浅谈我国农产品深加工的发展前景

摘要

农产品深加工是指对农业产品进行深度加工制作以体现其效益最大化的生产环节，与“农产品粗加工”概念相对应。如将稻谷、玉米加工为大米、玉米粉的生产，称为粗加工；在完成粗加工的基础上对半成品进行进一步的完善，使其更具价值，以追求更高附加值的生产，称为深加工。当前，由于农业连年丰收，农产品甚为丰富，供大于求，出现结构性、地域性、暂时性过剩，而我国人均农产品消费水平与世界平均水平相比还较低，因此，目前在我国发展农产品加工潜力巨大。因此,大力发展农产品加工,以促进农产品的商品化,对调整我国农村经济结构、增加农民收入有着重大改变，其意义在于初级农业产品的利润附加值很低，深加工可以大幅提高利润率。它关系到人类生活的方方面面，更是食品加工的基础，发展食品工业提升农业，是实现传统农业向现代农业转变、向高效益转变的出路。因此，必须不断提高项目和产品的科技含量，坚持走科技兴企的道路。实现农业持续稳定发展、长期确保农产品有效供给，根本出路在科技，精深加工等具有高科技含量的技术的应用必将大放异彩，农产品加工前景一片大好。本文主要阐述了农产品深加工的现状、发展前景、存在的问题及对策。

Therefore, vigorously develop the agricultural products processing, in order to promote the commercialization of agricultural products, there are major changes to the adjustment of China's rural economic structure, increasing farmer income, its significance lies in the primary agrical trual products value-added profits are very low, deep processing can significantly improve the rate of profit. It is related to all aspects of human life, but also is the basic of food processing, food industry promoting agriculture, is to realize the transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, the way to high efficiency transformation so that we must constantly improve the technology content of projects and products adhere to the road of science and technology enterprises.
