How to Write an Effective Business Email?
I.Email or Phone call or wechat
1. For non native english speakers, Email can let you better understand each other
2. By call, sometimes, customers feel disturbing often, an offense to privacy
3. If call is a must, make it short
4. Wechat is better than phone call in making customers feeling less disturbing
5. Email better than wechat better than phone call
II.Spam Emails
1. Spam emails should be well recognized and abandoned. Never touch fraud attachment.
If the email contents are mainly on attachment downloading, be attention that it maybe a spam email. When you write emails, do not focus too much on attachment.

III.Good emails

If you use company emails, after salesman leaving, you just need to change passwords.
If customers copy this email to several person, when you reply, please reply to all.
When you send to customers from different companies, do not only send one email, use copy to sb. invisibly.
Before writng email, think who u are writing to, and choose a best topic, interesting and intriguing.

Do not use to whom it may concern, dear sir/madam, Lucas, hi, friend, honey.
6.Opening line
Do not make yourself small, saying some self deminishing words.
