聚氯乙烯玻璃纤维套管产品是以无碱玻璃纤维编织

而成，并涂以聚氯乙烯树脂经塑化而成的电气绝缘

漆管。套管具有良好的柔软性、弹性、绝缘性、和

耐化学性，适用于电机、电器、仪表、无线电等装

置的布线绝缘和机械保护。

PVC fiberglass sleeving product is E-glass fiber

woven and coated with PVC resin, plasticizing

made of electrical insulation paint tube. The casing

has good softness, flexibility, insulation, and

chemical resistance, wiring insulation and

mechanical protection for electrical, electronics,

instruments, radios and other devices.

2715—Ⅲ 击穿电压（breakdown voltage ）：1.5KV

2715—Ⅱ 击穿电压（breakdown voltage ）：2.0KV

2715—Ⅰ 击穿电压（breakdown voltage ）：4.0KV

型号：参照中华人民共和国 GB7116-86标准，特殊规格可以根据客户的要求定做。Model: with reference to the People's Republic of China GB7116-86 standard , special specifications can be customized according to customer requirements .

检验标准（Test ）：

1、外观：漆管的涂层均匀、表面光滑，不应有影响产品性能的缺陷。Appearance: paint tube coating is uniform, smooth surface, the defects should not affect product performance.

2、长度：长度1000mm,允许偏差±10mm 2, Length: Length 1000mm, allowable deviation of ± 10mm

3、内径和壁厚不低于下表标准the inner diameter and wall thickness of not less than the standard of the following table

4、性能标准（Four performance criteria ）:

（1）耐温（temperature:）：105℃

（2）热处理后的弯曲:涂层不裂开、不脱离heat treatment after bending: the coating does not crack, not

out of

（3）低温下弯曲性:涂层不裂开、不脱离low temperature bending: the coating does not crack, not out of

（4）2715-Ⅲ击穿电压：中值1.5KV ，室温下不低于1.2KV 。Breakdown voltage: in value 1.5KV, at room

temperature of not less than 1.2KV. （5）白色、白底绿条、白底红条white, green, white, white with red strips
