1. 安装产品时,必须安装水流开关,安装位置在空调的水流进水口,以保证有足够的水流量。 2. 板式换热器进水前,必须安装水过滤器,并且,半年清洗一次。 3. 在低温地区,如果空气温度低于 0℃,请将水系统加足够乙二醇以防止断电结冰损坏热泵。 4. 机器必须长期通电(包括停止使用);通电时,热泵有防冻功能;冬天,如果没有足够的防冻液,并且 在断电状态下,热泵有可能会损坏。冬天,如果必须断电超过 30 分钟,为了保护机器不结冰,请将机 器中的水排空。

3.1.2 安装检查 运输和储存事项 一、安装前的准备工作: 1、 察看安装现场: A、 确认场地的面积足够容纳所有的设备(包括水箱、水泵、主机、控制器、管材、管件等) ,并 且有足够的可操作空间。 B、 测量吊装路径、楼梯、门的宽度等,确保设备到达安装现场的路径通畅,避免设备安装时无法 到达现场,特别是水箱体积较大时。 2、 要求客户确保: A、 确保热水供、回水管路安装到位,距安装水箱的位置不超过 4 米,并且便于与水箱连接。 B、 自来水供水管路的取水点不超过 4 米。 C、 场地取电的位置不超过 5 米,并且电表容量,电线容量足够,相位(三相、两相)符合要求。 Rev 2. 01/2016 - 3-
3、 按场地的条件绘制标准施工图纸: A、 根据客户的场地具体规划设备的布局,力求水路的最短、最直,设备之间预留合理的操作维护 空间。 B、 精确测算需要的管材,管件数量,电线数量。 C、 侧出风的主机考虑当地的风向选择合理的安装方向,避免出风方向在风向上。 二、安装的步骤既注意事项: 1、 设备到达现场后先根据图纸确认各设备的安装位置并且用粉笔清晰标出,按确认的位置先将热泵主 机固定到位,再将水箱摆放到指定位置。 2、 根据现场各设备的相对位置再次确认各段管路的长度,各阀门、配件的安装位置。 3、 热泵主机到水箱之间循环水管路的联结,补水管的联结,热水管路的连接方法。 A、 管路的安装以热泵主机为起点,水箱为终点。 B、 与热泵主机、水箱的水泵,阀门的接头必须采用活接头,便于日后检修维护。丝口连接点的生 料带必须缠 7—10 圈,并且扭紧到足够的力矩。 C、 水泵在安装前必须全面检查与水密封相关的螺丝,逐一紧固。 D、 安装现场必须具备必要的排水口, 防止设备故障溢水造成损失。 安装在家庭内的水箱必须设置 溢流口。 E、 各管路的阀门尽量靠近水路的起点,便于日后检修。 F、 电动阀、电磁阀必须安装到位,防止阀门关闭不严造成系统过度补水。 G、 管路连接完毕必须整体打压试验,确认密封方可通水。 H、 施工未完成时离开现场,需确认水阀关闭,电源切断,严防人为水电泄漏。 I、 管路与回水增压泵、水箱的连接必须用活接,丝口连接处生料带缠绕 7 圈以上,用足够的力矩 扭紧。 J、 回水管与水箱的连接最好深入水箱下水位,避免回水产生噪声。 K、 管道连接前必须先套保温,现在预定的安装位置打上管卡。 L、 在阀门两头设置固定管卡,避免开关阀门力矩向管道传递。 三、设备调试步骤: 1、 首先由主机进水口开始注水,直至水从出水口出入水箱,确保主机换热器内空气排尽。 2、 主机接电源必须分清 N、L 极,严禁接反。 3、 必须先排尽空气,再通电源,启动主机。 四、水箱开孔要求: 1、 底部排污孔。 2、 脚步供水孔。 3、 循环水出口。 4、 由下至上 2/5 处,循环水进口 5、 顶部回水口。 6、 浮球吊线孔。 7、 气孔。 8、 顶部侧面溢流孔。 7 6 5

if the Energy Saving or the Dynamic Set Point is active, the “Real Set” is the set point value including the variation for Energy Saving or for dynamic set; while the set point represents the real set when the Energy Saving or the Dynamic Set Point are not active.An example below is shown in the pictures below.Energy Saving & Auto On/OffEnabling the Energy Saving and setting the appropriate time slots within the sub-menu “Time bands”marked with the icon , and the parameters ES, table in Chapter 9, for the increase or decrease in the set point, the unit will follow a new value of “Real Set” calculated by an algorithm based on the parameters set according to the desired temperature curve, at the times you want.With this function it is possible, therefore, to reduce the work of the unit during hours when the plant requires less cooling and heating capacity, or increase the operation in the hours when the electricity has a lower cost.In the main screen the symbol will appear to indicate that the machine is operating within the band Energy Saving.Enabling the Auto On/Off, always within the sub-menu marked with the icon , instead, you willforce the unit in off at the times set.The 3 time periods are unique and if both of these functions were enabled for the same time slot, the controller will give preference to automatic turn off.Below are shown the screens as an example.Dynamic Set PointEnabling the Dynamic Set Point and setting the appropriate parameters for the increase or decrease of the set point and the range of outdoor temperatures in which this feature must be active, the Pa-rameters table in under SD the controller will change the set point continuously according to a propor-tional law.With this function you can change the set point in order to ensure, to changing external conditions, increased comfort or higher efficiency of the unit.Below there is an example about the increase in efficiency achieved by enabling this function.In the main screen, as for the Energy Saving, the will appear if this function is enabled.The Dynamic Set Point is available only for air-water versions.Alarm displayThe system is able to identify all the alarms that may damage the unit.When any type of fault or error on the unit occurs, the alarm symbol flashes on the display and the buzzer will be on.Press any key to turn the buzz off.Press the “Alarm” button to view a brief description of the alarm.Once the problem is solved, the same screen will show the steps to reset and reboot the unit.The methodologies of alarms reset are different depending on the magnitude of the alarm, according to the sequence priority:Resettable alarm: low priority, resettable by button;Resettable alarm with password: high priority, resettable by service center.To reset an alarm you must press the button identified by “RESET”.Pressing this button you can reset the highlighted alarm; 空气能热泵操作规程一、安装注意事项:1、选址要选择能承受设备重量且不会增加噪音和正当的水平位置。
2、选择空气出入口无遮挡物和非密闭的地点不得加盖房间使之密闭。
3、安装位置应便于检修、维护、预留检修空间。
4、机组和热水出水管、循环水泵及自来水进水管采用柔性连接、可防止振动从机组传递至水管。
5、主机自来水进口端和循环加热水进水口端必须安装一个Y型过滤器,防止杂质损坏设备。
6、主机的刚性管道应采用弹簧减振支架,避免管路将振动传递到建筑物。
7、安装水压表和温计表,以便保养维护。
8、机组凝露水排水接管的安装:将排水管对准插入热泵热水器底盘下面的排水管接头,然后将它引入排污管。
9、必须做好水管保温,防止能量损失。
10、机组外侧应六有足够的空间。
11、如安装多台直热式热水机,机组间的距离要求。
二、使用注意事项:1、要求环境温度-5到45内使用,低于-5度时其COP值较低,没有显著的节能效果。
2、进水管要保持水源充足,且水质干净无杂物,避免无水空运行。

Leakage Checking on Connecting Host:1) Ensure the pipe is corrected connected.2) Unscrew the cooper cap of two disconnecting valve and threedisconnecting valve. Get off pour opening cap from three waydisconnecting valve.3) Turn 1/2 round of two way valve with counter-clockwise by innerhexagon spanner.4) Coat the connecting host interface and water tank interface suds and check both of them are bladdery or not. If there are, tight them.5) Make inner hexagon spanner thrust against pour opening’s valve core. After 10 seconds “sizzle”, stop thrust for one minutes. Doit again for three time till the air become cool.6) Turn and open the disconnecting valve and three way valve corewith counter-clockwise by inner hexagon spanner. And then tight all caps.Warning: heating system should not contain air in order to keep itnormal working.Note: Do not let any thing go into the connecting hose. Keep thehose warm and keep the cooper hose without broken!!!g. Connections of Circuits1) The air source Water Heater outdoor machine shall be installedfollows the national wiring rule.2) Unscrew the screw of outdoor machine cover board3) Connect the temperature probe connector with outdoor machine twin core connector. Connect the display board connector with triple core connector.4) Connect the plug cord with leakage protection (show as Fig 4) h. Test Running1. As you are sure to install as above said in correct way, plug in. The pilot lamp shall be light under power is given. If it does notlight, press “reset” till it light.2. As the power is given, the intelligent controller will show youthe time and temperature at that moment. As it shows “OFF”, please press “ON/OFF”, it will show the one of conditions of “heating”, “heat preservation”, “defrosting”. If the water temperature is lower than the start temperature, it will show “heating”.3. As the compressor does 3 minutes delay device, you will feel thethree-way valve tube will be felt warm and warm.4. as the system is well worked, the water temperature will raisestep by step. The machine is well installed.g. Remove air source1. Make the two way disconnect valve will be closed round table clock wise by inner hexagon spanner.2. Be in advanced condition by a series of password as in common work condition.3. 热泵热水机组的工程系统应用有很多形式,以下介绍几种单机热水和采暖系统,作为参考。无论 是循环式机组还是直热式机组,在补水管道安装时均不一定按图示所进行,可根据安装方式采用保 温水箱上端进行补水。

4.16 本公司空气源热泵热水系列机组已充注制冷剂,制冷剂的饱和蒸汽压力与温度成对应关系。 温度高,对应的饱和蒸汽压力也高。为保证机组安全,运行期间机组周围的环境温度不应 超过 45℃,否则机组将有高压报警的危险。机组在有制冷剂的情况下,严禁在机组制热系 统管路上火焰切割或烧焊。严禁在机组运行时或机组承受压力情况下,紧固螺栓或螺母; 如发现连接面有泄漏,必须泄压后才能紧固螺栓、螺母。机组调试、使用中应避免制冷剂 泄漏。空气中人体可接受的制冷剂蒸汽浓度(AEL)为 1000ppm,操作人员在该浓度之下工作 对身体无不良影响。但如果发生大量溢漏或泄漏,制冷剂蒸汽会集中在靠近地面的低处, 引起人体缺氧不适应。这时,应加强通风,可用风机鼓风,使靠近地面的空气流通。在制 冷剂蒸汽被排除前,不要进入污染区域,以免对人体产生不良影响。不要让液态制冷剂接 触皮肤和眼睛,以避免皮肤和眼睛冻伤。

空气源热泵热水器原理由生活中的常识中我们可以知道,热水可以自己慢慢向空气中放热,冷却成凉水,这表明热量可以从温度高的物体一一热水自动的传递到温度低的物体一一空气。
那么可不可以将这个过程反过来进行,将温度较低的空气中的能量向热水中转移呢?热力学第二定律指出:不可能把热从低温物体传到高温物体而不引起其他变化。
这就是说,热量能自发的从高温物体传向低温物体,而不能自发地从低温物体传向高温物体。
但这并不是说热量就不能从低温物体传向高温物体,就向水泵能够使水从低处流向高处一样,热泵通过消耗一部分电能,也能够使热量从低温物体传到高温物体。
空气源热泵热水器就是根据这样一个原理来工作的,通过消耗少量的电能驱动压缩机,使制冷剂吸收空气里的热量来加热生活用热水的,具制热效果比传统热水器高出3倍,而消耗的电能仅为普通热水器的三分之一,并能从根本上杜绝了漏电、一氧化碳中毒的危险电能输入热水出L冷水进热泵工作流程图热泵热水器的工作过程如下:如上图所示,压缩机通过消耗一部分电能,将低温低压的制冷剂气体压缩成高温高压的气体,高温高压的气体在冷凝器中放出热量将水加热,自己温度被降低,经过膨胀阀节流降压后,变成低温低压的气液混合物,在蒸发器中制冷剂吸收其他介质(如空气、井水)中的热量,变成低温低压的气体,然后再被压缩机吸收,压缩成高温高压的气体加热热水。
与其他形式的热水器相比,热泵热水器主要有安全、节能、环保的特点安全性:传统热水器以燃气、电和太阳能为主,三分天下,燃气热水器安全性较差,燃烧不充分和水压不稳定易造成燃气中毒和烫伤事件,电热水器的漏电隐患和住宅接地不良也对消费者的生命安全造成严重威胁,太阳能热水器储水式的特点决定了其在晴天时,水温可能很高,造成烫伤,阴雨天的电辅助加热却留下安全隐患,与以上热水器不同,热泵热水器制热过程是通过压缩机排出的高温高压制冷剂气体加热水罐中的水,电主要用于压缩机,制热后的气体通过外盘式的盘管与搪瓷水罐中的水交换热量,水电完全分离,这样,既不存在漏电隐患,省去了防漏电的烦恼,也避免了电加热管表面温度高,易结垢并影响加热效率的弊端,真正作到绝对安全。

外部环境温度越高,吸收的热量越多,而释放的热量也越多,反之,外部环境温度越低,吸收的热量越少,而释放的热量也越少。
额定制热量与电加热相比:消耗相等的电能,空气源热泵的制热量相当于电加热的三-五倍左右。

44..““三三包包””免免费费保保修修政政策策 ● 免费保修政策凡购买了本公司热泵热水机的用户均可享受我公司提供的整机二年免费保修政策。
实行免费保修的条件 ①必须能提供有效的购机发票和购机证明的。
②必须是由本公司特约技术服务部安装和维修的。
③必须在保修期内的。
④如办理过保修手续而又无法出示有效购机凭证或保修卡,其购买日期按条形码上面的出厂日期计算,如条形码上面的出厂日期模糊不清无法辨认或无条形码的则不予保修; ⑤非人为原因造成的维修。
七七、、售售后后服服务务及及保保修修 11..服服务务指指引引和和投投诉诉途途径径 ● 请您检查《保修卡》是否齐全,否则,与经销商联系及时补发,以便您能更好享受我公司提供的服务。
●热泵热水机属于技术含量较高的产品,虽然,每一台热泵热水机在出厂前均经过严格测试,但由于长途运输等原因,可能会影响热泵热水机的正常使用,所以,如有需要,请您联系我公司指定的特约技术服务部,为您提供安装维修和保养服务。
●只有由我公司指定特约技术服务部安装或指导安装的热泵热水机,才能享受我公司提供的免费保修服务,否则,我公司只提供合理的收费服务。
●召唤本公司特约技术服务部:请您以下述方式(电话、上门、信函等)就近联系我公司指定的特约技术服务部,并向其提供如下资料:热泵热水机的型号、联络人、联系电话、详细地址等并与特约技术服务部协商好上门时间。
● 保修期外上门维修,您需要支付安装维修人员交通费及材料费 22..热热泵泵热热水水机机保保修修期期内内维维修修指指引引 ● 当您的热泵热水机出现故障后,请您立即用电话、信函或上门等方式,联系您已投保且为我公司指定的特约技术服务部。

电源缺相、反相保护。
● 出水温度过热:若出水温度≥68℃,显示故障代码“E10”。
出水温度≤50℃后进入待机状态。
● 防冻保护:环境温度≤1℃,压缩机停止运行时 (即关机或待机或故障锁机状态),每60分钟三通阀开至回水位,启动水泵1分钟后返回待机状态。
● 传感器损坏保护:当系统检测到除排气温度外的其它温度传感器≥90℃或≤-30℃,认为此传感器已损坏,显示相应故障代码。
当系统检测到压缩机排气温度传感器≥120℃或≤-20℃,认为此传感器已损坏,显示故障代码“E21”。
出现上述故障机组停止工作;故障排除后可自动恢复正常工作。
● 高压压力保护:压力开关断开3秒时,显示器显示高压保护代码“E11”,机组关机。
30分钟后自动恢复工作。
● 低压压力保护:机组进入运行状态下延时3分钟检测压力开关断开3秒时,显示器显示压力保护故障保护代码“E12”,机组进入待机状态;若1小时内连续出现三次此故障,控制器锁机,掉电后故障解除。
除霜运行状态下不检测低压压力开关的通断。
● 压缩机排气温度过高保护:当压缩机排气温度≥105℃时, 显示器显示故障代码“E22”,机组保护停机,30分钟后自动恢复工作。
● 缺水保护:当水位SW4连续断开3秒时,水泵SB 不能启动运行,此时用水增压功能无效。
在运行过程中,当水阀TF 开到最大,循环加热或除霜运行状态下流量持续5秒<缺水阀值, 认定为缺水,机器停机保护闪烁显示“E00”。
10分钟后重新进入待机状态。
● 三通调节阀故障:开机过程中3分钟找不到调节阀的定位,显示故障代码“E16”, 控制器锁住该故障,机组关机。
● 能力差保护:在直热运行过程中,压缩机启动4分钟后比较计算能力不足,闪显代码“Er30”.一小时内出现三次此故障,锁机。
● 水位顺序错误保护:水位不按顺序接通,闪显故障代码E25。
