钻井工程的一些术语1、井:以勘探开发石油和天然气为目的的,在地层中钻出的具有一定深度的圆柱形孔眼。
2、井口:井的开口端。
3、井底:井的底端。
4、裸眼:未下套管部分的井段。
5、井深:从转盘补心面至井底的深度。
6、井壁:井眼的圆柱形表面。
7、环空:井中下有管柱时,井壁与管柱或管柱与管柱之间的圆环形截面的柱状空间。
8、井眼轴线:井眼的中心线。
9、井身结构:指的是钻头钻深、相应井段的钻头直径、下入的套管层数、直径及深度、各层套管外的水泥返高以及人工井底等。
10、人工井底:设计的最下部油层下的阻流环或水泥塞面。
(注:该定义不全面,人工井底是可变的)11、井的类别:按一定依据划分的井的总类。
按钻井的目的可分为探井和开发井等;按完钻后的井深可分为浅井(<1200m)、中深井(1200~3000m)、深井(3000~5000m)和超深井(>5000m);按井眼轴线形状可分为直井和定向井。
12、探井:指以了解地层的时代、岩性、厚度、生储盖的组合和区域地质构造,地质剖面局部构造为目的,或在确定的有利圈闭上和已发现油气的圈闭上,以发现油气藏、进一步探明含油气边界和储量以及了解油气层结构为目的所钻的各种井,包括地层探井、预探井、详探井和地质浅井。
13、开发井:指为开发油气田所钻的各种采油采气井、注水注气井,或在已开发油气田内,为保持一定的产量并研究开发过程中地下情况的变化所钻的调整井、补充井、扩边井、检查资料井等。
14、直井:井眼轴线大体沿铅垂方向,其井斜角、井底水平位移和全角变化率均在限定范围内的井。
15、定向井:沿着预先设计的井眼轨道,按既定的方向偏离井口垂线一定距离,钻达目标的井。
16、丛式井:在一个井场上或一个钻井平台上,有计划地钻出两口或两口以上的定向井(可含一口直井)。
17、救援井:为抢救某一口井喷、着火的井而设计、施工的定向井。
18、多底井:一个井口下面有两个或两个以上井底的定向井。
19、大斜度井:最大井斜角在60°~86°的定向井。

(国外投资,在国外打)2.资金来源:主业、自筹3.海上钻井、陆上钻井海上钻井、陆上钻井:按照钻井的地域划分,可以分为陆地井和海上井两种类型(1)陆地井:是指在陆地范围内所钻的井,包括在湖泊和沼泽地区的钻井。
(2)海上井:是指在海洋范围内所钻的井,海上井按海水深浅又可分为海洋井和浅海井。

浅海井:是指在水深5米以内(含5米)的海域所钻的井,包括在海滩、滩涂和潮汐波及区内所钻的井。
4.井别(参考: SY/T 5313—93 钻井工程术语P1)井别:按照钻井的地质设计目的,可以分为探井和开发井两大类。
(1)探井:是指为查明地层及油(气)藏情况所钻的井,包括地层探井、预测井、详探井和地质浅井等。
①地层探井(参数井、基准井):是指以了解构造的地层年代、岩性、厚度、生储盖层组合等,并为地球物理解释提供各种参数为目的所钻的探井。
②预探井(1980年以前称探井):是指在地震详查和地质综合研究后所确定的有利圈闭上,以发现油气藏为目的所钻的探井,以及在已知的油(气)田上,以发现未知的新油气藏为目的所钻的探井。

钻井工程的180个术语钻井工程的一些术语1、井:以勘探开发石油和天然气为目的的,在地层中钻出的具有一定深度的圆柱形孔眼。
2、井口:井的开口端。
3、井底:井的底端。
4、裸眼:未下套管部分的井段。
5、井深:从转盘补心面至井底的深度。
6、井壁:井眼的圆柱形表面。
7、环空:井中下有管柱时,井壁与管柱或管柱与管柱之间的圆环形截面的柱状空间。
8、井眼轴线:井眼的中心线。
9、井身结构:指的是钻头钻深、相应井段的钻头直径、下入的套管层数、直径及深度、各层套管外的水泥返高以及人工井底等。
10、人工井底:设计的最下部油层下的阻流环或水泥塞面。
(注:该定义不全面,人工井底是可变的)11、井的类别:按一定依据划分的井的总类。
按钻井的目的可分为探井和开发井等;按完钻后的井深可分为浅井(<1200m)、中深井(1200~3000m)、深井(3000~5000m)和超深井(>5000m);按井眼轴线形状可分为直井和定向井。
12、探井:指以了解地层的时代、岩性、厚度、生储盖的组合和区域地质构造,地质剖面局部构造为目的,或在确定的有利圈闭上和已发现油气的圈闭上,以发现油气藏、进一步探明含油气边界和储量以及了解油气层结构为目的所钻的各种井,包括地层探井、预探井、详探井和地质浅井。
13、开发井:指为开发油气田所钻的各种采油采气井、注水注气井,或在已开发油气田内,为保持一定的产量并研究开发过程中地下情况的变化所钻的调整井、补充井、扩边井、检查资料井等。
14、直井:井眼轴线大体沿铅垂方向,其井斜角、井底水平位移和全角变化率均在限定范围内的井。
15、定向井:沿着预先设计的井眼轨道,按既定的方向偏离井口垂线一定距离,钻达目标的井。
16、丛式井:在一个井场上或一个钻井平台上,有计划地钻出两口或两口以上的定向井(可含一口直井)。
17、救援井:为抢救某一口井喷、着火的井而设计、施工的定向井。
18、多底井:一个井口下面有两个或两个以上井底的定向井。

2、井身结构包括井中套管的层数及各层套管的直径、下入深度和管外的水泥返深,以及相应各井段钻进所用钻头直径。
3、井的类别按一定的依据划分的井的种类。
按钻井的目的可分为探井和开发井;按完钻后的井深可分为浅井、中深井、深井和超深井;按井眼轴线形状可分为直井和定向井。
●超深井在中国一般指井深大于6000米的井。
●深井一般指深度为3000~6000米的井。
●中深井一般指深度为2000~3000米的井。
●浅井一般指深度小于2000米的井。
4、钻井方法类别:●转盘钻井利用转盘和钻柱带动钻头的旋转钻井方法。
●顶部驱动钻井利用安装在水龙头部位的动力装置带动钻柱旋转的钻井方法。
可在起下钻过程中随时恢复旋转和循环。
●井底动力钻井利用井底动力钻具带动钻头的旋转钻井方法。
●海上钻井利用固定式或移动式钻井平台在不同水深的海上进行的钻井。
●空气(天然气)钻井用空气(或天然气)作为钻井液体,在一些特定岩层中进行的钻井。
●泡沫钻井用泡沫作为钻井流体进行的钻井。
适合于低渗、低压油气层。
●充气钻井液钻井用钻井液和空气的混合物作为钻井流体进行的钻井。
●雾化钻井用水和泡沫剂的混合物注入到空气流中作为钻井液进行的钻井。
主要用在钻遇含水或含油砂岩中的流体而无法使井干燥的情况。
●平衡压力钻井作用于井底的压力等于该处地层孔隙压力情况下进行的钻井作业。
●欠平衡压力钻井作用于井底的压力略低于该处地层孔隙压力情况下的钻井作业。
●近平衡压力钻井作用于井底的压力略大于该处地层孔隙压力情况下的钻井作业。
5、钻具:井下钻井工具的简称。
一般来说,它是指方钻杆、钻杆、钻铤、接头、稳定器、井眼扩大器、减振器、钻头以及其它井下工具等。
●满眼钻具由外径接近于钻头直径的多个稳定器和大尺寸钻铤组成的下部钻具组合。
用于防斜稳斜。
●塔式钻具由直径不同的几种钻铤组成的、上小下大的下部钻具组合。
用于防止井斜。
●钟摆钻具在已斜井眼中,钻头以上,切点以下的一段钻铤犹如一个“钟摆”,钻头在这段钻铤的重力的横向分力——即钟摆力作用下,靠向并切削下侧井壁,从而起到减小井斜角的作用。
运用这个原理组合的下部钻具组合称钟摆钻具。
6、钻柱是指自水龙头以下钻头以上钻具管串的总称。
由方钻杆、钻杆、钻铤、接头、稳定器等钻具所组成。
●井下三器指稳定器、减振器和震击器。
7、钻进参数是指钻进过程中可控制的参数,主要包括钻压、转速、钻井液性能、流量及其他水力参数。
●钻压钻进时施加于钻头上的沿井眼前进方向上的力。
●转速指钻头的旋转速度,通常以转每分钟为单位。
●排量单位时间内通过泵的排出口的液体量。
通常以升每秒为单位。
●悬重和钻重在充满钻井液的井内,钻柱在悬吊状态下指重表所指轴向载荷称为悬重(即钻柱重力减去浮力);钻柱在钻进状态下指重表所指的轴向载荷称为钻重。
悬重与钻重的差值即钻压。
8、喷射钻井利用钻井液流经钻头喷嘴所形成的高能射流充分地清洗井底,使岩屑免于重复切削,并与机械作用联合破碎井底岩石,达到提高机械钻速的一种钻进技术。
●喷射式钻头钻头体上装有能产生高射流喷咀的钻头。
●喷咀组合喷射式钻头喷咀数量和直径的选配。
●喷射钻井工作方式在喷射钻井的水力程序设计中,以钻头或某个水力参数为目标来选择流量及其它水力参数。
9、优化钻井技术在科学地分析总结大量钻井数据和资料的基础上,建立相应的数学模型。
据此拟定一整套使质量更好、钻速更快、成本更低的钻井方案。
10、定向井沿着预先设计的井眼轨道,按既定的方向偏离井口垂线一定距离,钻达目标的井。
●从式井在一个井场上或一个钻井平台上,有计划地钻出两口或两口以上的定向井,可含一口直井。
●多底井一个井口下面有两个或两个以上井底的定向井。
●多目标定向井有两个或两个以上目标的定向井。
●大斜度井最大井斜角在60°~86°的定向井。
●水平井井斜角大于或等于86°,并保持这种角度钻完一定长度的水平段的定向井。
●斜直井用倾斜钻机或倾斜式井架完成的,自井口开始井眼轨迹首先是一段斜直井段的定向井。
11、井身质量井身质量的指标包括:套管下深、水泥浆返高、井径扩大率、井斜角、全角变化率、水平位移和闭合方位等。
●靶心由地质设计确定的定向井地下坐标点。
同义词:目标点。
●靶区允许实钻井眼轴线进入目的层时偏离设计靶心的规定范围。
●井斜变化率单位长度井段井斜角变化值。
通常以相邻两侧点间的井斜角变化值与两侧点间井段长度的比值来表示。
增斜变化时称增斜率;降斜变化时称降斜率。
●方位变化率单位长度井段方位角变化值。
通常以相邻二侧点间的方位角变化值与二侧点间井段长度的比值来表示。
12、测斜●磁性单点照相测斜仪磁力测斜仪的一种。
可测量井斜角,所测数据记录在一张照像底片上。
一次下井只能照一张照片,取一组数据。
●磁性多点照相测斜仪其测量原理与磁性单点测斜仪相同,两者结构相似。
不同的是它能在定时器的控制下,每隔一定时间排一张照相照片。
从而在预定的井段内多次排照,取得不同井深下的多组井斜和井斜方位数据。
13、随钻测量技术(M·W·D)利用井下测量仪器和地面接收系统,在钻井的同时,将井下地层钻井参数和井眼方向等信息传输到地面的技术。
●有线随钻测量系统用电缆将井下测量仪器接收随钻测量到的信息参数,在钻进的同时通过电缆传至地面的接收系统。
工作时不能转动,接单根时要从钻具内起出测量仪器。
可随钻测量井斜角、方位角等参数。
●无线随钻测量系统通过钻井液压力脉冲将井下随钻测量器测得的多项参数采用无线传输传到地面显示系统,它不仅测量井眼方位参数,还可测量钻进参数及地层参数,可对井眼轨道变化适时进行监控和处理。
14、取心:●转盘钻取心用转盘带动取心工具钻取岩心的作业。
●井壁取心用射孔仪器,向已钻出的井壁发射取心器或微型旋转工具钻取岩样的作业。
●密闭取心在取心钻进中,使用密闭取心液保护岩心不受污染的取心。
●保压取心采用特殊的岩心筒和取心工艺措施,使取出的岩心始终保持在地层中的原始压力状态。
●定向取心能够确定岩心所处地层裂缝的倾角、倾向等要素的取心。
15、钻井液又称泥浆,用作钻井作业的循环流体。
●钻井液分类根据钻井液连续相的相态而划分;有以水为连续相的水基钻井液(泡沫除外)、以油为连续相的油基钻井液和以气体为基本介质(气体可为连续相或分散相)的三大类流体。
●钻井液性能钻井液具有的适用钻井作业要求的各种性能。
主要包括密度、粘度、动切力、滤饼、滤失量、摩阻系数、PH值等。
●钻井液柱压力由钻井液柱的重力引起的压力,其大小与钻井液密度和液柱垂直高度有关。
●压力当量密度给定深度处的压力除以深度与重力加速度的乘积。
●钻井液当量循环密度钻井液密度与环空压耗密度之和。
16、井控技术运用现代井控理论、装备和技术,加以科学合理的控制,达到地层——井眼系统的压力平衡的技术。
●井控装备控制井内溢流、井喷的地面设备、仪器仪表和工具。
主要有防喷系统、套管头、节流管汇、压井管汇、放喷管汇、钻具内防喷工具、液气分离器等。
●井控技术操作“四·七动作在钻进、起下钻杆、起下钻铤和空井等四种情况下,完成控制井口、防止井喷的七个动作。
●附加压力确定钻井液密度时,钻井液柱压力超过地层压力的压力值。
●地层破裂压力某一深度处的地层受压(液柱压力或井口施加压力)发生破裂时的压力值。
●地层孔隙压力地下岩石孔隙内流动的压力。
●溢流井口返出的钻井液量比泵入量大,或停泵后井口钻井液自动外溢的现象。
●井涌溢流的进一步发展,钻井液涌出井口的现象。
●井喷地层流体(油、气或水)无控制地流入井内并喷出地面的现象。
是一种恶性钻井事故。
●井喷失控发生井喷后,无法用常规方法控制井口而出现敞喷的现象。
17、压井方法根据溢流情况和井场条件,进行压井作业时采用不同的加重、循环和压井程序,这些统称压井方法。
无论何种方法,在压井过程中都应保持井底压力不变。
●等候加重法发现溢流后关井求压,待钻井液加重后,用一个循环周完成压井,也叫工程师法。
●二次循环法发现溢流关井求压后,第一个循环周用原来的钻井液排出环空中浸污的钻井液,待加重钻井液配好后,于第二个循环周泵入井内压井。
●空井压井井内无钻具的压井方法。
空井压井只能采取置换式压井法。
●置换法压井向井内挤入定量钻井液,关井使钻井液下落至井底,然后泄掉相应量的井口压力。
重复这一过程,直至井口压力降到一定程度,再强行下钻到井底完成压井的作业。
也叫顶部压井法。
18、钻井井下事故钻井作业在井内发生的各种事故的总称。
按事故性质分卡钻事故、钻具事故、钻头事故、落物事故、井喷事故、固井事故、卡电缆事故等。
●计算卡点通过管柱拉伸,计算出钻具被卡段顶部的深度。
●测定卡点通过管柱拉伸测卡仪,测定出钻具被卡段顶部的深度。
●爆炸震动解卡用电线把导爆索下至卡点处,引爆后利用爆炸震动解卡的方法。
19、固井工程在钻成的裸眼井筒内下入套管,并在套管与井壁间填注水泥浆,使能达到封隔地层、巩固井壁、安装井口设备,为继续加深井眼和完井投产创造条件的全部作业。
●悬挂回接固井工艺利用套管悬挂器先下入一段套管悬挂在上层套管内,进行注水泥,待固结后再在套管悬挂器处回接至井口的固井方法。
●表层套管为防止井眼上部疏松地层的坍塌和污染饮用水源及上部流体的侵入,并为安装井口防喷装置等而下的套管。
●技术套管是在表层套管和生产套管之间,由于地层复杂或完井所使用的泥浆密度不致压漏地层等钻井技术的限制而下入的套管。
●生产套管为生产层建立一条牢固通道、保护井壁、满足分层开采、测试及改造作业而下入的最后一层套管。
亦称油层套管。
●尾管下到裸眼井段,并悬挂在上层套管上,而又不延伸井口的套管。
●分级注水泥工艺利用分级注水泥接箍将水泥浆分二次(或三次)注入井内的方法。
20、完井方法指油、气井钻井工程最后的一个重要环节,主要包括钻开生产层,确定井底完成方法,安装井底及井口装置和试油。
●先期裸眼完井先下油层套管到产层顶部固井,然后再钻开生产层裸眼开采。
●后期裸眼完井钻开产层后,只将套管下到产层顶部,注水泥后裸眼开采。
●射孔完井将套管下至产层底部固井,然后射孔开采。
●贯眼完井将带孔眼套管下入产层部位,在产层顶部注水泥返至环空的方法。
