ZW-1/1-15油田套管气回收专用压缩机设计一. 已知的参数和压缩机主要结构参数的选取套管气的主要成分是甲烷,所以一些参数可按甲烷来查由ZW-0.55/1-15型可知,本次设计的是立式、无油润滑压缩机。
其已知参数为:相对湿度 0.8ϕ= 绝热指数 1.32k = 第一级吸气温度1293s T k = 第二级吸气温度2303s T k = 额定排气量31/min Qd m = 额定进气压51110s P Pa =⨯额定排气压51510d P Pa =⨯在进行热力计算前先要选定主要结构参数,包括转速n 和行程S 。
转数和行程的选取对机器的尺寸、重量、制造难易和成本有重大影响,并且还直接影响机器的效率、寿命和动力性。
本次设计中已知额定排气量为13/min m 等于1,额定排气压为1.5MPa ,根据郁永章《活塞式压缩机》可知此压缩机为微型中压压缩机。
由《活塞式压缩机设计》可查得微型和小型压缩机的转数n=1000~3000转/分,在次设计中取n=750转/分。
在常压进气时,一般当转数高于500转/分时,1SD = 0.32~0.45 。
二. 热力计算1.活塞式压缩机级的确定由额定排气压力和额定进气压力(均是表压)可知其总压力比为21 1.5150.1P P ===ε下表是目前所使用的从常压进气的一些压缩机的级数,这些压缩机基本上具已知终压为1.5MPa,根据表2.1可初步选定该压缩机的级数Z=2. 2. 压力比的分配理论推导表明,对于理想气体,各级回冷完全时,按等压力比分配总压力比t ε,等温指示效率最高。
对于实际气体,各级消耗相等时,等温指示效率最高,故按各级功耗相等的原则分配压力比。
已知总压力比15=ε,按等压力比分配如下:1 3.872ε=ε=一般第一级的压力比取小一些以保证第一级有较高的容积系数,所以取1ε=3.7 则2ε=4.053.初步确定各级名义压力由第一级进气压力和压力比可求得第一级排气压力I1P :I11P =P 1⨯ε即I1P =0.1⨯3.7=0.37表2.24.各级的排气温度取压缩过程指数n = 1.11n nd s T T -=ε1 1.11111293 3.7334n n d s T T k --1=ε=⨯= 1 1.11122303348.5n nd s T T k --2=ε=⨯4.05=5.确定各级容积效率⑴确定各级容积系数 取各级相对余隙容积和膨胀指数如下。

这会带来压缩机的频繁启动。反复的短暂运行最终可能 导致压缩机缺油并最终损坏压缩机。上面推荐的额外的 排气管路单向阀,可以有效的防止因为高-低压泄露导致 的频繁起停以及短暂运行。由于高压侧的制冷剂可能还 会继续向低压侧膨胀,低压控制器的断开/复位设定值需 要仔细选定。 谷轮建议断开设定应该不要比正常使用的最低蒸发压力 低太多。没有必要把低压测抽到接近真空来排除所有制 冷剂液体。为保证一个相当宽的控制范围,复位值的设 定应该比被冷却介质的目标温度对应的饱和蒸发压力低 一点就可以了。 谷轮涡旋压缩机在高低压隔板与顶盖之间排气腔仍有相 当的容积。当停机时,此容积内的高压气体会膨胀到系 统低压侧。这会形成一个压力波峰并传播到吸气管路中, 并导致低压控制器复位。而压缩机是不允许有这种短暂 运行的,否则会导致缺油。所以系统控制最好是通过室 内温控器的信号来停压缩机,而不是通过低压信号。通 过加大低压控制器的断开-复位压差可能可以解决频繁起 停问题但同时又有可能带来室内温度的波动增加。如果 频繁的短时间起停还是无法避免,建议使用一个3分钟设 定值的延时继电器来防止频繁起停。

压缩机的配置所有谷轮半封闭压缩机均设了滤油网,加油孔,带有压力表接口的排气和吸气截止阀,吸气过滤网及视油镜。
谷轮半封闭回气冷却型压缩机(以及LA60型空气冷却压缩机)安装了带有针型阀油压检测接口的油泵强制润滑油系统,可以连接机械式油压差控制器,其中S系列压缩机可使用电子油压差控制器。
油泵强制润滑油系统必须使用油压差控制器监控油压。
谷轮半封闭压缩机电机覆有防止润滑油和制冷剂渗透的绝缘层。
电机定子被压入机体,转子则直接固定在压缩机主轴上。
电机的冷却极为重要,因为它直接影响压缩机的使用寿命。
一般而言,电机绕组最适合的温度为70 C至90 C,最高不能超过100 G电机的承载能力取决于它的运转温度,如果绝缘层承受的温度过高,电机就可能损坏。
电压过度波动,缺相,电机堵转及散热效果不良都可增加额外功耗,从而使电机温度急剧上升。
每台压缩机都带有电机保护装置以保证在极端工况时电机的安全使用。
压缩机的冷却风冷压缩机可由冷凝器风机的空气流冷却,也可采用有足够风量的独立的风机冷却;冷却风必须要直接吹向压缩机。
回气冷却型压缩机在回气冷却压缩机中,电动机被经过定子和转子间的气态制冷剂冷却。
回气冷却压缩机中电机的热量由流经内置电机的制冷剂蒸汽带走•由于回气密度随着蒸发温度降低而减小,气体在压缩前的温度将因电机热而过度上升•进入吸气腔较高温度的气体再加上压缩热,将引起排气温度过高•因此在某些应用场合,必须用一个垂直安装的风量为328.5米/分的风机冷却汽缸头。
在R22 低温应用时,通常用附加喷液冷却来保证排气温度在允许的范围之内。
排气温度过高将产生一系列的问题,例如引起润滑油变质或形成酸性物质,从而引发电机或轴承的故障。
蒸发温度越低,排气温度就越高。
为了防止过高的排气温度,应使压缩机运行在相应于不同的制冷剂的规定使用范围内。
对于使用R22制冷剂并且蒸发温度低于-20oC的S系列半封闭压缩机,采用强制冷却系统(DTC阀喷液冷却系统),这是一种防止排气温度过高的有效措施。

7.5~25HP 谷轮涡旋压缩机没有内置压力释放 阀,为保证安全运行,在所有应用中都应配一个 压力值不超过 3 MPa(表)(425psig)的高压保护器。

最小运行时间

have ever developed for residential air condi-tioning and heat pump applications.Copeland Scroll compres-sors have fewer moving parts and no dynamic suction or dis-charge valves.In addition, they offer very low vibration and sound levels and are very tolerant to stresses caused by liquid slugging, flooded starts, and debris commonly found in resi-dential split air conditioning and heat pump systems.•These Copeland Scrolls include a higher range of capacities and more electrical options than the earlier ZR1 models.Inaddition, there are several operating characteristics and design features which are different from the ZR1 models.•The Copeland Scroll is a new type of compressor and there are a number of application characteristics which are different from the traditional reciprocating compressor.These are fully detailed in the Application Bulletin AE4-1312.•The motor protector used in these ZR compressors is mounted internally and its proven design is the result of extensive labo-ratory research and field testing.It protects the motor from maximum operating overload, both high and low voltage, and loss of refrigerant charge.It is both current and heat sensing.The single phase protector protects both the run and start windings.The three phase protector is wired at the connection point of the motor's three legs.Therefore, the protector protects all three legs and if a problem occurs with one or more of them,the protector breaks all three phases.•The rotational speed of the compressor is:•50 Hertz 2900 RPM•No crankcase heater is required for single phase compressors.•A crankcase heater is required for three phase compressors when the system charge exceeds the compressor refrigerant charge limit shown below, and no accumulator is used, or when the charge exceeds this limit and an accumulator cannot be piped to provide free liquid drainage into the accumulator dur-ing the off cycle.•ZR22 to ZR488 pounds (3.6 Kg)••Since Copeland Scroll Compressors have very high volumetricefficiency, their displacements are lower than for comparable capacity reciprocating compressors.As a result, Copeland mends that the capacity rating on reversing valves be no more than 1.5 to 2 times the nominal capacity of the compres-sor with which it will be used in order to ensure proper opera-tion of the reversing valve under all operating conditions.•The compressor has the approval to operate as a heat pump within the operating range.Its increased bearing surfaces and improved lubrication system provide excellent reliability even when operated at the heat pump's higher compression ratios.•Low ambient cut-outs are not required to limit heat pump operation.•These Scroll Compressors have internal pressure relief valves which open at a discharge to suction differential pressure of 375 to 450 psi.•No start assist devices are required.Due to the inherent design of the Scroll, the internal compression components always start unloaded even if system pressures are not balanced.•Rated load amps is the value used for contactor and other elec-trical component selection.It is calculated by dividing the max-imum continuous current that the compressor draws under the condition of maximum load operation and the lowest operating voltage by 1.4.See Application Bulletin AE 9-1154 for a detailed explanation.•Complete 50 Hertz performance curves are
