发泡模具计算机辅助设计系统开发

摘要:

本文主要介绍了发泡模具计算机辅助设计系统的开发环境与技术、以及开发过程。首先根据系统应具有的功能要求与性能要求进行总体设计,将系统分为模具程序设计模块和三维模型生成模块。将模具程序设计模块进一步划分为模具信息输入模块、模具设计模块和中间文件生成模块三个子模块。通过向导对话框,实现对发泡模具的结构及尺寸的设计。针对MDT三维绘图环境,开发了相应的三维模型生成模块。通过三维模型生成模块实现三维模具零部件模型的建立、更新,并将各零部件结构模型进行组合,最终形成所要设计发泡模具的总装三维模型。采用ASP环境和ADO技术,使系统具备自动生成包含模具设计参数和模具总装模型动态网页的功能。该系统设计全过程在Visual C++6.0中完成,具有良好的人机交互环境的可移植性和友好性。

Development of 3D Computer Aided Design System of

Foaming Mould

Abstract:

The paper mainly introduces the design environment, technology, and design process of the “Foaming Mould Computer Aided Design System”. Firstly, the system was overall design according to the functional and performance requirements deserved to be owned. Mould program designing module is composed of the inputting mould information module, the mould designing module, and the midst files generating module. The modules to generate 3D patten are developed in the three-dimension drawing environment of the MDT. By use of the module,the three-dimension pattens of mould parts and components are established and updated, and the assembly of the mould can be completed. Adopting ASP technology and ADO technology, the system has function of automatically creating dynamic home pages including newest initial datum of mould design and pattens of the assembly. The whole design process was conducted in the Visual C++6.0, possessing the transplantability and affiliation of the man-machine interaction circumstance.
