安全使用注意事项
请确保遵守以下注意事项以防止操作失败、故障及对产品的功能和性能产生不利影响。否则可能会导致 意想不到的后果。 1) 本产品专为室内使用而设计。请勿在室外或下列环境中使用。 z 会直接受到加热设备辐射热的地方 z 有水、油等飞溅的地方 z 阳光直射的地方 z 有粉尘、腐蚀性气体(尤其是硫化气体、氨气等)存在的地方 z 温度变化激烈的地方 z 会产生结冰、凝露的地方 z 振动或冲击很强烈的地方 2) 在各型号规定的温度和湿度范围内使用和储藏温控器。 当二个或多个温控器水平紧靠安装或垂直紧安装时,由于温控器的热辐射会导致内部温度上升而降 低使用寿命。这种情况下,需要采取风扇强制冷却或其它通风措施来降低温控器的温度 3) 为了不妨碍散热,温控器周边请勿封闭。温控器本身的通风孔也不要堵塞。 4) 请确认端子的极性,做正确的配线。 5) 配 线 用 压 接 端 子 请 使 用 指 定 尺 寸 ( M3.5 、 宽 7.2mm 以 下 ) 的 端 子 。 明 线 材 料 , 请 使 用 AWG24~AWG14 的绞线或硬铜线(截面积 0.205~2.081mm2) 。 (剥线长度 5~6mm。 )一个端口最 多可以插入两根相同类型尺寸的配线或两个压接端子。 6) 不使用的端子,请勿连接。 7) 为了避免感应噪声,温控器的接线板的接线应远离高压线或大电流的电源电缆。同样不要让电源线 一起走线或平行于温控器连线,推荐使用单独的管道屏蔽线。 在可能产生噪声的外围设备上安装浪涌吸收器或噪声过滤器,例如电感应设备(如电机、变压器、 螺线管圈、磁性线圈等) 。在电源上使用噪声过滤器时,除了确认其电压和电流值外,还应尽可能近 地安装在温控器附近。将温控器及其电源尽可能地远离产生强大的、高频波(如频焊接机、高频机 器等)的设备和产生浪涌的设备。 8) 请在额定负载及电源电压范围内使用本产品。 9) 为了使电源投入时在 2 秒内到达额定电压,请借助开关、继电器等进行瞬间加载。如果电源电压 缓慢增加,温控器没有复位,可能会发生输出故障。 10) 电源接通后请确保至少有 30 分钟以上的预热时间,然后再开始实际的控制操作,以保证温度显示 的正确性。 11) 使用自调节时,同时打开温度控制器和负载(如加热器) ,或在温控器打开前接通负载。如果在接通 负载前打开温控器电源,则不能再进行正确的自调节和实现最优控制。 12) 请设置作业人员能够马上关上电源的开关或断路器,并做适当的表示。 13) 取出温控器之前需先关闭电源,请绝对不要用手触摸端子或电子部品,或者给予冲击。插回时,请 不要让电子部品与外壳接触。 14) 关于清洁:请勿使用油漆稀释剂,请用标准等级的酒精。 15) 电源启动后经约 2 秒钟输出才开启,在配置控制回路时请给予充分的考虑。 16) 切换到某些菜单时,输出可能会关闭,请考虑到这一点再进行操作。 17) EEPROM 的写入次数是有寿命的。通过通信等频繁写入数据的场合请使用 RAM 写入模式。 18) 在用手接触温控器前,一定要先触摸一下与地相连的金属物,以释放手上的静电。 19) 控制输出为电压输出时,并不独立于内部回路。当使用接地热电偶时,不要将任何控制输出端子接 地。 (否则可能形成意外回路,在测量温度时发生错误。 )

1. 操作速度极慢,则接点的切换将不稳定,可能导致接触不良和 熔接。

微动开关的定义微动开关具有微小接点间隔和速动机构,用规定的行程和力进行开关动作的接点机构,被外壳覆盖,其外部有传动器,且外形较小。
下图为典型的微动开关构造的一个示例。
微动开关由5个大类的构成要素组成。
微动开关用语说明■一般用语(1)一般用语微动开关:具有微小接点间隔和快动机构,用规定的行程和规定的力进行开关动作的接点结构,用外壳覆盖,其外部有驱动杆的一种开关。
(以下称开关)有接点:在开关类型中,和具有开关特性的半导体开关相比,通过接点的机械开关来实现开关的功能。
接触形式:根据各种用途构成接点的电气输入输出电路[(16)中显示]。
额定值:一般指作为开关特性和性能的保证基准的值,例如额定电流、额定电压等,其前提是特定的条件(负载的种类、电流、电压、频率等)。
树脂固定(塑封端子):在端子部位用导线配线后,通过填充树脂来固定该部分,消除露出的带电部位来提高防滴性的方法。
绝缘电阻:指非连接端子间、各端子和不带电金属部位间、各端子和地间的电阻值。
耐压:在规定的测定部位加1分钟高电压后,不会引起绝缘损坏的临界值。
接触电阻:表示接点的接触部位的电阻,但一般表示包含弹簧和端子部位导体电阻的电阻值。
抗振性:误动作振动微动开关在使用时,由于振动闭合的接点在超过规定的时间内不分离的振动范围。

接近开关又称为无触点行程开关,它除了可以完成行程控制和限位保护外,还是一种非接触型的检测装置。
该产品具有工作可靠、寿命长、功耗低、复定位精度高以及操作频率高等优势特征。
并且,它能够在恶劣的环境中进行工作。
接近开关它既有行程开关、微动开关的特性,同时还具有传感性能。
该产品有电感式、电容式、霍尔式以及交直流型,从而它被广泛的应用于机床、冶金、化工、轻纺和印刷等行业。
并且,在自动控制系统中可作为限位、计数、定位控制和自动保护环节。
因此到目前为止,接近开关的应用范围日益广泛,其自身的发展和创新的速度也是极其迅速。
一、接近开关的主要功能1.检验距离检测电梯、升降设备的停止、起动、通过位置;检测车辆的位置,防止两物体相撞检测;检测工作机械的设定位置,移动机器或部件的极限位置;检测回转体的停止位置,阀门的开或关位置;检测气缸或液压缸内的活塞移动位置。
2.尺寸控制金属板冲剪的尺寸控制装置;自动选择、鉴别金属件长度;检测自动装卸时堆物高度;检测物品的长、宽、高和体积。
3.检测物体存在有否检测生产包装线上有无产品包装箱;检测有无产品零件。
4.转速与速度控制控制传送带的速度;控制旋转机械的转速;与各种脉冲发生器一起控制转速和转数。
5.检测异常检测瓶盖有无产品合格与不合格判断;检测包装盒内的金属制品缺乏与否;区分金属与非金属零件;产品有无标牌检测;起重机危险区报警;安全扶梯自动启停。

二、接近开关的选型对于不同的材质的检测体和不同的检测距离,应选用不同类型的欧姆龙接近开关,以使其在系统中具有高的性能价格比,为此在选型中应遵循以下原则:1.当检测体为金属材料时,应选用高频振荡型欧姆龙接近开关,该类型欧姆龙接近开关对铁镍、A3钢类检测体检测最灵敏。
2.当检测体为非金属材料时,如木材、纸张、塑料、玻璃和水等,应选用电容型欧姆龙接近开关。

Do not drop the Switch from a height of 30 cm or more. Doing so will break the casing. 欧姆龙轻触式开关使用注意事项安全要点请在额定负载范围内进行使用。
若超过额定负载范围的使用,不仅会影响开关的耐久性,还可能引起发热、烧损等危险情况。
因此开关时包括瞬时电压、电流都应在额定电压、额定电流的范围内进行使用。
使用注意事项关于保存1. 保存环境· 保存产品时,为了防止端子部变色,请不要在下列条件下保存。
①高温、高湿环境下②有腐蚀性气体的环境中③阳光直射的场所2. 保存状态· 请在保留包装的状态下进行保存。
包装开封后,请尽快进行使用,并且将剩余部件在防湿、无腐蚀气体的环境中进行适当保存。
关于使用1. 操作方法不可施加强力反复操作。
在柱塞已经按下的情况下进一步加压的话,过大的负荷重量可能导致圆形板弹簧的变形,成为动作不良的原因。
特别是对横压型施加过大负载的话,铆接部会产生破损,成为开关破损的原因。
因此在安装、操作时等,请注意不要附加高于过大负荷重量(29.4N、1分钟、1次)的负荷重量。
请按柱塞可以在垂直方向动作的方向设定开关。
只按柱塞的一侧,或斜向的操作口可能导致耐久性降低2. 尘埃对策因为是没有密封构造的开关,因此请勿在有粉尘的场所进行使用。
不得不使用的情况下,应该考虑采用覆盖物等保护对策。
3. 使用环境的调查· 实际使用状态下进行设置时,请先确认其周围的设备是否会有产生腐蚀性气体的情况发生。
避免在高温、高湿、具有腐蚀性气体硫化物(H2S、SO2)、氨(NH3)、硝酸(NHO3)、氯(Cl2)等)的环境中使用。
接点接触不良、腐蚀等可能导致故障产生,使用时请注意。

开关的周围存在有硅制品(硅油、硅填充材料、硅电线等)时,请通过接点保护回路进行电弧抑制或除去硅发生源等措施。
下述事项可能导致开关内部浸水、接点接触不良、腐蚀等情况的发生,导致设备故障的产生。
