而高职院校,是高校中的职业院校,又是职业院校中办学层次最高的学校,注重理论学习又强化实操训练,而且在教学上会灵活地根据地区经济发展现状调整专业课程,因此高职院校培养的人才更贴合社会需求。

且高职院校的人才角色进入快,实践性强,因此在高职院校中培养双语人才,能够更好地帮助中小企业发展。

二、商务英语专业《人力资源管理》课程实施双语教学的必要性当前,宁夏职业院校学生文化基础相对薄弱,培养双语人才实属不易。

本文从人力资源管理专业英语的特点和现阶段的教学现状、教学过程中所出现的问题出发,结合个人教学经验提出合理性的建议,以提高人力资源管理专业英语的教学效果。

国开管理英语1心得体会我于2014年3月参加了国开国际教育学院(以下简称国开)管理英语一的笔试。

考试分三个部分:①英语基础知识;②综合运用能力;③英语写作。

我认为最重要的是把握好三个方面:一是要在把握中体现语言的美感;二是要体现语言美与思维语言美的统一;三是要在掌握中体现思维语言美的和谐一致。

在这三个方面我都取得了很好的成绩。

通过学习管理英语一考试后的一些体会认为:一是在知识和能力上要提高很多,在专业素养和综合素质上都有了很大的进步;二是在学习态度上要端正态度并从实际出发;三是在思维上要开阔视野并加强语言技能培训。

这是参加此次考试最大的收获和感受;下面结合自己的学习心得谈几点体会和今后学习改进措施。

一、端正学习态度在学习管理英语一时,为了让自己尽快适应该科目的难度,我们都是自己一个人去学习、自学,或者是进行外训。

但是有一个问题总是令我忧心忡忡:当我们的学习过程中遇到了困难时很难有一个良好的态度去应对和解决!所以在这次管理英语考试中发现,我们大多数同学对参加这次考试都是抱着无所谓的态度而不是积极地对待考试,我想这也是我们这次考试失败的重要原因之一,这也是我们这次考试失利的主要原因之一。

我认为每一次考试都应该是一个好态度树立典范和好心情支持下取得了好成绩。

在以后学习中我要严格要求本人,积极克服心理障碍,在老师以及其他同学给予我无微不至照料时才能更好地投入到学习中去。

以积极地态度对待高考及其他考试中遇到失败与挫折后出现的种种现象,正确看待考试中遇到的困难与问题,积极探索学习新途径,不断提高自己对考试知识与方法的掌握程度与把握能力;在今后生活中也要不断提高自身理论修养和实际操作本领;同时要向更高层次水平的英语学习,来弥补自身在语言方面存在的不足。

为此,教育部2001 年发文明确提出,要在高校积极推动使用英语等外语进行教学,其中“本科教育要创造条件,使用英语等外语进行公共课和专业课教学”。

还特别强调“高新技术领域的生物技术、信息技术等专业,以及为适应我国入世后需要的金融、法律等专业,更要先行一步,力争3 年内,外语教学课程要达到所开课程的5%~10%”。

本文主要探讨当前《人力资源管理》课程双语教学中存在的问题及原因,提出具体的解决对策,为该课程及其他课程的双语教学提供一定的帮助和参考。

1 高校开展《人力资源管理》课程双语教学的意义在管理类专业中,人力资源管理是管理类专业中的一门实用性较强的基础学科,更别提是针对人力资源管理专业的学生,在人才培养方案中,人力资源管理这门课程是一门核心课程,所以每一位人力资源管理专业的学生必须扎实的掌握这门科目。

随着21 世纪的到来,中国市场经济竞争异常激烈,社会需要不断提升,三资企业的出现,在这样一个经济全球化、文化多元化发展的新时期,仅仅拥有人力资源管理专业的理论知识以不能满足社会的需求,这无疑是给高校培养人力资源管理专业人才提出了更高的要求。

(4)课程教学设计,以真实的或最大真实化的工作任务为载体,采用任务先行、能力本位、双线并行的课堂教学模式,“教、学、做”一体化,2.课程设计思路该课程教学设计按照工作流程,以典型工作任务为基础,采用任务驱动式教学,要求学生较好地处理涉外职场中所遇到的人力资源管理相关问题,通过熟悉本专业相关英语专业词汇术语,能阅读简单的英文专业文献和材料。
