6. 电弧的实质：是在一定条件下，电荷通过两极之间的气体空间的一种导电现象，简单的说就是气体放电现象7. 电离：在一定条件下，中性气体分子或原子分离为正离子和电子的现象。

7、焊接影响区：凡是焊丝俩侧受到焊接热源的影响发生组织性能变化的区域均层热影响区。

8、电弧：在两电极间的气体介质中，连续强烈的放电现象称为电弧。

9、电弧焊：就是借助于高温的电弧使焊条、焊件局部熔化，将两个分离的金属件，借助于原子的结合，连接成一个整体的过程。

10、手工电弧焊：焊条电弧焊是手工操作焊条进行焊接为电弧焊方法称为手工电弧焊。

11、埋弧焊：埋弧焊是焊丝作为熔电极送入焊接区形成电弧，电弧在焊剂下燃烧、熔化被焊金属，填充金属形成永久性接头的一种焊接方法。

12、钨极氩弧焊：钨极氩弧焊是要用钨棒作为电极，利用氩气作为保护气体进行焊接的一种气体保护焊方法。

13、二氧化碳气体保护焊：二氧化碳气体保护焊是利用CO2气体作为保护气体的一种熔化极气体保护焊的焊接法。

14、电弧长度：弧长为焊条直径的0.5-1倍称为短弧超过这个长度称长弧。

15、焊接进度：焊接速度是焊条沿焊接方向移动的速度。

16、气孔：气孔是在焊接过程中，溶入熔池金属中的气体在凝固以前未能来的及逸出，而在焊丝金属中（内部或表面）所形成的气穴。

夹渣－陷入的杂质材料，如焊渣，焊剂，钨或氧化物。

未熔合－在焊接金属熔合面或连接的焊道之间没有熔合出现的一焊接不连续。

接头未焊透－在坡口焊缝中跟部的焊缝金属没有贯穿整个接头厚度。

惰性气体－不能与其它材料化学地相结合的气体。

氩和氦是在焊接中最常用到的。

切口宽度－在切割工艺中产生的切口的宽度。

小孔效应焊接－在工件上穿透工件的孔。

当进行焊接时，熔化了的金属在小孔后流动形成焊缝。

焊接术语

a.过热区最高加热温度1100℃以上的区域，晶粒粗大，甚至产生过热组织，叫过热区。过热区的塑性和韧性明显下降，是热影响区中机械性能最差的部位。
b.正火区最高加热温度从Ac3至1100℃的区域，焊后空冷得到晶粒较细小的正火组织，叫正火区。正火区的机械性能较好。
c.部分相变区最高加热温度从Ac1至Ac3的区域，只有部分组织发生相变，叫部分相变区。此区晶粒不均匀，性能也较差。

熔合区和热影响区：
在焊接发生熔化凝固的区域称为焊缝，它由熔化的母材和填充金属组成。而焊接时基体金属受热的影响(但未熔化)而发生金相组织和力学性能变化的区域称为热影响区。熔合区是焊接接头中焊缝金属与热影响区的交界处，熔合区一般很窄，宽度为0.1～0.4mm。
（2）压焊
在焊接过程中必须对焊件施加压力（加热或不加热），以完成的焊接方法，叫做压焊。
常用的压焊工艺是电阻对焊，当电流通过两工件的连接端时，该处因电阻很大而温度上升，当加热至塑性状态时，在轴向压力作用下连接成为一体。
各种压焊方法的共同特点是在焊接过程中施加压力而不加填充材料。多数压焊方法如扩散焊、高频焊、冷压焊等都没有熔化过程，因而没有像熔焊那样的有益合金元素烧损，和有害元素侵入焊缝的问题，从而简化了焊接过程，也改善了焊接安全卫生条件。同时由于加热温度比熔焊低、加热时间短，因而热影响区小。许多难以用熔化焊焊接的材料，往往可以用压焊焊成与母材同等强度的优质接头。
（1）对接接头
将两块钢板对在一起焊接，称为对接；一块钢板卷成圆筒后对在一起焊接，也属对接。对接接头容易焊透，受力情况好，应力分布均匀，联接强度高，因而焊接接头质量容易保证。

弧压：即电弧两端的电压，此电压是在工作电压的范围内。

焊接时，电弧的长短会发生变化：电弧长度长，电弧电压应高些；电弧长度短，则电弧电压应低些。

因此，弧焊变压器应适应电弧长度的变化而保证电弧的稳定。

离子气的种类决定切割时的弧压，弧压越高切割功率越大，切割速度及切割厚度都相应提高。

焊接专业术语

焊接名词解释——熔焊术语1．熔焊（熔化焊）将待焊处的母材金属熔化以形成焊缝的焊接方法。

2．熔池熔焊时在焊接热源作用下，焊件上所形成的具有一定几何形状的液态金属部分。

3．弧坑弧焊时，由于断弧或收弧不当，在焊道未端形成的低洼部分。

4．熔敷金属完全由填充金属熔化后所形成的焊缝金属。

5．熔敷顺序堆焊或多层焊时，在焊缝横截面上各焊道的施焊次序。

6．焊道每一次熔敷所形成的一条单道焊缝。

7．根部焊道多层焊时，在接头根部焊接的焊道。

8．打底焊道单面坡口对接焊时，形成背垫（起背垫作用）的焊道。

9．封底焊道单面对接坡口焊完后，又在焊缝背面侧施焊的最终焊道（是否清根可视需要确定）。

10．熔透焊道只从一面焊接而使接头完全熔透的焊道，一般指单面焊双面成形焊道。

11．摆动焊道焊接时，电极作横向摆动所完成的焊道。

12．线状焊道焊接时，电极不摆动，呈线状前进所完成的窄焊道。

13．焊波焊缝表面上的鱼鳞状波纹。

14．焊层多层焊时的每一个分层。

每个焊层可由一条焊道或几条并排相搭的焊道所组成。

15．焊接电弧由焊接电源供给的，具有一定电压的两电极间或电极与母材间，在气体介质中产生的强烈而持久的放电现象。

16．引弧弧焊时，引燃焊接电弧的过程。

17．电弧稳定性电弧保持稳定燃烧（不产生断弧、飘移和磁偏吹等）的程度。

18．电弧挺度在热收缩和磁收缩等效应的作用下，电弧沿电极轴向挺直的程度。

19．电弧力等离子电弧在离子体所形成的轴向力，也可指电弧对熔滴和熔池的机械作用力。

20．电弧动特性对于一定弧长的电弧，当电弧电流发生连续的快速变化时，电弧电压与电流瞬时值之间的关系。

21．电弧静特性在电极材料、气体介质和弧长一定的情况下，电弧稳定燃烧时，焊接电流与电弧电压变化的关系。

一般也称伏-安特性。

22．脉冲电弧以脉冲方式供给电流的电弧。

23．硬电弧电弧电压（或弧长）稍微变化，引起电流明显变化的电弧。

24．软电弧电弧电压变化时，电流值几乎不变的电弧。

25．电弧自身调节熔化极电弧焊中，当焊丝等速送进时，电弧本身具有的自动调节并恢复其弧长的特性。

焊接常用术语及定义

电弧缝焊arc seam weld 采用电弧焊方法焊成的缝形焊缝。

电弧点焊arc spot weld 采用电弧焊方法焊成的点状焊缝。

弧伤arc strike 由于疏忽大意，使电能在完成的焊缝（或母材）表面与焊条或磁探头（电流源）之间通过，从而发生电弧，造成在完成的焊缝（或母材）的外形轮廓上的任何烧伤。

螺柱弧焊arc stud swelding 一种弧焊方法。

此法在金属螺柱（或类似零件）和另一工件之间引发电弧，直至被连接的表面受到适当加热，然后再以压力使两者接合起来。

在螺柱外围加一陶瓷护套，可以获得适当的部分保护。

焊剂或保护气体可用可不用。

电弧焊arc welding 电弧焊是指某一焊接方法群，此焊接方法群是以单弧或多弧加热的办法来实现接合，填充金属可用可不用，外加压力亦可用可不用。

焊态as-welded 焊缝金属、焊接接头和焊件，在焊接后未接受任何后续处理例如热处理、机械处理或化学处理之前的状态。

自动焊automatic welding 采用施焊时间无需焊接操作工调节控制钮的机器进行的焊接。

这类焊机可以也可以不执行装卸工件的工作，参见机动焊。

背面清根back gouging 从一个部分焊接的接头的另一面清除一些焊缝金属和母材，以保证从这一面作后续焊接时能完全焊透。

后焊法backhand welding 焊炬或焊枪的指向与焊接方向相反的一种焊接技术。

衬垫backing 为了支撑熔化的焊接金属在焊接接头的根部放置一材料。

背面气体backing gas 采用氩、氦、氮或活性气体之类，从焊接接头根部的背面（与焊接侧相反的一面）排除氧气。

母材base metal 被焊接的或被切割的金属。

熔合线bond line, fusion line 见fusion line 对接接头butt joint 在近乎同一的平面内对装在一起的两元件之间的接头。

堆焊缓冲层buttering 堆焊缓冲层是指在接头准备作最终焊接前，预先在接头的一个（或两个）侧面堆焊一层（或多层）焊缝金属，以便为后续焊接提供适当的过渡层熔敷焊缝。
