Muslim Street has yummy foods like kebabs and persimmon cakes. The Big Wild Goose Pagoda is pretty and very old. I went with my family and loved Xi'an!Dear Jenny,I have to tell you all about the amazing trip I just took with my family to Xi'an! It's an incredible city in China with so much cool history and delicious foods. You absolutely must go there on your next vacation. Let me give you all the details on whyXi'an is the best place ever.First off, the Terracotta Warriors were mind-blowing! These are thousands of life-size clay sculptures of soldiers, horses, and chariots that were buried underground for over 2,000 years protecting an emperor's tomb. Each warrior has a different face, uniform, and expression. It's like they were frozen in time. Thesculptures are indoors in huge pits and you can walk along elevated walkways to get a bird's eye view. Our tour guide said they were accidentally discovered in 1974 by farmers digging a well! How crazy is that? The scale and details of the warriors is breathtaking. You can see archers with bows drawn, infantry soldiers standing at attention, and even entertainers like acrobats! There are separate pits for different ranks of warriors too. The highest ranking generals have the most ornate uniforms and accessories. I couldn't believe how perfect the sculptures looked after being buried for so many centuries. It really gives you a sense of what an elite fighting force the emperor had at his command. The Terracotta Warriors alone make Xi'an worth the trip!Another must-see is the Ancient City Wall that surrounds downtown Xi'an. It was originally built in the 1300s to protect the city and still stands today as one of the oldest and best preserved ancient walls in China. You can actually rent a bike or a golf cart and ride along the entire 14 kilometer loop on top of the wall! The views overlooking the modern city mixed with historic areas inside the wall are beautiful. My favorite part was biking the full loop and catching glimpses of the lively Muslim Quarter inside the walls. There areskinny alleys packed with street food vendors grilling kebabs, baking sweet pastries, and selling fresh produce. The smells are out of this world! We stopped for dinner and I had the most scrumptious lamb kebabs with cumin and chili peppers. My little brother devoured sticky persimmon cakes which are a popular Xi'an snack. Don't miss the Muslim Quarter when you go!Another iconic Xi'an sight is the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda. This massive 64 meter tall pagoda was built in the 7th century to house Buddhist texts and relics brought back from India. You can actually go inside the pagoda and climb up the narrow stairs for amazing views from each level's windows. The architecture with the intricate wooden beams, statues, and carvings is stunning. At night, the entire pagoda is illuminated with colorful lights that make it look even more magical rising up from the city center. There are lovely gardens surrounding the pagoda as well where we saw couples taking romantic strolls and families flying kites. The pagoda is especially beautiful when colorfully lit up against the night sky. Don't forget your camera! Those were the top highlights, but there's so much more packed into Xi'an's long history and culture. We visited the Shaanxi History Museum to see artifacts like stone rubbings with carved calligraphy, pottery, ancient bronzes, and even mummies! The museum openly displays skeletons from the Han Dynasty along with the lavish jewels, pottery, and even food they were buried with.Speaking of food, Xi'an has some of the tastiest and most unique dishes in China. Since it was along the ancient Silk Road trade routes, the cuisine blends flavors from the Middle East, Central Asia, and traditional Chinese cooking. Don't miss the biangbiang noodles which are these thick, chewy noodles smothered in a rich, spicy sauce. They are hand-pulled and some of the noodles can be over 1 meter long! I watched a noodle maker stretching and slapping the dough in a rhythmic, mesmerizing technique before cutting them into ribbons. We had soup dumplings called shui jiao that were filled with hot broth along with pork and veggies. You have to be careful biting into them so the soup doesn't squirt out. There were all kinds of dumplings with creative stuffings like lamb, eggs, and crunchy yellow beans. I can't get enough of the dumplings inXi'an! The flavors incorporate more cumin, chili peppers, and Middle Eastern spices than other Chinese cuisines I'm used to. It's so yummy and different.I could go on and on about how much there is to see, do, and eat in Xi'an. From the incredible Terracotta Army and ancientsites to the mouthwatering street foods and cultural blending, Xi'an absolutely needs to be on your travel bucket list. Nowhere else in China compares! We spent a week there and felt like we barely scratched the surface. I'm already begging my parents to take me back next year. You have to experience walking along the tops of those massive 600 year old city walls while looking down at the lively Muslim Quarter below. You have to see the thousands of life-like Terracotta Warriors face to face and imagine their army standing at the ready 2,000 years ago. You have to watch a noodle maker deftly slap and pull the stretchy biang biang noodle dough while street food vendors grill kebabs and bake pastries right in front of you. The sights, smells, and flavors of Xi'an are simply out of this world.Trust me Jenny, you will absolutely love Xi'an! I'm so jealous you get to experience it for the first time. As soon as you can, book a trip there. It's an adventure you'll never forget!Your friend,[Your name]篇2My friend, you must visit Xi'an! The Terracotta Warriors are amazing. Huge statues of soldiers buried for 2,000 years! The City Wall is epic too. You can rent a bike and ride along the ancient walls. And the Muslim Quarter has yummy food like delicious lamb kebabs. Xi'an is the coolest! Please come see it with me.For a 2000-word essay on the same topic in English, from an elementary student's perspective:Hey bestie! You simply have to come visit me in Xi'an during our next school break. It's the most awesome city with so many incredible historical sites and fun stuff to do. I'm gonna tell you all about it!First up, the Terracotta Warriors. These life-size clay soldier statues were buried underground for over 2,000 years until farmers accidentally discovered them in 1974. Can you imagine? An entire underground army protecting the first emperor of China's tomb. Each warrior statue is unique with different facial features and everything. It's mind-blowing!The Terracotta Warriors museum has these enormous pit rooms filled with thousand of the excavated warrior figures. Row after row of their hollow earthen faces staring back at you. Some still have bright mineral streaks in the bodies where the colorshaven't completely faded over the centuries. A few are bunched together like they were fighting when the underground pit collapsed on them from the roof. So crazy cool!My biggest regret is that you can't actually touch the Terracotta Warriors up close because they're roped off. But you can get really close looks at them from the walkway paths surrounding the pits. The museum also has separate exhibit rooms showing all the weapons and tools that were excavated with the warriors like swords, lances, chariots, and the works. I could spend an entire day just examining everything!Another must-see in Xi'an is the Ancient City Wall surrounding the old town center. It's one of the best preserved and most complete ancient city walls left in China. You can actually walk, bike, or rent a little golf cart thing to ride the entire 14 kilometer loop around the top of the wall. How cool is that??From up on the wall, you get a amazing views overlooking the city and can really picture what an epic capital Xi'an was hundreds of years ago. Parts of the wall were first built during the ancient Tang Dynasty like 1300 years ago! There's masonry from multiple dynasties blended together as it was rebuilt and reinforced over the centuries. You can climb up the fortifiedwatchtowers and gates to check out the different architectural styles.Biking the full loop around the wall is a blast. Make sure to start early though because it takes a few hours even with pedaling hard. You'll definitely want to stop for snacks and pictures along the way too. Just avoid the really hot midday sun if we visit during summer!Speaking of snacks, the Muslim Quarter right next to the Ancient City Wall is a must-visit area for the most scrumptious street food. It's this labyrinth of alleyways dating back to the Silk Road era when Xi'an was a pioneering center of trade between Asia and the Middle East. You'll find incredible hole-in-the-wall vendors selling all sorts of fresh breads, chewy meat skewers, sticky rice dishes, and decadent desserts.Oh man, now I'm getting hungry just thinking about it! We have to get the iconic lamb or beef kebabs hot off the sizzling grills. The smoky aroma alone will make your mouth water as you wander through the Muslim Quarter. Don't forget the freshly baked persimmon cakes and crusty sesame flatbreads too. Everything is ridiculously cheap but tastes amazing. You'll see kebab vendors shuffling marinated meats onto long skewers and bakers furiously slapping and stretching outdough in the tiny storefronts. The Muslim Quarter feels like stepping back a few centuries with its narrow alleys and bustling street life. Just be sure to brush up on your bargaining skills beforehand! There's so much more to do and see in Xi'an too! You can tour the ancient Bell Tower and Drum Tower landmarks in the heart of downtown. Or check out crazy exhibits like the Shaanxi History Museum showcasing artifacts from over 1.6 million years ago when Peking Man roamed the region. Xi'an is basically an enormous open-air museum. We could even plan an overnight trip to the nearby Mount Huashan - one of China's most treacherous and famous hiking trails. It's this crazy set of vertical stairs bolted into the cliffside with narrow wooden plank paths connecting the peaks. Maybe not for those with major heights fears! But the views from the summit are supposed to be breathtaking on a clear day.Anyway, I really hope you can make it out to Xi'an with me soon. It will be an adventure for the books exploring this historical megacity that was the ancient capital for over 1,000 years. We'll make so many amazing memories together here. Let me know when you can visit - I'm ready to be your tour guide!Your bestie,[Your Name]篇3Hey friends! You must visit Xi'an, an amazing city in China. The Terracotta Warriors are super cool giant statues buried for 2000 years! The City Wall is huge, you can rent bikes and ride around it. The Muslim Quarter has yummy food like kebabs and noodles. I loved Xi'an, you'll love it too!Hi everyone! My name is Lily and I just went on the best trip ever to Xi'an with my family. You have to go there too! Xi'an is an awesome ancient city in central China that was the capital for over 1000 years. It's like stepping back in time with so many incredible historic sites and ruins. I'm going to tell you all about my favorite parts so you can see how amazing Xi'an is!First, we visited the mind-blowing Terracotta Warriors. These life-size clay soldier statues were buried underground for over 2,000 years until farmers accidentally discovered them in 1974. There are thousands of warrior figures in battle formations along with horses and chariots. Each one has a different face, uniform and hairstyle. It's crazy that they were made so incredibly detailed way back in 210 BC! The warriors were built to protect Emperor Qin Shi Huang in the afterlife. Archaeologists are stilldigging up more sections of the tomb. Walking through the excavation pits and museums was like being transported to ancient China. Just imagining the amount of work that went into creating the entire terracotta army is mind-boggling!Another highlight was biking around the massive600-year-old City Wall that surrounds downtown Xi'an. At 14 meters tall, it's one of the best preserved and longest ancient city walls in China. We rented bikes and pedaled along the top of the wall, which took almost 2 hours to circle the entire 14 kilometer length! There are gorgeous views overlooking the city from up on the wall. You can see Xi'an's long history blending with its modern skyscrapers and busy streets down below. I loved riding my bike along the ancient wall and watching the city go by.The Muslim Quarter was definitely my favorite place to explore in Xi'an. This energetic neighborhood has a huge labyrinth of narrow streets and alleys lined with market stalls, vendors, restaurants, and mosques. It's been home to a Muslim community for over 600 years. We spent hours wandering through the lively markets, bargaining for souvenirs and snacking our way through the area. I tried so many delicious new foods! We had savory lamb kebabs sizzling on open grills that perfumed the air. The fresh hand-pulled noodles were so chewyand delicious, especially in a steaming beef noodle soup. We also ate huge stuffed persimmon cakes, a local Muslim pastry filled with sweet lotus paste. Everything was bursting with flavor and so fun to discover. One of the coolest mosques we toured was the Great Mosque, which dates back to the 700s. Despite its age, the Grand Mosque blends Chinese and Islamic architectural styles in a really beautiful way. After slipping off our shoes, we entered the peaceful courtyards surrounded by ornate wooden pavilions with turned pillars, sculpted beams, and glazed tile roofs. My little brother and I had fun exploring the shaded pavilions. It felt like we had escaped the busy streets into a quiet oasis in the middle of the city.Another highlight was watching the amazing Terracotta Warrior ballet performance one evening. It told the story of how the warriors were created and buried. With traditional Chinese music, brilliant costumes, and mesmerizing choreography, it brought the history to life. The skill of the dancers was just breathtaking. I could hardly believe how rapidly they could spin, leap and tumble while staying perfectly in sync. My favorite part was when the warriors came alive on stage in a fierce battle scene. The ranks of dancers moved dynamically like the actualclay warrior formations. It was such a beautifully artistic way to experience the epic tale of the Terracotta Army.We had so many other fun adventures in Xi'an too. We tried our hand at ancient crafts likemaking miniature terracotta warriors and painting designs on soldier helmets. We explored the lively night markets selling everything from street food to clothing to lanterns. One day we even had a cooking class where we learned to hand-pull noodles and prepare other delicious regional dishes. Xi'an was just an endless discovery of culture, history, and awesome food.I have to mention that the best part was traveling back in time over 700 years to the heyday of the Silk Road. The Silk Road was a network of ancient trade routes that connected China to Europe, India, and the Middle East. Xi'an was a major eastern starting point. We visited the grand remains of several caravanserai, which were roadside inns where Silk Road travelers could rest. Walking through the huge courtyards and archways, I could vividly picture merchants on camels loaded with exotic goods, stopping after their long desert journeys.Overall, Xi'an is hands down one of the coolest cities I've ever visited. The mix of ancient sites, mind-blowing historical treasures like the Terracotta Warriors, rich culture, delectablefood, and Silk Road legacy made it an unforgettable experience. Xi'an lets you walk back through China's long dynastic history and encounter its modern life all in one place. I can't encourage you enough to add Xi'an to your travel list! This ancient capital is a feast for the senses and a journey like no other. You'll never forget exploring Xi'an's marvels!篇4My Friend, Come to Xi'an!You should visit Xi'an! It has the Terracotta Warriors - thousands of clay soldiers buried for 2000 years! So cool! The city walls are huge, you can walk or bike on top. And don't forget the delicious food like biangbiang noodles and roujiamo meat sandwiches. Xi'an is amazing, full of history and fun. Come soon, I'll show you around! And here is the rest of the essay extended to 2000 words:My Friend, Come to Xi'an!You should really come visit me in Xi'an! It's the most incredible city with so many fun things to see and do. I just know you'll love it here.First, we have to go see the Terracotta Warriors! These are thousands and thousands of life-size clay soldier statues that were buried underground for over 2,000 years. Can you believe that? They were created to guard the tomb of China's first emperor, Qin Shi Huang. Each warrior is unique, with different facial features and everything. It's absolutely mind-blowing that ancient people could carve such realistic human figures out of plain clay. The craftsmanship is unbelievable! When you step inside the massive hangar buildings where the warriors are displayed, you'll be blown away. Row after row of these solemn, imposing clay figures stand at the ready, just as they were positioned centuries ago to protecttheir emperor in the afterlife. Some are standing tall, others are kneeling, and they even have life-sized horses and chariots. It gives me chills just thinking about it! We'll definitely need to spend several hours there so you can see every amazing detail. After the warriors, we'll have to go explore Xi'an's ancient City Wall. This incredible fortification used to guard the eastern entrance to the Silk Road trading route. It's one of the largest and best-preserved ancient walls in all of China. We can rent bikes and pedal along the top of the wall, which is wide enough for a whole lane of traffic! As we ride, we'll get to look down onthe traditional architecture and winding alleyways of the Muslim Quarter below. The views are breathtaking.Speaking of the Muslim Quarter, that's definitely our next stop for some unbelievable street food. Xi'an is famous across China for its unique and delicious cuisine. We'll snack on roujiamo, which are these incredible beef or lamb sandwiches stuffed inside a baked flat bread. The bread is crispy on the outside but fluffy on the inside, and the perfectly seasoned meat just melts in your mouth. Honestly, they're life-changing!Then we'll have to try some biangbiang noodles, which are long, flat noodles smothered in a rich sauce with vegetables, meat, and chili oil. The noodles are so thick and chewy. You slurp them up quickly before they get cold. Don't worry, nobody will judge you for making loud noodle-eating noises - it's expected! I always end up with sauce dribbled down my chin but it's totally worth it.We'll waddle away from the Muslim Quarter holding our full bellies. At night, we can check out the amazing fountain shows along the City Wall park. They've got choreographed music, lights, fire, and the fountains dancing in sync. It's such a cool, modern contrast to the ancient surroundings. On our second day, we simply have to visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. This massive 210-foot tall tower is over 1,300 years old! It's one of the most iconic sights in all of Xi'an. We can climb up the narrow winding stairs all the way to the top and look out over the whole city. I'm not gonna lie, it's a bit of a claustrophobic squeeze, but so worth it for that incredible view!Nearby, there are also these gorgeous Tang Dynasty gardens and pavilions that we can wander through. The Tang era was Xian's golden age when it was the capital of the entire empire. The gardens are designed just like they were centuries ago, with ornate buildings, bubbling streams, blossoming flowers, and zigzag bridges. We'll feel like royalty strolling those serene grounds. If we still have energy after all that walking, we can hit up the Xi'an Museum and Shaanxi History Museum to see amazing artifacts and learn all about the city's rich culture. I know it sounds boring, but the exhibits are seriously mind-blowing - ancient murals, calligraphy, imperial treasures, you name it.Then in the evenings, we'll wander the night markets for even more crazy street food. We can try tanghulu (those yummy candied fruit skewers), try our hand at snapping up some dragon breath candy, and sample tons of different skewers anddumplings whose names I can't even pronounce! Everything is cheap and bursting with flavor. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it!If you come during one of Xi'an's holidays, we'll get to experience awesome festivals and events too. The Daxing'anling篇5Hi Lucy! You must visit Xi'an with me! The Terracotta Warriors are super cool giant soldier statues buried underground for 2,000 years. The Ancient City Wall is huge - we can rent bikes and ride along the top! There are yummy foods like Roujiamo and Liang Pi noodles. Xi'an is my favorite city ever! Please come and see it with me.For a 2000-word essay on the same topic, here is an example aimed at an elementary level but with more detail:Hey Lucy!I'm writing to tell you about the amazing city of Xi'an in China and why you absolutely have to come visit me here. It's like an entire army frozen in time, guarding the tomb of China's first emperor. Walking through the pits housing the warriors is jaw-dropping. I felt like I had traveled back centuries!Another supercool thing in Xi'an is the Ancient City Wall. This is the most complete and largest ancient city wall anywhere in China. It's a massive 14 meters tall and 12 meters across at the top! You can actually rent a bike or a golf cart and ride along the entire 14 kilometer loop around the top of the city wall. From up there, you get amazing views over all the buildings and parks inside the walled city. At night, the wall is all lit up and looks spectacular. We could stop along the way and explore the watchtowers and ramparts. Doesn't that sound fun?Of course, no trip to Xi'an is complete without sampling all the delicious local foods. My favorite is the Roujiamo, which is like a burrito but with shredded pork stuffed inside a crispyflatbread. It's the perfect on-the-go snack food. For a heartier meal, we have to get some Liang Pi cold noodles. These are thick, cold noodles with a flavorful sauce made from vinegar and chilies. So refreshing on a hot day! There are also dumpling houses where you can watch them making the dumplings by hand and then dig into steaming baskets of the freshly prepared treats.Xi'an has such a rich culture and history dating back centuries. We could visit the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Great Mosque, and Muslim Quarter to experience the diverse influences here. The city used to be a starting point of the ancient Silk Road trade route too. Can't you just picture the caravans of merchants passing through with camels loaded down with exotic goods? With its mix of modern and ancient, delicious food, and so many fun things to do, Xi'an is hands down my favorite city in China. I had heard so many amazing stories about this ancient city, but nothing could have prepared me for how awesome it truly was. From the moment we stepped off the train, I knew we were in for an adventure like no other. Our first stop was the famous Terra Cotta Warriors. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the thousands of life-sized soldier statues stretching out as far as I could see. Each one was unique with distinct facial features and poses. Our guide told us they were created over 2,000 years ago to guard the tomb of China's first emperor, Qin Shi Huang. Can you imagine the amount of work that went into making each individual warrior? The craftsmanship was simply mind-blowing!After the Terra Cotta Warriors, we visited the Xi'an City Wall, one of the largest and best-preserved ancient city walls on earth. We actually got to walk along the top of the wall and look outover the entire city. From up there, Xi'an looked like a living museum with its traditional architecture mixed with modern skyscrapers. I spotted cyclists, vendors, and musicians all going about their day in the streets below. It was the most amazing view! The next day, we explored the Muslim Quarter, a vibrant area filled with mouthwatering aromas and the hustle and bustle of vendors hawking their wares. We sampled some absolutely delicious lamb skewers, fresh flatbreads, and pastries dripping with sugary syrups. The sights, sounds, and smells swirled together into a feast for the senses that I'll never forget. I even learned a few words of Arabic from the friendly locals! One of the highlights was definitely the Tang Dynasty show we attended one evening. The performance featured colorful dancing, astonishing acrobatics, and incredible costumes. The sheer athleticism and coordination of the performers left me speechless. During one act, there were dozens of dancers flipping, twisting, and soaring through the air in perfect synchronicity. How they didn't bump into each other, I'll never know! It was an amazing spectacle. We also spent time wandering the beautiful gardens and parks that Xi'an is famous for. The intricate landscaping, sereneponds, and picturesque pavilions made me feel like I had stepped into a real-life painting. I could have spent hours just sitting among the greenery, listening to the birds singing and watching the koi fish swimming lazily in the water. So peaceful!Evenings in Xi'an had their own special magic. As night fell, the city came alive with sparkling lights, lively night markets, and boisterous crowds. We saw talented folk artists performing dazzling shadow puppet shows and musicians playing traditional Chinese instruments with incredible skill. I tried my hand at calligraphy and Chinese paper cutting, two beautiful art forms I had never experienced before. I may not be a master yet, but it was fun to learn! On our final day, we visited the Shaanxi History Museum, home to an astounding collection of relics and artifacts fromXi'an's rich and storied past. Seeing real-life treasures like ancient ceramics, intricate bronzeware, and beautifully preserved murals really brought history to life for me. I felt like I had traveled through time as I wandered the exhibits. As we boarded the train home, I couldn't help but feel a little sad to be leaving Xi'an behind. This historic city had cast its spell on me with its incredible sights, fascinating culture, andlarger-than-life attractions. From climbing ancient walls towitnessing awe-inspiring performances, every moment was an adventure unto itself.I may be back home now, but the memories of my Xi'an odyssey will stay with me forever. I have so many new fascinating facts to share with my classmates and teachers. Maybe I can even teach them a few Arabic words I picked up! Xi'an, you were everything I dreamed of and more. I know I'll be back to explore your wonders again someday.篇2A Fun Trip to Xi'anHi there! I'm going to tell you all about my amazing trip to Xi'an last summer. Xi'an is an awesome city in China with tons of cool history and sights to see. I had such a blast exploring everything with my family. Let me start from the beginning! We took the high-speed train from our city to Xi'an. I love riding on the bullet train - it goes super fast! The ride took a few hours but I didn't get bored at all. I played games on my tablet and looked out the window at the countryside zipping by. When we finally arrived in Xi'an, I was bursting with excitement. The first stop was our hotel right in the heart of the city. Our room had an amazing view overlooking the ancient City Wall! I could hardly wait to go explore it. After quickly dropping our bags, we headed right outside. The City Wall was just massive. It's one of the oldest and most complete city walls still around from ancient times. We climbed up and walked along the top path. From up there, you can see so much of the city below. I spotted pagodas, temples, parks and busy streets stretching out in every direction. It was really cool getting that bird's eye view. We walked about a quarter way around the wall before stopping for a delicious noodle lunch. The next day, we went to the famous Terracotta Warriors museum. Oh man, was that place ever incredible! The Terracotta Army is this huge underground tomb filled with thousands of detailed life-size soldier statues. Each one has unique facial features and was hand-crafted over 2,000 years ago! It's amazing they were only discovered by some farmers digging a well back in 1974.Getting to walk through the different pits housing all the warrior figures was simply awe-inspiring. My mind was blown thinking about the immense skill and effort it took to make everysingle one. There were soldiers, horses, chariots and more - an entire army guarding the tomb of China's first emperor. The largest pit alone had over 6,000 figures! In addition to the real excavated warriors, there was also a really neat miniature replica showing what the entire underground tomb complex is thought to have looked like originally. Studying all the ancient artifacts and learning about the history behind them was so incredibly fascinating. On another day, we visited the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, which is this huge historic Buddhist pagoda tower. You could go inside and climb up the narrow stairs all the way to the top! The views from the upper floors looking out over Xi'an were gorgeous. Outside the pagoda were beautiful gardens with ponds and arched bridges that we strolled through. I felt so peaceful and serene taking in all the natural scenery. We did lots of other fun stuff in Xi'an too, like bicycling along the top of the City Wall, visiting the Bell Tower, and eating more amazing Chinese food than I could have imagined! The best meal might have been the dumpling banquet where we got to sample over a dozen different kinds of delectable dumplings. My favorites were the soup dumplings where you had to carefullypick them up and slurp out the broth first before eating the rest. So yummy!Xi'an was seriously one of the coolest cities I've ever visited. Getting to walk beside and explore such ancient, historic sites that were thousands of years old was simply mind-blowing. From the Terracotta Warriors to the old City Wall, pagodas and more, the rich history and culture of the city was evident everywhere you looked. I definitely want to go back to Xi'an again someday. Maybe next time I'll get to see the Muslim Quarter or hike up Mount Huashan! I have so many amazing memories from this trip that I'll never forget.篇3A Trip to Xi'an, the Ancient CityHooray, summer vacation was finally here! After months of being cooped up in the classroom, I was so excited to go on a big adventure with my family. My parents had planned a trip to the city of Xi'an in Shaanxi Province. I had heard about Xi'an from my history lessons at school - it was one of the oldest cities in China and used to be the capital during ancient times. I couldn't wait to see all the cool historic sites with my own eyes! The journey began with a flight from Beijing to Xi'an Xianyang International Airport. It was my first time traveling by plane and I was bouncing with excitement as we took off into the clouds. After landing, we hopped in a taxi and headed straight for our hotel in the city center. The roads were quite hectic with cars, bicycles and even some horse-drawn carts all zipping by!Our first stop was the iconic Drum Tower right in the heart of the city. This enormous tower is over 600 years old and used to house the huge drum that marked the passing of time. We climbed up the narrow stairs to the top viewing platform. From up there, I could see the rooftops of Xi'an's ancient city walls stretching out in every direction. The view was incredible! The next day, we visited those very city walls up close. Xi'an's fortified wall is one of the largest and best preserved ancient defensive systems in the entire world. It's a massive 13.7 kilometers in total perimeter length! We opted to rent bikes and cycle along the top of the wall. Pedaling around the entire historic city center was tiring but so much fun. The best part was stopping to check out the awesome corner towers and gateway entrances up close. However, my absolute favorite attraction was theworld-renowned Terracotta Warriors. These life-sized soldierstatues were accidentally discovered in 1974 by local farmers digging a well. Seeing the thousands of unique warriors all lined up in their underground battle formation was like stepping into an ancient war scene frozen in time. Each warrior had distinct facial features and loadout of weapons - it boggled my mind that they were all carved over 2,000 years ago! The Terracotta Army was built to protect the tomb of China's first emperor, Qin Shi Huang, in the afterlife. Walking through the exhibition halls, I felt like I was in the presence of true archaeological wonder. Our Xi'an adventure also included wandering the atmospheric Muslim Quarter. This historic neighborhood was filled with lively markets, mouthwatering street food stalls, and the iconic Great Mosque - one of the oldest in China. We sampled delicious lamb kebabs, got lost in the bustling alleyways, and even haggled for souvenirs at the shops. It was a feast for the senses! On our final day, we took a day trip to see the iconic Mount Hua, one of China's five sacred Taoist mountains. Although the mountain trails were quite a physical challenge, the breathtaking scenery made it all worthwhile. We hiked along narrow cliffside paths with dizzying drop-offs, traversed scary plank walks bolted to the mountainside, and squeezed through impossibly tinytunnels carved into the rock. The views from the summit were out of this world! We could gaze across the hazy valleys for miles and miles. After an action-packed week, it was time to head back home. My brain was filled with so many amazing memories and historical lessons from Xi'an. Visiting this ancient capital showed me how China has such an incredibly rich heritage going back thousands of years. While the iconic sites like the Terracotta Warriors and the City Wall were jaw-droppingly awesome, I also loved experiencing the vibrant present-day culture of delicious foods, lively markets, and friendly people. Xi'an was a place where the modern and ancient wonderfully collided. I was beaming with pride at my country's living history found in this amazing city. I couldn't wait to share all my adventures with my friends back home!篇4A Wonderful Trip to Xi'anWow, I just got back from the most amazing trip to Xi'an with my family! Xi'an is an incredible city in northwest China that was the capital for many dynasties over 1,000 years ago. Therewas so much to see and do - I'm still feeling excited thinking about everything we experienced! The first stop on our trip was the Terracotta Warriors museum. These life-sized warrior statues were buried underground for over 2,000 years until farmers digging a well in 1974 accidentally discovered them. Each warrior statue is unique with different facial features and heights. It's mind-blowing that they were created so long ago! The museum has three huge pits with thousands of the warrior figures on display. My mind was spinning just trying to imagine how the ancient Chinese artists created each intricate figure. I felt like I had stepped back in time. After the Terracotta Warriors, we went to Xi'an's City Wall, which completely surrounds the old city center. The wall is massive - it's 12 meters (40 feet) tall and has a circumference of almost 14 kilometers (9 miles)! We rented bikes and rode along the top of the wall, which was a great way to get an overview of the city's layout. The views overlooking the city were incredible. I loved feeling the breeze and warm sun as we pedaled our way around the ancient wall.Xi'an is also famous for its delicious food. We hadmouth-watering meals of roujiamo (shredded pork stuffed in a baked bread pocket), yang roupaomo (crispy lamb burgers), andliangpi (cold noodles with a spicy sauce). My personal favorite were the xian bing, which are crispy unleavened pancakes with different fillings and sauces. We grabbed xian bing from street food vendors for snacks nearly every day - they were addictively good! I also really enjoyed the local dried persimmon snacks and pomegranate juices we picked up from markets. One morning, we went to the Xi'an Muslim Quarter, which had a huge mosque and winding streets lined with shops, stalls, and restaurants. The smells of spices, grilled meats, and baked goods filled the air. We watched as vendors stretched and pounded dough into long, chewy bread strands. It was an assault on the senses in the best way possible! I bought a little ceramic teapot painted with blue dragons as a souvenir. We also visited the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and the Shaanxi History Museum to learn more about Xi'an's rich history and culture. At the museum, I was amazed by the ancient artifacts like bronze containers, jade pieces, and beautifully painted murals. Even everyday objects like bowls and hairpins looked like treasured artworks. One of the highlights was getting to see a live performance featuring the famous Xi'an iancient music and dances. The colorful costumes, lively dances, and rhythmic drummingtransported me to another era. At one point, performers danced while sending faces from enormous masks! It was both beautiful and a little eerie. On our final day, we took a day trip out to the foothills to hike a portion of the ancient Silk Road trade route that connected China to the West ages ago. As we trekked along the trail flanked by rugged mountains, it was amazing to envision the merchants making their way through with camels and treasures from faraway lands. I found an abandoned guard tower perch along the way, which made me dream of what it must have been like when it was a active outpost.Xi'an felt like stepping into another world entirely. The history, culture, and flavor of this city is just unmatched. I'll forever treasure the memories of exploring the ancient sites, trying all the incredible foods, and learning about Xi'an's significance over so many centuries. I came home with a deeper appreciation for China's rich heritage and a longing to go back someday for more adventures. Until then, I have my little blue dragon teapot to remind me of the wonders of Xi'an!篇5A Fantastic Adventure in Xi'anWow, what an incredible journey my family and I just had to the ancient city of Xi'an! I had learned a little bit about Xi'an in school, but seeing it with my own eyes was a mind-blowing experience. From the moment we stepped off the plane, I could feel the rich history and culture surrounding us.Our first stop was the iconic Terracotta Warriors. I'll never forget walking into that massive hangar and seeing rows and rows of life-sized warrior statues stretching as far as the eye could see. Each one was unique with different facial features and poses. Our guide told us they were created over 2,000 years ago to guard the tomb of China's first emperor, Qin Shi Huang. Simply incredible! As we wandered through the different exhibits, I tried to imagine what it would have been like living during those times. The warriors looked so realistic, like actual soldiers frozen in time.I wondered what kind of battles they had fought and how life was back then. Our guide said archeologists are still digging up more warriors to this day after they were first discovered by farmers in 1974. That means there could be even more hiding underground! How amazing is that? After the Terracotta Warriors, we headed into the heart of Xi'an to explore the old city walls. These massive ancient wallsused to protect the city from invaders. You can even walk or bike along the top! As we strolled around the tops of the walls, I felt like a knight guarding a great fortress. The views over the city's narrow hutong alleyways and traditional courtyard houses were spectacular.Xi'an is also famous for being the start of the Silk Road trade route that connected China to the West many centuries ago. At the Shaanxi History Museum, I saw amazing artifacts like pottery, jade, and bronze items that were traded along this legendary road. There were even the remnants of an ancient Silk Road post office! Just trying to comprehend how old and historically important some of these relics were made my head spin.On our final day, we wandered through the lively Muslim Quarter night market. The smells of sizzling meat skewers and sugary sweets wafted through the air. Neon lights illuminated the narrow alleys crammed with food stalls and souvenir shops. It felt like we had stepped into another world. I had to bargain with the vendors for some classic Xi'an souvenirs like Terracotta Warrior replicas and printed shoes. Hopefully my negotiating skills were as good as the vendors thought! As we boarded our plane back home, I looked out the window and thought about how Xi'an is one of the birthplaces ofancient Chinese civilization. It was crazy to have walked the same grounds as dynasties from thousands of years ago. Xi'an felt like a living monument to China's incredibly rich history and culture. From the Terracotta Warriors to the mouthwatering food, I'll never forget this fascinating age-old city and its wonders. I'm already dreaming about my next adventure in China!篇6My Awesome Trip to Xi'an!Wow, I just got back from the most amazing trip to Xi'an and I can't wait to tell you all about it! Xi'an is this super cool city in China that's really, really old. My mom said it used to be the capital a long time ago during some dynasties or something. I don't know much about that boring history stuff, but what I do know is that Xi'an is home to some totally incredible sights! The first place we visited was the Terracotta Warriors. These are these massive underground pits filled with thousands oflife-sized terracotta soldier statues that were buried with China's first emperor over 2,000 years ago! Can you believe people made all those by hand back then? Each statue is unique too with different facial features and everything. It's crazy!Walking through the pits and seeing row after row of warriors was so mind-blowing. My little brother Tommy couldn't stop freaking out about how cool they looked. He kept making explosion sounds and battle noises because he thinks they were real soldiers frozen in time ready to fight at any moment. Such a goofball! After the Terracotta Warriors, we went to this place called the Muslim Quarter. It's this huge labyrinth of crowded streets and alleys packed with stores, restaurants, and food vendors selling all kinds of yummy snacks and meals. The smells wafting through the air were out of this world! We tried tons of delicious things like persimmon cakes, fresh bread stuffed with shredded meat and veggies, and my personal favorite - yang rou pao mo, which is kind of like a Chinese hamburger with lamb stuffed inside these baked bread pockets. I've never tasted anything so heavenly! My mom had to stop me from eating too many because she was worried I'd get a tummy ache. Bummer! The next day we toured the Ancient City Wall that surrounds the old city center of Xi'an. It's this gigantic wall that goes all the way around and you can actually walk or bike along the top! How awesome is that?We rented bikes and pedaled around the entire wall, stopping occasionally to check out the views and historic fortresses along the way. Tommy got tired pretty quickly because the wall is so long, but I powered through like a champ. The best part was getting to see Xi'an's modern downtown area from up high while also getting glimpses of the old historical neighborhoods inside the wall. Such a cool contrast between old and new!On our last day, we went to this incredible place called the Shaanxi History Museum. Now I know what you're thinking - "Ew, a museum? Boring!" But trust me, this one was anything but boring! It had the craziest stuff inside like sculptures, pottery, coins, and treasures from all the ancient dynasties that ruled that area over the centuries. My favorite section was the one about the Silk Road, which was this hugely important trade route that connected China to other parts of the world back in the day. They had this massive 3D model of the route that stretched across multiple rooms with tons of little figures, buildings, and landscapes representing all the areas it passed through. You could actually walk along it! That's how big it was. SO COOL!I'm really sad the trip is over because Xi'an was such a blast, but I have so many amazing memories that I'll never forget. If you ever get the chance to go there, you absolutely have to experience all the incredible sights and foods for yourself. Just watch out for stinky tofu...that stuff does not smell pretty! But other than that, Xi'an is the best and I can't wait to go back someday!。

There are many places of interest and various kinds of snacks. It is a great tourist destination and a composition of xi 'an. This summer, my father took me to xi 'an for sightseeing. · wake up, the sky has been bright, looking out the window of the charming scenery, can not help but make me feel carefree. I don't know that xi 'an is here. Just entering xi 'an, I saw that the magnificent clock tower and the drum tower stood out from the old wall. In the next few days, we visited the big wild goose pagoda, the shaanxi provincial history museum, the qujiang river, the historical museum, the great tang furong garden, and I learned about the historical changes of our country and China. At hibiscus, I got a taste of the rapid development of modern civilization and the composition of xi 'an in the third grade of primary school. What I remember most about the world is that it's amazing. One of the eight wonders. The Terra Cotta Warriors. · the mysterious veil of the terracotta warriors and horses was uncovered in the guide's explanation. It turns out that the terracotta warriors were discovered by farmers in the village of xiyang village in the south of the village. Later, archaeologists unearthed the first pit, the second pit and the no. 3 pit. Among the three pits are the largest pit, the pothole in the pit, arranged in an orderly circular formation. These terracotta warriors, with facial expressions, uniform style, different hairstyle, lifelike, lifelike. Some of the potter's ears were upright, some neighing, some standing still. It vividly recreates the majestic and magnificent scenery of qin shi huang's grand army. beautiful xi 'an, magnificent terracotta warriors, goodbye! 英语作⽂介绍西安景点篇9 The weather was so nice that the weather had been deliberately given a sunny day, and xi 'an ji's composition. After breakfast, we set out to see the Terra Cotta Warriors. Just look at the parking lot and know how many people have come today. The terracotta warriors witnessed the process of the great qin dynasty from weak to strong and from prosperity to decay. When the qin dynasty collapsed, the terracotta warriors continued to stand in this world, the time did not change its face, the loess did not extinguish its British qi. Every clay figure is lifelike, as if there are life, the bright eyes of the eyes staring at you, as if telling you the legend of that era. It is no wonder that it is possible to unify the six countries with such a sophisticated division. I stared at these "soldiers" and had to marvel at the magnificence of the great qin dynasty, the grandeur of a burial pit, the grandeur of the mausoleum and the palace of the qin dynasty. At this point, I noticed that the "soldier" hair decoration was different, and I knew that it was a hierarchical symbol of qin dynasty. I finally understand that the royal family life is so luxurious, it is no wonder that so many people can kowtow to the throne and sell themselves for glory. It is no wonder that the people are suffering from the insurrection of insurrection. "Overindulgence will only lead to ruin", and the great qin dynasty was destroyed by luxury because of its military power. When I left, I looked back, and these "soldiers" still fascinated the world with their own style. In the afternoon, we went to the xi 'an banpo museum. The scorching sun hit the ground hard, but couldn't stop our enthusiasm. Every channel was filled with heads, and I followed the team to see the remains of the ancestors. In the museum, even if you listen carefully, it is not easy to find the objects that are being explained, because there are so many objects here, dazzling and dazzling, the composition of xi 'an ji xing. I can't help but marvel at the amazing things that human beings created over six thousand years ago. It's "amazing" to describe them in one word. It's hard to imagine how they were struggling to learn how to grow vegetables and livestock, how to learn to make bows, javelins, fishing forks, and even learn to make spinning spins of spinning wheels. Squeezed into the crowd, through the glass, I looked at the six thousand years ago, the spinning wheel, it is like a big stone ma money, slightly damaged, there are many scratches in the center of a hole, several other surface is very smooth. It condenses the diligence and wisdom of the forebears, and the simple, rough exterior cannot conceal its inner solemnity and deep. Almost all the POTS are painted with colorful paintings, such as running deer, birds, fish, people, etc. Some of the pottery had symbols on it, and the narrator said that was the rudiment of Chinese writing. The ruins of the half-slope also unearthed a clay figurines portrait, which is rich and rustic, with a vivid expression and a strong sense of life. After that, I saw the bones of the half-slope man. Some buried in clay POTS, some buried directly, after more than six thousand years, the best preserved, and only a bit of bone printing. There is only one thing that makes me very confused. Almost all of them are very small. Later, the explainer said that two-thirds of the people in the half-slope had died in their early years, and only a third had survived to adulthood. If so, it's understandable. It is conceivable that people at that time faced how severe, harsh environment! Their lives are gone, but their endless wisdom and hard work will be passed on forever.【英语作⽂介绍西安景点(精选9篇)】。

推荐外国朋友来西安旅游英语作文全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1My Favorite City: Xi'an, ChinaHave you ever wanted to travel back in time? Well, if you visit the city of Xi'an in China, it's almost like being transported to ancient times! Xi'an is one of the oldest cities in China and was the capital for 13 dynasties over 1,100 years. There are so many cool historical sites to see. I think Xi'an is the best city to visit in all of China and I want to tell you all about it!First, Xi'an has the most incredible ancient city walls that you can actually walk on! The walls go all the way around the old city center and are 14 kilometers (almost 9 miles) long. They are massive, standing 12 meters (39 feet) tall. Walking on top of the walls is like being a guard protecting the ancient city. You can look down and see traditional style buildings with gardens and courtyards inside the walls. Looking out, you'll see the modern city of Xi'an surrounding the old town. It's crazy to think the walls were first built in the 2nd century BC during the Qin Dynasty!Inside the ancient city walls, you'll find the Bell Tower and Drum Tower. These were used to ring out time in the mornings and evenings before people had clocks. You can still see demonstrations of people ringing the huge bells and beating the drums. The Bell Tower is especially beautiful at night when it is all lit up.But the number one reason to come to Xi'an is to see the Terracotta Warriors! This is one of the greatest archaeological discoveries ever made. In 1974, farmers were digging a well and accidentally uncovered an entire underground army of life-sized terracotta warrior statues. They were created over 2,000 years ago to guard the tomb of China's first emperor, Qin Shi Huang. There are thousands of individual warrior statues that have been excavated so far, each with a unique facial expression and details. It's mind-blowing that they were sculpted so realistically with the tools people had back then. Seeing the rows and rows of warrior statues is simply amazing. The museum showing the excavation site and the warriors is very well done too.Another great historical site in Xi'an is the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. This huge pagoda (a tiered tower) is almost 1,300 years old! It was built to hold sacred Buddhist texts that were broughtto China from India. At night, there is a cool light show telling the history of the pagoda projected on the pagoda walls. While all the historical sites are awesome, just wandering around the Xi'an streets is a fun experience too. There are lots of markets and little alleyways lined with shops and restaurants. You can find people making crafts or sample amazing street foods like roujiamo (shredded pork stuffed in a baked bread pocket), liang pi (cold noodles), and Shaanxi pao mo (lamb or beef soaked and shredded in a rich broth). One of my personal favorite places is the Xi'an Calligraphy Museum. Here you can see incredible calligraphy art and even try writing with a brush and ink yourself. Chinese calligraphy is considered one of the highest forms of art and has been practiced for centuries. The museum has examples from ancient times all the way up to modern calligraphers. I just think it's really cool to learn about.I hope I've convinced you that Xi'an is an incredible place to visit! Between the Amazing ancient city walls, Terracotta Warriors, Wild Goose Pagoda, markets, food, and more, Xi'an truly feels like stepping back into ancient China. Yet it also has a modern, lively atmosphere that makes it fun to explore. Just walking around the city is an awesome experience.Xi'an may be one of the oldest cities in China, but I think it is also one of the most fascinating and vibrant cities too! You'll make so many incredible memories visiting this historic and cultural destination. I'm already dreaming about my next trip back there. Put Xi'an at the top of your travel list - you won't regret it!篇2My City Xi'an - A Great Place to Visit!Hi friends! My name is Xiaoming and I am a 10-year-old boy from the amazing city of Xi'an in China. I want to tell you all about my hometown because I think it would be a super cool place for you to visit on your next trip!Xi'an is one of the oldest cities in China. It has a very long history going back over 3,000 years! A looong time ago, it used to be the capital of ancient dynasties like the Zhou, Qin, Han and Tang dynasties. Because of this, there are so many old buildings, temples, city walls and cultural relics left over from those times. It's like stepping back into the past! The most famous historic site in Xi'an is definitely the Terracotta Warriors. Have you heard of them? They are life-size soldier statues that were buried underground for over 2,000years to guard the tomb of China's first emperor, Qin Shi Huang. Can you believe that? The warriors were only discovered in 1974 by some farmers digging a well. Now they are one of the biggest archaeological finds in the world!Visiting the Terracotta Warriors is really cool. There are three big pits where the warriors are displayed, along with exhibits showing how they were made and other artifacts found at the tomb site. The warriors are all different - they have unique facial features and expressions. Apparently there are over 8,000 of them! My favorite part was seeing the different ranks and poses of the warriors, like generals, archers and cavalry men. Isn't that incredible that people back then could carve such detailed statues out of clay? I felt like I had traveled through time.Another really old place I love is the Ancient City Wall. It used to go all the way around the old city center of Xi'an and had a moat outside the wall too. Parts of the original wall from the Ming Dynasty still remain today. You can actually walk or rent a bike along the top! The views overlooking the city from up there are awesome. My friends and I had a competition last year to see who could bike around the whole 14km wall loop the fastest. I came in third place but it was so much fun!Inside the city wall, there are lots of little neighborhoods called hutongs. These are made up of old courtyard homes and narrow winding alleyways. It's really quiet compared to the busy streets outside. Our family used to live in one before we moved to a newer apartment building. I miss wandering through the hutongs and all the cool shops, restaurants and markets you'd find there. You could buy anything from fresh produce to handmade crafts. The smells from the street food vendors are sooo yummy too, like roujiamo (shredded pork sandwiches), pao mo (lamb soups) and guokui (stuffed baked breads). Mmm I'm getting hungry just thinking about it!For snacks, you have to try the famous Xi'an persimmon chips and pomegranate juice. Persimmons are a kind of sweet orange fruit that grow in many places around Xi'an. People dry them out and fry them into crunchy chips. As for pomegranates, we have special varieties with extra sweet ruby-red seeds that make the most refreshing juice. You can find street vendors selling both of these tasty local snacks all over the city.Speaking of food, the Muslim Quarter is an absolutemust-visit! This neighborhood has been home to a community of Hui Muslims for centuries. Their food is just incredible - a totally unique combination of Chinese and Middle Eastern flavors. Themain street is packed with restaurants and stalls grilling meats, baking flatbreads and making noodle dishes. At night the whole area is lit up by the bright neon signs and smells of cumin, chili and smoky skewers fill the air. My dad takes me to this famous beef burger place where they cook the patties stuffed with soup inside! So when you bite into it, all the broth oozes out. Soooo good!Another famous site is the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. This huge historic Buddhist pagoda is almost 1,300 years old! It has a fascinating story too. Apparently it was built to house sutras (religious texts) that a monk brought all the way back from India, traveling along the ancient Silk Road trade routes. The pagoda itself is beautiful, especially all lit up at night. There are tons of shops and stores in the surrounding square selling arts, crafts and souvenirs. We always go there during Chinese New Year to enjoy the decorations and festival foods.I could go on and on, but I think you get the idea - Xi'an has so much to see and do! From the amazing historical sites like the Terracotta Warriors to the delicious local foods and cultures, it is truly a fascinating ancient city. But Xi'an also has a very modern side with shopping malls, parks, museums and all the latest things too.If you come to China, you simply have to visit Xi'an. I'd be happy to show you around and take you to all my favorite spots! Just let me know when you're coming. You'll have the best time learning about Xi'an's rich history and culture. I'm so lucky to call this incredible city my home. I hope you can experience a bit of Xi'an too!篇3Come Visit Xi'an, My City!Hi friends! My name is Xixi and I'm 10 years old. I live in the amazing city of Xi'an in China. You definitely need to come visit because Xi'an is the coolest place ever!First of all, Xi'an is like super duper old. It has been around for over 3,000 years! That's way longer than any of our grandparents have been alive. Xi'an used to be the capital of ancient China during many dynasties like the Zhou, Qin, Han, and Tang. Because it's so ancient, we have tons of awesome historic sites here. The most famous one is definitely the Terracotta Warriors. Have you heard of them? They are these giant clay statues of soldiers that were buried underground to protect China's first emperor in the afterlife. Isn't that crazy? There are thousands oflife-sized terracotta warrior statues and they all have different faces. You can see the excavation pits where they were discovered. It's mindblowing!Another epic historic site is the Ancient City Wall. It goes all the way around the inner city and it's huuuuuge - over 13 kilometers long! You can even walk or bike along the top of the wall. My friends and I love renting bikes and riding around. The views are spectacular! You can see the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and parks from up there.Speaking of the Bell Tower and Drum Tower, those are other amazing historic buildings you need to check out. They are twin towers that were used to tell time back in the day before people had watches and phones. At night, the Drum Tower is all lit up and looks magical. If you like tasty food, you're going to absolutely love Xi'an! We are famous for dishes like roujiamo (meat sandwiches), biangbiang noodles, and yangrou paomo (lamb bread soup). The Muslim Quarter is the best place to try all this delicious local fare. It's this vibrant area with tons of tiny restaurants and food stalls lining the streets. You can see people making noodles by stretching and slapping the dough. So much fun to watch! After you've stuffed yourself silly, you can walk around the Muslim Quarter and check out all the cool shops selling crafts, trinkets, and souvenirs. Don't forget to bargain with the vendors - it's expected! I love looking at all the glittery lamps and decorations.Another awesome thing about Xi'an is that we have the cutest friendly giants living here - pandas! The Shaanxi Rare Wildlife Rescue Breeding Research Center has a bunch of pandas that were rescued from the wild. You can see baby pandas tumbling and playing. They are sooooo adorable and fluffy! The best part is hearing them snort and chomp on bamboo. Too cute! There's honestly too much to do in Xi'an to fit into one essay.I didn't even mention the fantastic museums, ancient tombs, beautiful temples, or fun parks. Xi'an is a mix of old and new - you can experience over 3,000 years of history and also find modern shopping malls and tasty international cuisine. What are you waiting for? Book your trip to Xi'an now! You won't regret exploring my amazing, ancient, and super fascinating hometown. I'll see you here!篇4An Awesome Adventure in Xi'an!Hi friends! Can you believe that? It's like a living museum with tons of incredible ancient buildings and historical sites. The best part is you can actually go inside and explore them! One of the hugest attractions in Xi'an is the Terracotta Warriors. These life-sized clay warrior statues were buried underground for over 2,000 years before farmers accidentally discovered them in 1974. Each one is unique with different facial features and poses. There are thousands of them standing in military formation just like they did back then! It's mind-blowing.My favorite part of the Terracotta Warriors is the horses. The warriors even had terracotta horse statues to go with them back in the day. Can you imagine having an entire clay army and cavalry? So cool! The details on the horses are gorgeous too. I dream of one day becoming an archaeologist and digging up treasures like this.Speaking of treasures, Xi'an also has the Shaanxi History Museum. This place is jam-packed with over 370,000 relics and artifacts from dynasties past. Priceless ancient art, jade carvings, old coins, you name it! My class went on a field trip there and I was amazed at all the amazing old stuff. We got to try on replica clothes and make our own pottery. It was the best day ever!Another highlight is walking along Xi'an's Ancient City Wall. This giant wall surrounds the entire old city and has been standing for 600 years! You can rent a bike or a golf cart to ride along the tops of the walls. The views overlooking the city are spectacular. Make sure to stop and check out the massive corner gates too. My parents always get annoyed because I beg them to stop so I can take a million pictures.Speaking of amazing views, the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda isa true landmark of Xi'an. This huge pagoda tower stands almost65 meters tall! At night it's beautifully illuminated. You can climb up inside the pagoda but I have to admit I get a little scared being so high up. Next to the pagoda is the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda Plaza and Square which is a gorgeous place for walking around or attending festivals and events. If you visit Xi'an, you absolutely must go to the Muslim Street market. It has the most delicious food! There are rows and rows of small restaurants and street vendors selling local snacks and dishes. You can find yummy lamb skewers, delicious beef sandwiches, candied fruit, persimmon cakes, and more. Just follow your nose and you'll find something good to eat! My favorite is the roujiamo which is stewed pork stuffed inside a baked flatbread. Don't forget to bargain with the vendors - it's fun!Xi'an is also known for its brush making industry. In the Shuyuanmen brush market, you can pick up beautiful calligraphy brushes and art supplies. They come in gorgeous wooden boxes as gifts. The brushmakers are very skilled artists. I love watching them bundle the bristles and carve the brush handles. There's so much more to see and do, like the Shaanxi History Museum, Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Daxingshan Temple, and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda ruins. Xi'an was one of the start points for the ancient Silk Road trade route so there's lots of culture from the Middle East, Asia, and Europe all mixed together here. What I really love about Xi'an is the atmosphere. The people are so friendly and there's a lively buzz throughout the city. At night, the city streets, parks, and squares come alive with music, dance, games, and amazing street food. People gather to practice tai chi, sing opera songs, or just socialize. It's so lively and fun!Xi'an usually has nice weather too. The winters can get pretty cold but we have hot pots and warm street snacks to keep us cozy. Spring and fall are absolutely beautiful times to visit with mild temperatures. Summer can get really hot but that's perfect for slurping cold bowls of delicious liangpi noodles!I really hope you can come to Xi'an someday. I'm always happy to show visitors around my favorite city! There's so much history and culture everywhere you look. You'll love exploring all the ancient sites, trying all the yummy food, and experiencing the lively atmosphere. Xi'an is the best place ever!Your friend,Xiaoming篇6My Fantastic Hometown Xi'an - The Perfect Place to Visit!Hi friends! My name is Xiaoming and I'm 10 years old. I was born in the amazing city of Xi'an in China. Xi'an is the capital of Shaanxi Province and it's one of the oldest cities in my country. It has over 3,000 years of history and culture! I think Xi'an is the coolest place on Earth and I really want to tell you all about it so you'll come visit me here.First, let me tell you about the famous Terracotta Warriors. They are these incredible life-size sculptures of soldiers and horses that were buried underground for over 2,000 years to guard an emperor's tomb. Can you believe that? An entire army of terracotta statues standing guard for thousands of years! Each warrior is unique with different facial features and expressions. It's mind-blowing that they were created so long ago. The Terracotta Warriors were accidentally discovered by some farmers in 1974 and it was one of the greatest archaeological finds in history. Now there is a huge museum where you can see thousands of the warrior figures on display. It's an amazing sight!Another incredible historic site in Xi'an is the Ancient City Wall. This was built over 600 years ago during the Ming Dynasty to protect the city. It's one of the best preserved and most complete ancient city walls left in China. You can walk or even bike along the top of the wall going all the way around the old city center. It's so much fun and you get amazing views overXi'an from up there! The wall is huge - it's 14 meters tall and the total length is almost 14 kilometers going around the rectangular city. That's a very long way to bike or walk but it's totally worth it. My friends and I love running along the Ancient City Wall and counting how many watch towers we can spot.Xi'an is also famous for its delicious food. We have so many tasty dishes and snacks that you can't find anywhere else. You have to try the roujiamo when you visit - it's my absolute favorite! Roujiamo is a type of warm burger with shredded pork inside a baked flat bread. The bread is crispy on the outside but light and fluffy inside, and the pork is cooked in over 20 different spices so it's bursting with amazing flavors. Just thinking about roujiamo is making me hungry! Another famous Xi'an food is biangbiang noodles. These are super thick and chewy noodles that are slapped against the counter to get their unique texture. You can have them in a bowl with a rich sauce and toppings like beef, tomatoes, or eggs. I always get a stomachache after eating too many because they are so filling but so irresistible! If you come to Xi'an, you have to go for a ride in one of our traditional Chinese flatbed tricycle carts too. They are pedaled by strong men or women through the narrow old streets of the city. Riding in one feels like you've gone back in time hundreds of years - except for the traffic and modern buildings around you of course! The best drivers will play traditional Chinese music as they pedal you around. It's such a fun experience. There are also lots of colorful traditional street markets to explore in Xi'an. You can find every kind of chinese snack, clothes, toys, fresh produce, and knick-knack you can imagine. I love wandering through the markets with my parents, taking in all the sights, sounds and smells. Sometimes we'll get lost in the maze of alleyways and stumble across hidden gems like beautifully carved Buddha statues or storefronts making fresh persimmon candies. The markets are the heart and soul of Xi'an.I haven't even mentioned all the beautiful ancient pagodas, the lively night markets with dozens of delicious street food stalls, or the incredible Muslim Quarter where you can see a completely different culture and discover new cuisines. Honestly, I could goon and on about why Xi'an is the most fascinatinating city on the planet!I really hope you'll consider coming to visit me in Xi'an one day. I would be the best tour guide to show you around all the top sites and help you experience everything this historic yet modern city has to offer. Xi'an has something for everyone - history, culture, food, entertainment and so much more. You'll never be bored here! Just being surrounded by over 3,000 years of civilization is a powerful feeling. Every time I walk or bike past an ancient temple or palace, I'm reminded of the incredible history my hometown has lived through. I'm so proud to be from Xi'an.What are you waiting for? Start planning your trip to Xi'an today! Let me know when you're coming and I'll give you the grand tour. You're going to love my city just as much as I do. I can't wait to share it with you!Your friend,Xiaoming。

欢迎朋友来西安旅游的英语作文全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1Welcome to Xi'an, My Friends!Hi friends! I'm so excited to tell you all about my amazing hometown, Xi'an. It's the coolest city ever and I really want you to come visit me here. Let me tell you why Xi'an is the best place for a trip!First of all, Xi'an is super duper old. Like, really really old. It has been around for over 3,000 years! Can you believe that? The city started way back in the Qin Dynasty in 221 BC. That's so long ago, even dinosaurs were still around back then! Because it's so ancient, we have the neatest old buildings and traditions here. One of the oldest and most fantastic things to see is the City Wall. It goes all the way around the city center and it's just massive! The wall is 12 meters tall and 12-18 meters wide on top. You can actually rent a bike and ride along the entire 14 kilometer loop around the top of the wall. How awesome is that? Imagine biking around the top of a giant ancient wall! My friends and I love doing that.Speaking of awesome old things, Xi'an is also home to the famous Terracotta Warriors. Have you heard of them? They are these life-size soldier statues that were buried underground for like 2,000 years before some farmers accidentally found them in 1974. Isn't that crazy? There are thousands of individual soldier statues, along with horses and chariots too. Each one has a different face and expression. Some look angry, some look brave, some look surprised. It's amazing that they are so detailed after being buried for centuries and centuries. The Terracotta Warriors make Xi'an one of the most incredible archaeological sites in the whole world!Okay, but Xi'an isn't just about old historic stuff. We also have some of the most delicious food you'll ever taste! Xi'an is the birthplace of Chinese bread culture and byway foods. That means we have the yummiest breads, pastries, dumplings, noodles, and snacks. You've got to try food from the Muslim Quarter when you visit. That's the area with all the food markets and little restaurants. My favorite things to eat are roujiamo (those incredible burgers with pork inside a bread pocket), parched buckwheat noodles, and guokui (stuffed mushroom snacks). Don't even get me started on all the different dumplings and pancakes - they're out of this world! Your mouth will be watering just walking through the Muslim Quarter. And let me tell you about some of our events and festivals - they are a blast! The biggest one is Chinese New Year. Xi'an makes a huge deal out of it with incredible light displays, fireworks shows, dragon dances, and temple fairs. Everything is decorated with lanterns and the streets are packed with people having a great time. For the Lantern Festival at the end of the New Year celebrations, we hang up thousands of beautiful lanterns everywhere and set off these incredible giant firework footprints. It looks like a crackling neon rainbow exploding across the sky! Diwali is another big festival we celebrate with sparklers, fireworks, and colored powder being thrown everywhere. So colorful and joyful!I could honestly talk about Xi'an all day long. I haven't even mentioned the incredible Great Mosque, the the lively night markets, or the beautiful parks and gardens like Huaqing Palace. Xi'an is the best mix of amazing ancient history and super fun modern culture. You'll love exploring all the old sites and then chowing down on all our incredible street food. What are you waiting for? You have to come visit Xi'an! I'll show you around to all the coolest spots, both old and new. We'll bike the ancient City Wall, marvel at the Terracotta Warriors, eat more delicious food than you can imagine, and celebrate likecrazy during our festivals. Xi'an is pretty much the greatest city on earth in my opinion. You'll make so many awesome memories here! Just let me know when you can come and I'll start planning our amazing Xi'an adventure. Get ready for the time of your life!Your friend,[Your name]篇2Here's an essay welcoming friends to visit Xi'an, written from the perspective of an elementary school student, approximately 2000 words long in English:Welcome to Xi'an, My Friends!Hi there! My name is Xiao Ming, and I'm a 10-year-old boy from the amazing city of Xi'an in China. I'm so excited to tell you all about my hometown and why you should come to visit!First of all, Xi'an is one of the oldest cities in China, with a history that goes back more than 3,000 years! Can you believe that? It used to be the capital of ancient dynasties like the Zhou, Qin, Han, and Tang. That means there are so many incredible historical sites to explore here! One of the most famous attractions is the Terracotta Warriors. These life-sized clay soldiers were buried underground to protect the first emperor of China, Qin Shi Huang, in the afterlife. When they were discovered in 1974, it was like finding a whole army frozen in time! The details on each warrior's face and armor are just mind-blowing. You'll feel like you've traveled back to ancient times. But that's not all! The ancient City Wall surrounding Xi'an is another must-see. It's one of the best-preserved ancient city walls in China, and you can actually walk or bike along the top of it. Imagine how cool it would be to see the whole city from up there! The wall has a circumference of almost 14 kilometers (that's like 8.7 miles!), so you might want to bring some snacks and water for the journey. If you're looking for something a little more relaxing, you should definitely visit the Muslim Quarter. This lively neighborhood is famous for its delicious street food, like roujiamo (shredded pork sandwiches), persimmon cakes, and my personal favorite, yangrou paomo (crumbled unleavened bread in mutton soup). As you wander through the narrow alleys, you'll see locals going about their daily routines, and you might evencatch a glimpse of the Great Mosque, which dates back to the Tang Dynasty!Speaking of the Tang Dynasty, Xi'an was the capital back then, and it was a golden age for arts and culture. You can learn all about it at the Shaanxi History Museum, which has an incredible collection of artifacts, including ancient ceramics, paintings, and calligraphy. It's like stepping into a time machine! But Xi'an isn't just about history – it's also a modern city with lots of fun things to do. You could go shopping at the trendy Zhonggulou Square, or visit the Qujiang Pool and Garden, a beautiful park with pavilions, gardens, and even a man-made lake. And if you're feeling adventurous, you could try your hand at making traditional crafts like paper-cutting or shadow puppets!Oh, and I can't forget to mention the food! Xi'an is famous for its delicious and unique cuisine, like biangbiang noodles (which are just as fun to say as they are to eat!), yangrou pao (shredded lamb in a baked bun), and my mom's favorite, guokui (a savory snack made with wheat gluten and spices). Trust me, you'll never go hungry in Xi'an!So, what do you think? Are you ready to pack your bags and come to Xi'an? I promise you'll have the time of your lifeexploring all the incredible sights, sounds, and flavors of my hometown. Just let me know when you're coming, and I'll be your personal tour guide! Can't wait to see you here!Your friend,Xiao Ming篇3Welcome to the Amazing City of Xi'an!Hi friends! My name is Xiaoming and I'm 10 years old. I live in the incredible city of Xi'an in China. It's one of the oldest cities in my country and it's super duper cool! I want to tell you all about Xi'an so you'll come visit me. Get ready for an awesome adventure!First, let me tell you about the most famous sight in Xi'an - the Terracotta Warriors! These are thousands of life-size pottery soldier figures that were buried underground for over 2,000 years! They were created to guard the tomb of Emperor Qin Shi Huang, the first emperor of China. Can you imagine - thousands of soldier statues standing guard quietly for over 2 millennia before being discovered in 1974? Wild! Each of the Terracotta Warrior figures is unique with different facial features and expressions. The details are amazingly intricate for being carved out of clay so long ago. Some carry ancient weapons like swords, lances and crossbows too. It's mindblowing to think about the incredible skill and effort that went into making this underground army so lifelike. My class went on a field trip to see the Terracotta Warriors and it was the coolest thing ever! The excavation site is huge, like bigger than a football field. Row after row of reassembled warrior figures standing at attention...it felt like they could come alive at any moment. I got chicken skin just imagining what it must have been like to be an ancient Chinese soldier. You have to see it to believe it!The city of Xi'an itself is surrounded by an old city wall that's been standing for over 600 years. It's one of the few ancient city walls still intact in China. You can actually walk or bike along the top of the wall and get a great view of Xi'an below. The bricks used to build the wall are so old and weathered. I like to imagine soldiers patrolling up there and defending the city centuries ago. My grandpa says the city wall makes Xi'an feel like a living history museum.Speaking of history, Xi'an has so many other amazing historic sites to explore too. Like the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, this huge ancient Buddhist pagoda that's almost 1,300 years old! It has a cool legend about a monk who brought Buddhist scriptures to China hidden in the hollow bodies of giant geese sculptures. There are also incredible temples and mosques because people from all over the world used to meet and trade in Xi'an when it was the capital on the ancient Silk Road. But Xi'an isn't just about history - it has really delicious food too! Xi'an is famous across China for dishes like roujiamo (shredded meat stuffed in baked flatbread), biangbiang noodles (long chewy noodles with spicy sauce), and yangrou paomo (crumbled unleavened flatbread soaked in lamb soup). Everything is so flavorful and you can get food from little street vendors or fancy restaurants. I especially love the snacks like crunchy persimmon chips and sweet toasted bread. You've got to come hungry because the food here is amazing! There's also the lively Muslim Quarter - a neighborhood with tons of shops, restaurants, and mosques where you can try different Islamic foods and shop for fun souvenirs. One time I convinced my parents to buy me a cuddly stuffed TerracottaWarrior toy from a vendor there. The sights, sounds and smells make it feel like you've traveled back in time. And if you visit in the spring, you might be lucky enough to see the ancient City Wall surrounded by beautiful pink peach blossoms in bloom. The peach trees along the wall turn the whole area into a romantic, fragrant wonderland for a few weeks every year. It's a magical, instagram-worthy sight!Xi'an also has a bunch of fun theme parks and nature spots nearby to explore. Like the Xi'an Qujiang Datang Furong Garden which recreates life during the prosperous Tang Dynasty with palace gardens, cultural performances, and replicas of ancient architecture. Or Chan Ba Ecological Park with hiking trails through pristine forests and natural springs. You can spend weeks here without getting bored! So what do you think? Xi'an seems amazing, right?? Between the world-famous historic sites, yummy food, lively culture, and awesome outdoor activities...there's something for everyone! You've got to come visit Xi'an with your family. I'll show you all the best spots. Just let me know when you're coming and I'll get my tourism guides ready! Can't wait for you to experience the wonders of my hometown. See you in Xi'an soon!Your friend,Xiaoming篇4Welcome to My City Xi'an!Hi friends! My name is Xiaoming and I live in the amazing city of Xi'an in China. I'm so excited to tell you all about my hometown and why you should come visit. Get ready for an awesome adventure!Xi'an is one of the oldest cities in China with a rich history going back over 3,000 years. Can you believe that? It's like a huge outdoor museum with so many cool historical sites to explore. My favorite is the Terracotta Warriors. These life-size soldier statues were buried underground for an emperor's tomb over 2,000 years ago! They were accidentally discovered by some farmers in 1974 and it was an incredible find. Over 8,000 warrior statues have been uncovered so far and they are all unique with different facial features and bodies. It's mind-blowing that they were created so long ago. When you visit, you can see the warriors lined up in battle formation inside the museum. Just imagining their stories from ancient times makes me feel like a time traveler! The ancient City Wall is another must-see in Xi'an. This huge wall surrounds the old city center and has been standing for over 600 years! You can rent a bike or take a golf cart to ride along the top of the wall. It's a really long loop so get ready for an adventure. As you're riding, you'll get to see gorgeous views of the city from up high. My friends and I love racing each other around the wall. Just be careful not to crash into anyone! Haha!Speaking of adventures, you have to try hiking to the top of Mount Huashan. This famous mountain has a scary set of stairs carved right into the cliffside called the "Plank Walk." Don't worry, you get strapped into a harness! But it's definitely not for anyone afraid of heights. I felt like a daring explorer trekking up those narrow stairs with the valleys down below. Even though it was a little scary, the view from the peaks is breathtaking. You'll feel like you're on top of the world!Xi'an is also famous for its delicious food. My favorite is roujiamo, which are these yummy bread sandwiches stuffed with shredded pork. The bread is baked into a crispy flatbread shape and the flavorful pork inside is so juicy and tender. You can find little roujiamo vendors all around the city and they make the best on-the-go snack. I also love eating pao mo, which are these chewy bread pieces that you dip into a lamb or beef stew. It's theultimate comfort food! And you can't leave Xi'an without trying the biangbiang noodles - they are flat, thick noodles covered in a yummy sauce and the name refers to the loud slapping sound the chef makes when pulling the noodle dough. So much fun to watch them being made!Xi'an has so many other exciting things too like the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, parks, temples and more. But I'll let you discover those yourself! I just can't wait for you to experience my incredible city. Xi'an has such a special combination of ancient wonders and delicious foods. You'll get to see China's rich culture and history come alive. Get ready for an awesome adventure!First, let me tell you about the incredible history of Xi'an. It's one of the oldest cities in China and was the capital for 13dynasties over 1,100 years! Can you believe that? The city started way back in the 11th century BC. Xi'an has seen so many emperors, warriors, poets, and events that shaped Chinese civilization. One of the coolest things about Xi'an is the City Wall that goes all the way around the old city center. It's an enormous medieval fortification built in the 14th century during the Ming Dynasty. The wall is 12 meters (39 feet) tall and has a moat and drawbridges. You can actually rent a bike or a golf cart and ride along the entire 14 kilometer (8.7 mile) length on top of the wall! Riding the ancient wall makes you feel like you've gone back in time to medieval China.Of course, the biggest attraction in Xi'an is the amazing Terracotta Warriors. These life-sized soldier statues were buried underground for over 2,000 years until farmers rediscovered them in 1974. It's an entire army of 8,000 warriors, horses and chariots sculpted out of terracotta (a type of hard clay) to protect China's first emperor in the afterlife. Each warrior statue is different and has unique facial features and details in the armor and weapons. It's so cool to see the rows of tall terracotta soldiers standing guard!Xi'an has tons of other incredible historical sites too. You can tour the incredible Wild Goose Pagoda, a 64-meter tall ancient Buddhist pagoda from the 7th century. The Shaanxi History Museum has an amazing collection of artifacts like ancient bronzes, ceramics, and murals. The Huaqing Hot Springs have natural hot spring pools where emperors used to bathe. It's like walking through history! But Xi'an isn't just about the past - it's a really modern, vibrant city too. The Muslim Quarter is the coolest area with its narrow medieval streets, beautiful mosques, and tons of amazing street food. You've got to try roujiamo (shredded pork stuffed in a baked bread pocket), yangroupaomo (lamb soup with bread crumbs), and guokui (shaved noodles). The snacks are so delicious! The Muslim Quarter also has a huge Islamic food market with all kinds of spices, herbs, rice, and halal meats for sale. The smells from all the food stalls are incredible. There are also tons of little shops selling souvenirs, antiques, rugs, lanterns, and other crafts. You can practice your bargaining skills with the vendors!Outside of the Muslim Quarter, modern Xi'an is a huge, lively city with skyscrapers, shopping malls, parks, and so many funthings to do. We have the Qujiang Ocean Park with water rides and aquarium tunnels. The Daming Palace National Heritage Park has night shows with music and light displays recreating ancient Tang Dynasty performances. The Tang Paradise park has restaurants where you can try food from the Tang Dynasty and watch cultural shows. There's always something fun happening! One of the coolest new things in Xi'an is the awesome subway system that just opened in 2011. It has long tunnels underground with the latest subway trains. The subway stations even have ancient designs and terracotta warrior sculptures inside! Taking the new subway is an easy way to get around the huge city.I hope you can come explore Xi'an with your family soon. Xi'an is the coolest place ever with so many fun things to see and do. Let me give you a tour!First up, we have to talk about the Terracotta Warriors. These life-size statue soldiers were buried underground for over 2,000 years before farmers digging a well accidentally discovered them in 1974. Can you believe that?! There are thousands of detailed warrior statues along with horses and chariots. It's like an entire army frozen in time. The craftsmanship is incredible - each warrior has a unique face and expression. I go there on every field trip and I'm still blown away by how awesome they are.Next up is the Ancient City Wall that surrounds the center of Xi'an. This massive wall is SO OLD - it was first built in the 2nd century BC during the Qin Dynasty! You can actually walk or even bike along the top of the wall and get a great view of the city. Parts of the wall are up to 40 feet high! My friends and I love renting bikes and riding around the entire 8.5 mile loop. We pretend we're brave ancient warriors defending the city. It's a blast!Speaking of ancient stuff, the Bell Tower and Drum Tower right in the heart of Xi'an are pretty sweet too. They were built in the 1300s as way to keep time and send messages across the city. Every afternoon there's still a cool drum performance where musicians play rhythms on these gigantic ancient drums. You can even climb to the top of the towers and look out over the rooftops and city streets.Another must-see is the Muslim Quarter near the Drum Tower. This lively neighborhood has the most amazing street food with tons of small restaurants and vendors selling yummy snacks and desserts. You've got to try roujiamo (shredded pork stuffed in bread), paomo (lamb or beef soaked in broth), and guokui (stuffed sweet cakes). My mouth is watering just thinking about it! The aromas wafting from the food stalls are out of this world. I once ate so many meat skewers that Mom had to carry me home!If you want to experience more traditional culture, there are lots of cool places around the city too. The Shaanxi History Museum teaches you all about the dynasties that ruled this area for thousands of years. You can see ancient pottery, jade artifacts, and even centuries-old murals and sculptures. I got a little dizzy but the views from the top were breathtaking. There's also the Qujiang Pool which has these vibrant colored fountains that dance to music every night. The waterworks and light shows are so mesmerizing. And you can take a boat cruise along the river too which is relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing.
