骨关节炎(osteoarthritis)又名退行性骨关节炎,为关节软骨发生退行性变,并在关节边缘有骨刺形成。骨关节炎多见于老年人,随着人类平均寿命的延长,骨关节炎的发病率愈来越高,它严重妨碍工作,成为50岁以后丧失劳动力的第二个常见原因。
