温馨提示:简历应该避免的问题
1、空洞、缺乏事实和数字支持的简历。
如写了很多长处,做事认真,能吃苦耐劳,具有团队精神、创新精神,适应能力强,沟通能力强……等等。
这些空洞的词句HR是比较反感的。
与其写这些,还不如写你做过什么学生工作,组织了什么活动,取得了什么成绩,兼职销售过多少产品、拿过什么奖学金等一些事实和数据。
2、千篇一律、比较模糊的复印件。
让人觉得对应聘企业和岗位并不重视,你的简历也很难得到HR的重视。
3、散文式的简历。
简历象一篇散文或记叙文,看起来很费力,找不出重点,诗情画意的词很多,表示态度的词很多,而事实和数字很少,条理不清楚。
4、装帧精美但内容毫无新意。
也许彩色打印,精美的印刷可以让人从一堆简历中拿出来看一眼,但如果内容不合要求,也要扔到一边,并让人觉得应聘者名不副实。
况且精美装帧的简历一份成本也比较高。
5、花了很多笔墨介绍学校、专业,列出专业课而没有成绩,很少写到个人。
这样的简历只适合从来没有照过大学
生的单位。
对于绝大多数企业HR,他们关心的是应聘者你个人的特点和能力。
