为了提高他们的积极性,这学期我还要求班上每个学生,每天轮流上台带读英语单词。

每周进行一到两次听力训练,选用部分随堂练习作为课堂巩固练习。

周报上的单选题,完形填空及阅读理解,要求学生认真完成并及时讲评。

这学期我更加注重将学生分情况辅导。

与其他几位教师一起,在班上选出十几位学生,每周一,周四晚自修时进行培优扶差的补习。
