1,软件打开
选择Machine Edition →点击“继续”
选择要打开的文件名,点击打开。

2,关于导出文件备份
在此界面选择“取消”,→工具→应用程序管理器→
选择“Machine Edition(M)”点击“下一步”
选择“备份应用程序”点击“下一步”
选择要备份的文件名,点击“下一步”
3,关于上传、下载。

程序每次修改完保存,在下载之前需要“创建运行时应用程序”
弹出此界面后点击“保存”
点击“是”
点击“下载”,完成。

3,创建用户账户和密码
双击“运行时安全”弹出下面的对话框,其中安全码A-P的等级相同,账户“DEFAULT”的安全码“B、C、G”未选择,当某一功能钮需要安全码为“B、C、G”时,此账户“DEFAULT”不具有可操作性,必须登录账户“123”,因为此账户具有“B、C、G”的安全码等级。

应用举例:编辑“编辑配方”的可见性,
设置“编辑配方”的安全码为“C”,当所登录账户具有“C”安全码时,“编辑配方”才具有可见性,否则不可见。

4、程序中对配方所做的编写。

配方数据类型新建“USER-defined”命名为“ljpeifang”对DataTypes编辑各个所需要的数据名称,选择数据类型。

创建配方库,库组为256组。

AB变频器PowerFlex 753调试报告一、上电初始化,恢复出厂设置可以用面板来操作,面板操作方法请参照面板的操作说明来进行。

具体操作:按下键——>使用或键——>MEMORY——>SER Defaults ——>主机和端口——>回车二、设置PF753变频器基本参数(电机铭牌)具体操作:——>端口——>PowerFlex 753——>线性列表P25=电机铭牌电压P26=电机铭牌电流P27=电机铭牌频率P28=电机铭牌转速P29=电机铭牌功率单位(KW)P30=电机铭牌功率P31=电机极数P300=1(速度单位RPM)P301=2(Expert专家级)三、调试软件安装及使用可以用软件DriverTools或者CCW或者HMI面板来进行:(1)DriverTools软件安装第一步:先找软件安装光盘5.02-DriveTools_SP-A-CD;第二步:在安装光盘里,先找到RSLinx2.54软件安装完,接着继续安装DriverTools5.02.99;第三步:由于5.02.99这个版本里没有本工程要用的20-750-PBUS软件插件,所以我又在网上找到了一个5.05.09版本的升级包,安装完毕。

(2)CCW软件安装第一步:先找软件安装光盘光盘8.00.00-CCW-ZH-Std-DVD第二部:安装(3)HMI面板人机界面(HIM)的使用HIM 显示分为三个区域:1 )状态栏2)数据区域3 )功能键标签对应功能状态栏提供关于主机变频器的运行状况信息。

功能键:最多可使用五个功能键( 如图阴影所示)。

功能键将基于HIM 画面或数据输入模式更改其功能/ 名称。

当功能键激活时,它当前的功能将显示在LCD 画面中相应的功能键标签上(HIM 显示区条目3)。

任意参数的设置:直接访问参数A.按 ESC 进入状态屏幕。

B.使用或键浏览要修改名称的设备端口(例如: Port 00为变频器主机)。

一、模块接线1、概论本项目采用CompactLogical(1769)及ControlLogical(1756)系列PLC,前者通过模块两侧芯片连接数据总线,后者需通过底板供电(5V)电压。

1769(控制系统)采用通过以太网模块(1734-AENT)连接个从站,各站供电为24VDC,1756(数采系统)的数据总线为控制网,各从站以同轴电缆通过控制网模块(1756-CNB)连接,供电为220VAC2、1734-IT2I2点模拟量输入模块,温度测量,通道左正右负。

3、1734-OB88点数字量输出模块。

4、1734-OE4C4点模拟量输出模块,0、1、2、3连接输出设备,4.、5为公共端。

5、1734-IE8C8点数字量输入模块,8各通道分别接仪表负端。

6、1734-IB88点数字量输入。

7、1756-IT6I26点模拟量输入,模拟量输入通道为第三到第八列,左正右负8、1756-IF168点模拟量输入,负端需并联二、Logical50001、概述AB系列产品均可采用Logical5000进行组态及编程,其间需要的软件如下:RSLogix 5000:进行硬件组态及编程;BOOTP-DHCP Server 为设备分配IPRSLinx Classic 为设备分配IP并进行设备连接RSNetWorx for ControlNet 进行网络规划2、分配IP可选择两种方式为设备分配IP: BOOTP-DHCP Serve及RSLinx Classic。

AB 触摸屏PanelViewPlus设置流程

PanelView Plus硬件设置和 RSViewStudio软件应用文件内容:1、PanelView Plus 硬件设置;2、创建一个 RSView ME的项目;3、建立OPC通讯;4、规划和添加需要的画面;5、链接 PLC地址;6、测试画面;7、生成可运行性* .mer文件并测试运行;8、下载工程。

实验要求:创建一个 ME工程,能够在该工程中控制电机的启动停止,并显示出电机的运行状态相关等信息。

将该工程放入 PanelView Plus中,实现在操作员终端上对电机的监控。

步骤如下:一、 PanelView Plus的硬件设置。

PanelView Plus上电(现场型号为:2711P-T10C4D2,触摸式;对于按键式屏 [*] 按键为对于按钮。

),进入如下界面:1.在 PanelView Plus 终端的主页上,按Terminal Settings [F4] (终端设置)。

2.导航至:Networks and Communications (网络和通讯) > Network Connectors(网络连接器) > Network Adaptors (网络适配器)> Built-in Ethernet Controller (内置 Ethernet 控制器)。

设置触摸屏IP地址及子网掩码等。

3.设置 Display(显示)选项。

A、选择 Display →Display Intensity,按上下键可以改变屏幕显示亮度。

B、选择 Display →Screen Saver,按上下键可以改变屏保显示亮度;按 F1改变静止时间,一般设置为 10分钟。

C、选择 Display →Cursor,按 F1选择是否显示光标,设置为NO,将光标屏蔽。

4.设置Font Link(字体链接)选项,此选项设置的前提是 CF卡中已经做好字体文件(通常我们采用宋体)。

A、选择Font Link →Show Links,显示当前已有链接。
