A son and his father were walking on the mountains.

Sunddenly his son falls,hurts himself and screams, "AAAAAAA",

To his surprise, he hears a voice repeating, somewhere in the mountain "AAAAAAAAA!"

Curious, he yells, "who are you ?"

He receives the answer, "who are you ?"

Angered at the response, he screams, "Coward!"

He receives the answer, "Coward!"

He looks to his father ans askes,"what's going on?"

The father smiles and says, " my son, pay attentain. "

And then he screams to the mountain "I admire you!"

The voice answers ," I admire you !"

Again the man screams,"You are a champion"

The voice answers, " You are a champion!"

The boy is surprised, but does not understand.

Then the father explains,

"People call this ECHO, really this is LIFE .

It gives you back everything you say or do,

our life is simply a reflection of our actions.

If you want more love in the world, create more love in your heart. If you want more competence i n your team, improve your competence.

This relationship applies to everything ,in all aspects of life;

Life will give you back everything you have given to it."

YOU LIFE IS NOT A COINCIDENGCE,IT'S A REFLECTION OF YOU!

父子两人在山谷里旅行。突然，儿子不小心摔倒并碰伤了自己，他尖叫起来："啊--"他吃惊地听到山谷里也传来尖叫声："啊--"

他好奇地大声问："你是谁？"同样的声音传来："你是谁？"

他生气地吼道："胆小鬼！"山谷回应："胆小鬼！"

他回头问父亲："那是谁？"父亲微笑着回答："孩子，注意听我说。"

然后他对山谷喊："你真棒！"山谷回应："你真棒！"，

他又叫道：“你是第一流的”山谷回应:“你是第一流的”。

儿子很吃惊，但并不明白为什么。父亲解释说："这就是传说中的回声，但它其实也如同人生，无论你说什么或做什么，它都回报给你同样的东西。人生是我们行动的反映。如果你想得到更多的爱，你内心里就要有更多的爱；如果你希望自己的团队更有实力，就要增强自己团队的实力。这个道理适用于任何事，任何人生的阶段。你付出多少，生活就回报你多少。"

Life is never just being. It is a becoming, a relentless flowing on. Our parents live on through us, and we will live on through our children. The institutions we build endure, and we will endure through them. The beauty we fashion cannot be dimmed by death. Our flesh may perish, our hands will wither, but that, which they create in beauty and goodness and truth lives on for all time to come.

Don’t spend and waste your lives accumulating objects that will only turn to dust and ashes. Pursue not so much the material as the ideal, for ideals alone invest life with meaning and are of enduring worth.

Add love to a house and you have a home.

Add righteousness to a city and you have a community.

Add truth to a pile of red brick and you have a school.

Add religion to the humblest of edifices and you have a sanctuary.

Add justice to the far-flung round of human endeavor and you have civilization.

Put them all together, exalt them above their present imperfections, add to them the vision of humankind redeemed, forever free of need and strife and you have a future lighted with the radiant colors of hope.

However mean your life is,meet it and live it ;do not shun it and

call it hard names.It is not so bad as you are.
