QBK 气动隔膜泵是我公司开发的第三代气动隔膜泵，具有使用寿命长，不会停顿等优点，它既 能抽送流动的液体，又能输送一些不易流动的介质，具有自吸泵、潜水泵、屏蔽泵、泥浆泵和杂质 泵等输送机械的许多优点。
1、不需灌引水，吸程高达 5m．扬程达 70m．出口压力≥6bar。 2、流动宽敞，通过性能好．允许通过最大颗粒直径达 10mm。抽送泥浆、杂质时，对泵磨损甚 微； 3、扬程、流量可通过气阀开度实现无级调节(气压调节在 1~7 bar N 间)4、该泵无旋转部件，没有轴封等抽送的介质与泵的运动部件、工件介质完全隔开，所输送的 介质不会向外泄漏。所以抽送有毒、易发挥或腐蚀性介质时，不会造成环境污染和危害人身安全； 5、不必用电．在易燃、易爆场所使用安全可靠； 6、可以浸没在介质中工作： 7、使用方便、工作可靠、开停只需简单地打开和关闭气体阀门．即使由于意外情况而长时间 无介质运行或突然停机泵也不会因此而损坏．一旦超负荷，泵会自地动停机，具有自我保护性能， 当负荷恢复正常后，又能自动启动运行； 8、结构简单、易损件少，该泵结构简单，安装、维修方便，泵输送的介质不会接触到配气阀， 联杆等运动部件，不象其他类型的泵因转子、活塞、齿轮、叶片等部件的磨损而使性能逐步下降。 9、可输送较粘的液体(粘度在 1 万厘泊以下)： 10、本泵无须用油润滑，即使空转．对泵也无任何影响，这是该泵最大特点。

QBY-40气动隔膜泵铭牌型号，型号：QBY-40气动隔膜泵、适用期压2-7kg/cm²、压缩空气流量8m³/时、吸程7米扬程50米、泵进口直径40mm、泵出口直径32mm、入气口直径10mm解体前检查：检查外部泵体情况，清理油泥、污垢，检查无砂眼、无裂纹、螺栓及零部件确认完好。
确定管泵内无残余压力与介质。
工作原理：空气从进气口进入到空气分配系统，通过大的分配器进入A侧的空气腔（没有被分配器堵住的孔)，膜片带动轴往外推，进口处的单向阀打开吸入介质，同时B侧空气腔的膜片会往里推空气通过排气孔排出，当达到一定位置时B侧膜片内盖会推动空气分配系统的小分配器，气体通过小分配器导入到活塞推动活塞向A侧移动，气体进入B侧空气腔，B侧空气腔的膜片带动轴往外推，进口处单向阀关闭，出口处的单向阀打开介质排出，同时A侧空气腔的膜片会往里推空气通过排气孔排出，来回做往复式运动。
泵解体前的准备工作：梅花扳手、、螺丝刀、清洗剂、擦拭纸若干。
用记号笔在泵的各连接处做好标记，以免回装时发生错误。
拆卸步骤：1、先用扳手拆掉进口和出口弯管。
2、拆除左右两侧的外侧泵体。
3、拆除左右两侧的膜片。
4、拆除左右两侧的内侧泵体。
5、用内六角扳手松掉空气分配系统室的盖子。
6、取出泵轴。
7、取下两个分配器（一大一小）。
8、取下消声器。
清洗与检查：1、检查泵体外观状况，是否有裂纹。
2、检查螺栓是否损坏。
3、检查轴承转动是否良好。
4、检查连杆上的半圆扣件上是否有划痕。
5、检查进、出口单向阀是否良好。
6、检查所有的密封是否损坏。
7、清洗泵体内部、螺栓和各连接面。
回装步骤：1、依次回装空气分配系统的两个分配阀，拧紧盖子。
2、回装泵轴。
3、回装泵体左右两侧的内侧泵体。
4、回装泵体左右两侧的的膜片。
5、回装泵体左右两侧的外侧泵体。
6、回装进口单向阀和弯管。
7、回装出口单向阀和弯管。
8、回装消声器。

QBY3第三代气动隔膜泵使用说明书USE SPECIFICATION一、概述本公司生产的QBY3系列气动隔膜泵是一种新型的输送设备，是目前国内最新颖的泵类。
采用压缩空气为动力源，对于各种腐蚀性液体，带颗粒的液体，高粘度、易挥发、易燃、剧毒的液体，均能抽光吸尽。
本公司生产的隔膜泵共有十一种规格。
进出口尺寸分别为3/8〞(10mm)、1/2〞(15mm)、3/4〞(20mm)、1〞(25mm)、1-1/4〞(32mm)、1-1/2〞(40mm)、2〞(50mm)、2-1/2〞(65mm)、3-1/4〞(80mm)、4〞(100mm)、5〞(125mm), 流体部件材质有：铝合金、铸钢、塑料PP聚丙烯、不锈钢、氟塑料，隔膜根据不同膜片材质分别有：丁晴橡胶、氯丁橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、聚胶、聚醚橡胶、聚酯橡胶、氟橡胶、特氟隆。

二、工作原理QBY3系列气动隔膜泵工作原理：在隔膜泵的两个对称工作腔中，各装有一块有弹性的隔膜，连杆将两块隔膜结成一体，压缩空气从泵的进气接头进入气阀室后，推动两个工作腔的隔膜，驱动连杆联结的隔膜同步运动。
与此同时，另一工作腔内的气体则从其隔膜的背面排出泵外。
当活塞达到行程终点，阀机构则自动的将压缩空气引入另一工作腔，推动隔膜泵朝反向运动，这样就形成了两个隔膜的同步往复运动。
每个工作腔中又设置两个单向球阀，隔膜的往复运动，造成工作腔内容积的改变，随着两个单向球阀交替的开启和关闭，从而使液体连续的吸入和排出。

QBY3系列气动隔膜泵气阀结构取消了传统的“O”形环和柱形阀结构的配气阀。
采用三相先导式，消除了阀死点和泵停机现象。

c. 进气管滤清器( F)可用于去除供空中含有的 有害灰尘和潮气。
机泵得排气可能包含污染物。如果污染物会影 响到你的流体供应, 通风距离应加长。 参见 第9页有关排气通风的内容。
1.确信安装面能支持机泵,软管,和附件的重量, 并能承受操作期间产生的应力。
2.在安装过程中, 应保证已用螺栓将机泵与安 装面直接固定。
3.为便于操作和维修, 安装机泵时应保证气阀 外壳( 2),流体进口和出口的检修空间。
4.橡胶基脚固定件236452可用于降低操作时的 噪音和振动。

2. 在附件和1/2 npt (f)机泵进气口(N)之间安装 接地的空气软管(A)。参见图5。 应使用最小内 径为3/8”(9.5毫米)的空气软管。 在空气软管 (A)的未端用螺钉联接进气管快装联接器(D), 并 将对应的管接头用螺钉固定在进气口的连接柱 上。 在准备操作机泵前, 不要将管接头连接到 联接器(D)上。

隔膜泵靠压缩空⽓驱动。
通过空⽓分配阀和换向轴，最核⼼部件是：“⽓室”，都设置在泵的中⼼部位。
介质流动通过两个汇流管和泵壳，称为“接液部位”。
通常⽌回阀（球型或⽚型）都设置在汇流管的2端，主要靠阀球在实现液体的抽吸，在操作中，空⽓分配阀⾃动分配压缩空⽓给2个独⽴的空⽓腔。
在每次隔膜冲程到底的时候，换向轴改变⽅向，空⽓分配阀把压缩空⽓分配到另外的空⽓腔中，使隔膜朝相反的⽅式运动，于是就形成了两边隔膜不断交替反复运动，从⽽达到吸液和压送的作⽤，由于隔膜泵是靠压缩空⽓驱动的，其对空⽓的质量有要求，必须经过⽓动三联件之类的空⽓过滤器来到除⽔，除空⽓杂质的作⽤，来延长⽓阀，换向轴的寿命。
介质通过隔膜泵时，⽌回阀⼀开⼀关这使得每个泵壳⾥⾯交替地填充和排出，⽌回阀对压⼒差做出反应。
球阀⽌回阀可处理含⼩颗粒的介质，⽽⽚阀⽌回阀可以处理含接近管径尺⼨⼤⼩软颗粒的介质。
