摘要

本课题来源于郑州优德模具有限公司。针对IC卡燃气表计费器壳体塑件图,完成其三维造型设计。根据IC卡燃气计费器壳体的结构特点完成其注塑模具的设计。

本次设计主要涉及IC卡燃气计费器壳体的注塑成型原理、机构设计以及模具各零部件的尺寸确定的思路和方法。此外本次设计还采用solidworks软件进行三维辅助设计。并利用Autodesk公司的AutoCAD软件完成注塑模具的计算机辅助设计,共绘制注塑模总装图一套和14张关键零件图。

当今社会,随着燃气表计费器壳体在家庭当中的应用日益普及,对各种燃气表计费器的需求量越来越大,因此研究一套家用燃气表计费器壳体注塑模具对提高计费器壳体的生产效率和质量有着非常重要的作用,与此同时给人民的生活需要提供了方便。而且通过本此设计,本人也得到了很大的锻炼。

关键词:壳体注塑模结构计算机辅助设计型腔生产效率

Abstract

Its topic originates from the excellent German Die Co.Ltd. Zhengzhou. Acording to the plastic figures of gas meter billing shell to complete the three—dimensional design. Acording to the stucture features of IC card gas meter to complete its injection mold design.

This design mainly relate to IC card gas meter injection molding shell theory、mechanism design and the ideas and metheods of determining the size of each mold component. In addition,this desing also use software solidworks to Three-dimensional auxiliary design. And the use of Autodesk's AutoCAD software to complete computer-aided design of injection mold,the figures of injection mold assembly and 14 key parts were drawn.

Today's society, with the gas meter′s home application is more and more common ,an increasing demand of various gas meter ,so reseach an gas meter injection mold play an important role on production efficency and Prodution quality , at the same time provide a convenient to the lives of the people ' need .and through this design ,I also received a lot of exercise .
