辽宁机电产品出口现状及发展对策

摘要

电产品是技术创新、产品创新、管理创新的重要支撑，也是国家经济发展的重要支撑，特别是在我国大力发展机电产品的新形势下，我国机电产品出口呈现出良好的态势，但目前我国机电产品出口竞争力仍然存在不足，需要引起高度重视。本文以辽宁地区作为案例，对机电产品出口现状及其国际市场竞争力提升问题进行了全面、深入、系统的研究，首先对研究背景和意义、国内外研究现状以及与论文相关的概念进行了简要概述；然后从出口规模、出口结构、出口市场三个方面分析了辽宁机电产品出口现状，并从出口规模较大但实力不强、出口品牌较多但自主较少、销售较广但营销创新不足等方面分析了存在的问题；接着从内部优势、内部劣势、外部机遇、外部威胁等方面对辽宁机电产品出口竞争力进行了SWOT分析；最后就如何提升辽宁机电产品出口竞争力，提出了制定出口转型升级发展战略、推动出口加工区跨越式发展、支持出口企业开展技术创新、促进出口商品结构更加优化、引导企业实施出口组合策略、大力培养出口专业人才队伍等对策和建议，旨在为推动辽宁机电产品出口以及国际市场竞争力提供参考。

ABSTRACT

High tech industry is the important support of technological innovation, product innovation, management innovation, an important support for the development of the national economy is, especially in our country is vigorously developing the high-tech industry in the new situation, China's high-tech products export showing a good trend, but the export competitiveness of China's high-tech products deficiencies still exist and need to pay close attention to. In this paper, the Pearl River Delta region as a case, to enhance the export of high-tech products and its competitiveness in the international market situation is studied thoroughly and systematically. Firstly, the research background and significance, research status at home and abroad and the related concepts are summarized; and then analyzes the Pearl River Pearl River Delta three high-tech products export situation from the three aspects of the export scale, export structure, export market and export from large scale but the strength is not strong, but more independent export brands, sales less wide but lack of marketing innovation and analyzes the existing problems; then from the internal advantages and weaknesses, external opportunities and external threats and other aspects of the SWOT analysis the Pearl River Delta on the export competitiveness of high-tech products; finally, how to improve the export competitiveness of high-tech products in the Pearl River Delta, is put forward Development of transformation and upgrading of export development strategy, promote the export processing zones across type development, support export enterprises to carry out technological innovation, promote the export commodity structure more optimized, guide enterprises to implement the export portfolio strategy, vigorously develop the export of professional personnel and other countermeasures and suggestions, aiming to provide reference to promote the Pearl River Delta of high-tech products export and competitiveness in the international market.
