企业自营物流与第三方物流区别分析

摘要

加快现代物流的发展，对增强综合国力，提高国际竞争力和企业竞争力，优化经济配置以及促进国民经济又好又快发展具有重要意义。随着科学技术的进步和经济的不断发展以及中国加入WTO，中国企业面临着巨大的竞争压力，当前，低成本所支持的低价格仍然是许多企业开展竞争的主要手段。然而，生产环节的物质和劳动消耗的节约潜力已十分有限，而降低物流成本，提高企业通路效率则有很大的空间，因而围绕物流领域的成本与竞争将成为今后企业竞争的重点。

在企业经营活动中，其物流方式可以采取自营物流与第三方物流，两者具有不同的技术、经济特点，因而给企业带来的效益也不同。本文先介绍了自营物流与第三方物流的发展状况，使我们对当前两者的现状有一定的了解；然后从第三方物流的市场状况、优越性和成功运作的方法来进行研究第三方物流的运作模式，以及从企业采用自营物流模式的原因、自营物流的优劣势分析方面分析自营物流的运作模式；最后从市场需求、物流成本、企业经营弹性三个方面对自营物流与第三方物流进行分析比较。

Abstract
