英文专业实习报告120xx年上半年，在老师的努力下，商务英语专业的10学生有幸九方宾馆，为期四十天的实习。
初次接触社会的次感受到了竞争的激烈，也看到了自身的问题和要注意的。
被分配到了不同的岗位，我被分配到九方宾馆的中餐厅工作，带着一份兴奋而紧张的心情走进了九方宾馆，开始了的实习。
实习的四十天里，我感受颇多，受益匪浅。
一、工作只在酒店四十天的实习，但酒店按正规的实习生对了系统的培训，工作分为三大块：岗前培训，了四个课时的室内培训和游览培训，主要是介绍酒店的概况，也对了员工素养及酒店管理制度的培训，这让对工作大概的；第消防安全意识培训，酒店安排了工程部的经理和主管为现场讲解授课，让对酒店安全和消防常识更系统的；是技能培训，培训贯穿着实习的四十天。
由人员为不间断的技能，四十天的实习让对工作的，这也得益于酒店系统而的培训。
培训以后的学习和工作非常有用的。
实习的九方宾馆是一所成立于20xx年的四星级涉外酒店，酒店管理先进，客源市场广阔。
其餐饮部大致分成如下几个：中餐部和西餐部，我和同行7名同学的工作岗位中餐部。
九方食府是九方宾馆最主要的餐厅，主要承担的是宴席和宴请的用餐，餐厅员工有将近20人，包括主管两名和三名领班及服务员数名，工作繁忙。
二、实习过程中餐厅是酒店餐饮中最为辛苦的，酒店并给服务员们制定的岗位职责和工作描述，在刚刚走进工作岗位的几天，就像无头苍蝇，完全领会工作的流程和要领，只是听从领班和老员工的安排和手把手的教导。
庆幸的是所老员工对都的友好，主管还为每人安排了一名师傅，的工作。
在后面的日子里，都能熟练工作了。

学校建设也没我想象中的那么好。
当然我根本没有想到，在之后的两个月里，我会在这里收获一段快乐而难忘的时光。
我不仅从各个老师和学生们的身上学到了很多东西，而且和他们成为朋友，更重要的是，我在实习过程中感觉所学的到东西远远要比三年里在校园里学到的更丰富、更精彩，这些东西都是课本上学不到的。
正所谓实践出真知啊，实践中收获到的远比书本来得真切和实在。
我们来到海口七中受到了热烈的欢迎。
首先，我们和该校的领导及老师召开了座谈会，他们向我们介绍了这个学校的一些情况：它属于区属中学，隶属于海南省海口市美兰区，坐落在美舍河旁边，风景优美，学校占地面积不多，一共设有三个年级，每个年级十个班。
据这的老师介绍，因为是普通中学，所以生源都不好，学生的基础都很差。
我们实习的基本内容包括两部分：课堂教学、班主任工作。
基本情况如下：1、课堂教学：完成教案数为8份，上课节数为12节。
2、班主任工作：组织了一次怎么样学好英语的主题班会;在班上组织了一次以纪念长征胜利70周年的诗歌朗诵比赛,选送代表参加学校的比赛.带领学生出了一期以安全意识为主题的黑板报;参加了学生的广播操比赛的训练及体育课;检查学生的早操情况及卫生情况，帮助班主任做好两次家长会的前期准备工作。
这次实习令我感受颇多。
一方面，我深感知识学问浩如烟海，自己所拥有的知识，那只是沧海一粟，所以应该在以后的生活中继续学习，正所谓活到老，学到老，要坚持与时俱进，要让自己的知识跟上时代的发展，不然会被这个社会所淘汰的;另一方面我也深深地体会到教学相长的深刻内涵。
教学，不仅是老师教，更重要的是学生学，老师也能在学生的学习过程中发现自己的问题，时刻反思，才能更好的促进教学。
首先，我让我们班的班长给我画了一份学生的座位表，因为我知道，记不住学生的名，看似小事，其实它在学生眼中是很重要的，如果记不住学生的名，学生就会觉得自己在老师心中没有地位，老师不重视自己，老师不关心自己，甚至会产生隔阂。
在前面两周听课的时间里，我就抓紧时间把每个学生和他们的名对上号。
所以我在第一次上课的时候叫学生起来回答问题都没有叫错名，下课后同学们都围着我问：老师，你怎么才来就知道我们的名呀?有些学生还抱侥幸心理，以为我不知道他的名，等我叫出他的名时，都大吃一惊，这也是我们班学生最佩服我的地方，这也使我明白了：沟通是一种重要的技巧和能力，时时都要巧妙运用。
认识一个人，首先要记住对方的名。
了解一个人，则需要深入的交流。
而这些，都要自己主动做。
下课后，孩子们经过我时，都敬个礼再亲切地喊一声：老师好!，我都觉得心情很愉快，原来快乐竟如此简单，只因被一群天真的孩子们认可。
在我从事教育教学活动时，我发现学生对英语学习的兴趣并不是很高。

兴趣对于一个学生的学习来说是一个至关重要的条件，特别是对于这些才接触到英语的学生来说，兴趣是非常重要的，兴趣是学习入门的阶梯，兴趣孕育着希望，兴趣溢着动力。

但当幻想成为现实的时候，我却慌了阵脚。
因为文件涉及的机械零部件，加工工艺等专有名词是我在课堂上根本没有涉及到的。
我只有打开电脑利用金山词霸一个个的查。
这时候觉得工作原来并不想自己想的那样简单，所以在以后的工作中就更应该小心谨慎了。
虽然倍加小心，但是工作不像考试，考试只需要短时间的精力集中，而工作却是长期的。
这样下来，也难免会出错，比如老外在一封有关交付款的邮件里提到参照ccp15530，我在电脑上查到ccp由中国共产党的意思，就写成了要交付15530元人民币。
最后还是领导觉得数目不对，向我指出了这个问题。
当得知ccp15530只是文件标号时，我为自己的自作聪明感到十分羞愧。
好在问题发现的及时，避免了合作双方的误会，这也提醒我在遇到不懂的问题时一定要虚心求教。

为了避免延误工作，我决定努力接触公司产品的生产流程，记住零部件的名称和各种加工工艺的表达方式。
除了现在每天都在做的邮件翻译以及文件整理工作，单位还要求我口语上要过关以应付出国和接待老外来访的需求，这就要求我更加努力的增强自身的知识水平，在做好日常工作的同时更要不断的提升自己。
虽然在学校接受过口译的教程，也大体了解一些要求与规则，但是练习也只限于同学之间。
而且因为工作环境的问题，平日里很少接触英语的听说，这就要求我必须保持清醒的认识，不能贪图安逸混日子，还要创造机会进一步学习。
路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。
相信经过一定的锻炼与不懈的学习，我一定能尽快胜任翻译一职。
最令我没有想到的是，我在大二学的国际贸易实务，国际金融以及电子商务课程的知识竟然在我阅读合同等文件时帮了我很大的忙，也节省了我不少时间。
那些时常出现的诸如fob、cif之类的贸易术语都是我们课上最主要的内容。
在学习的时候只是单纯的背过，并没有真正了解它们的含义。
例如合同，它是履行的依据，是成立的条件，品质、品名、数量、包装、价格、保险等条款缺一不可。
因为涉及双方的利益，而商家又以追求最大利润为目标，所以划分的越详细，责任也就越明确，也就可以避免一些不必要的纠纷。
可见做生意来不得半点马虎。
在单位，除了工作上的进步，我还学到了许多生活上的细节。
单位里最让我敬佩的就是吴副总和赵主任。
吴总经常出差，每次回来的时候应该都很劳累了，可是如果他看到哪里卫生做得不好，就会亲力亲为的去整理打扫。
在工作前经常听到学姐学长们抱怨，说什么签了工作却没施展才华，还要扫地倒水像个打杂的，但是如果像我一样看到领导都不拘身份搞好卫生，应该大家都能像我一样备受鼓舞了。
还记得有一次回宿舍没有零钱坐公交了，赵主任知道了就主动给了我一元钱，在寒冷的南京街头，让我倍觉温暖，有的时候因为学校或者是生活中的困难必须请假处理，请假时赵主任总是很体谅我的难处，每一次在心里都是深深的感激。
以前坐班车的时候，师傅们常问我冷不冷，穿的单薄吗，在南京还习惯吗，是同事们一句句殷勤的问候语关爱的话语冲淡了我独在异乡的漂泊与恐惧。
还有好多好多我难忘的同事，给我留下了很深的印象，比如张主任的勤劳，姚主任的忙碌，沈主任的细心帮助等等。
在短暂的实习生涯中，我总结出了如下经验：1、严格遵守公司章制度在学校里学习生活，虽然有一些校园纪律在约束自己的行为，但相对于在公司里工作，还是非常懒散和不受控制的。
因为这校园纪律大都是警告性质的，不会对自己的发展有多大的影响。
在公司里工作，在方方面面都有详细的规章制度，这些制度就像高压电线一样，如果触犯它们，就会受到惩罚，这些影响可能会对你以后的发展带来很坏的影响。
同时，要成为一个非常职业、非常有素质的职业者，必须积极地去面对自己的工作，认真刻苦的来把工作做好，想尽一切办法把自己的工作做的完美。
而作为一个职业者，认真负责、积极进取的态度会是自己发奋工作的原动力。
所以，要成功地进行实习，必须首先树立去认真负责、刻苦、积极进取的职业操守，像一个真正的职业者一样要求自己。
2、多听、多看、多想、多做、少说我们到公司工作以后，要知道自己能否胜任这份工作，关键是看你自己对待工作的态度。
态度对了，即使自己以前没学过的知识也可以在工作中逐渐的掌握。
态度不好，就算自己有知识基础也不会把工作做好，我刚到这个岗位工作，根本不清楚该做些什么，刚开始我觉得很头痛，可经过工作过程中多看别人怎样做，多听别人怎样说，多想自己应该怎样做，然后自己亲自动手去多做，终于在短短几天里对工作有了一个较系统的认识，慢慢的自己也可以完成相关的工作了，光用嘴巴去说是不行的，所以，我们今后不管干什么都要端正自己的态度，这样才能把事情做好。
3、少埋怨有的人会觉得公司这里不好那里不好，同事也不好相处工作也不如愿，经常埋怨，这样只会影响自己的工作情绪，不但做不好工作，还增加了自己的压力，所以，我们应该少埋怨，要看到公司好的一面，对存在的问题应该想办法去解决而不是去埋怨，这样才能保持工作的激情。
4、虚心学习在这次实习过程中，我们碰到很多问题，有的是我们懂得的，也有很多是我们不懂的，不懂的东西我们要虚心向同事或领导请教，当别人教我们知识的时候，我们也应该虚心的接受，不要认为自己懂得一点鸡毛蒜皮就飘飘然。
5、错不可怕，就怕一错再错每一个人都有犯错的时候，工作中第一次做错了不要紧，公司领导会纠正并原谅你，但下次你还在同一个问题上犯错误，那你就享受不到第一次犯错时的待遇了。
经过这次实习，我从中学到了很多课本没有的东西，在就业心态上我也有很大改变，以前我总想找一份适合自己爱好，专业对口的工作，可现在我知道找工作很难，要专业对口更难，很多东西我们初到社会才接触。
