplies its butterflies with the bea-rings situated on the outside and separated from the packing. This way, they are kept away from sources of heat and corrosion, thus lengthening

changing of the packing without having to remove the bearing, which will make future maintenance tasks easier.
Insulation
ORB I NOX supplies its valves prepared for an outer insulation of 200 mm. A space has been left free in order to change bearings and packings in the future without the need to remove said insula-tion.BUTTERFLY DAMPER WITH SEALING SYSTEM (ML2)
Description
The butterfly damper with sealing system is compri-sed of two butterflies. The seal is created in the space between these two discs, injecting ambient air at a higher pressure than that of the gases cir-culating in the conduits. The system creates a pres-surised chamber which guarantees he air tightness of the valves on the conduit. This system is limited to conduit pressures of less than 250 mm of water column. This therefore guarantees the air tightness of the valve.
t has the following actuators: on/off pneumatic actuator, pneumatic actuator with regulation, and electric actuator. The sealing system is made up of an electroventilator, a sealing valve, a dilation compensator and a sealing pipe. The other cha-racteristics are the same as the butterfly damper
without sealing system.。
