复飞的时机与人为因素
摘要
中断进近做出复飞决断,有助于提高飞行员的决断能力和处境意识。如果能够很好的完成复飞,飞行员必须明确复飞的时机,掌握复飞决断的标准,了解复飞决断的影响人为因素,这样才能有效的保证飞行安全,顺利完成飞行任务。本文从认识复飞重要性,定义复飞,从低能见度、风切变的天气因素下的复飞,飞机设备和导航设备故障复飞,飞机的控制、ATC强制复飞,人为因素和特情下的复飞时机做出简述,最后影响复飞的人为因素:侥幸,烦躁情绪,对复飞没有准备以及CRM与复飞训练四方面做分析,为飞行员在复飞时机选择有一定的依据。

Go around/Go miss, Opportunity and Human factors
Abstract
Discussing the miss-approach decision making is benefit to pilots in their effort to improve the consciousness of environment and the ability to cope with an emergency in which miss-approach becomes irrevocable. The paper stresses in this respect that pilots must have the knowledge of the prerequisite of the miss-approach and have a good comprehension of principles, standard as well as procedure set forth for a correct miss-approach of the factors that may affect the miss-approach decision and that the pilots must have a good master of the skill to maneuver the miss-approach to ensure the flight safety in fulfilling their flight assignment. This paper describes the definite of the Go Around/Go Miss also recognize the important of go around, combination aviation weather which is low visibility and wind share, Aircraft navigation ground navigation facility inoperative, controllability of the airplane, ATC instructions, human factors and special situation, have detailed description, finally description four human factors: invulnerability, impulsivity, without prepare for go around and CRM training. Proved help then pilot encounters go around situation.
