b.幻灯片中对新闻内容的展示，不能是原新闻内容的简单复制和堆砌（不能把原文大段大段的句子拷贝到幻灯片），需要对原新闻内容重新整合，按原始段落顺序总结归纳出其主要内容，高度浓缩，挑出新闻中的短句和重要词组，按条目编号，逐条列出来，用一页幻灯片展示就行了（因为读新闻时，不方便同时用手去频繁翻页）。
c.新闻中的生词最好是以词组和意群为单位列出，方便大家更容易理解新闻，也只用一页展示。
d.幻灯片中，可在空白处粘贴网上搜索到的和新闻相关的图片，要适当调整照片的大小，以适应幻灯片的空白区域。
e.注意幻灯片中主要新闻事实编排要美观清晰。
运用字号大小颜色和编号来区别各个内容的层次。
字体颜色和幻灯片背景的颜色搭配要既协调美观，又清晰。
最好整个幻灯片只用一种字体，保持前后一致。
f.幻灯片的背景和颜色不要太花哨，刺眼，以免喧宾夺主，最好能事先了解一些配色和图片设计的基本知识。
g.做好幻灯片后，要试着播放几遍，看看有没有哪里不妥，或者不美观的，再及时调整修改。
4．读新闻前，先深呼吸一口气，面带微笑，扫视一下下面的听众，给自己足够的自信。
读新闻时，一定要读清楚一些难词生词的发音，语音清晰，语速不要太快。

2. Duty report英语教学活动的方法探讨2.1借助图片内容进行duty report诉说，营造课堂氛围高中英语阶段的学生已经掌握一定数量的英语词汇，在duty report教学活动课堂上，教师可以围绕图片、漫画、画报等内容，开展duty report的看图说话教学，让学生观察图片、漫画等，再让学生根据图片和漫画等不同表现形式，用自己的英语知识和词汇，来表达图片所表达的涵义。
