If there is concern over possible environmental damage resulting from the leakage of grease, check for grease stains during regular inspections. Alternatively, install an oil pan or other device to prevent leakage from causing further damage. Oil leakage may lead to problems in the customer’s equipment or products.• If the ambient temperature is low, the motor may take a longer time to startor its speed may drop. This is caused, among others, by an increased friction torque of the oil seal used on the gearhead output shaft. As the motor continues to operate and the sliding part of the oil seal breaks in, the friction torque will drop and the motor will operate at the specified speed.• Direction of rotation of the gearhead output shaftThe motor and gearhead output shaft rotate in opposite directions.• Maximum permissible torqueSince the output torque of the gearhead increases proportionally with the reduction of speed, a high reduction ratio of the gearhead will result in anoutput torque that cannot be taken up by the physical construction of the gearhead. Use gearheads within the maximum permissible torque set for each speed reduction ratio. Also, be sure shaft rotation is not stopped by an external force or load obstruction. The resulting shock may damage the gearhead.• Permissible overhung load and permissible thrust load“Overhung load” refers to load placed on the output shaft of the gearhead in a direction perpendicular to the shaft as shown in the Figure below. The “Thrust load” is a load applied in the axial direction of the output shaft. 1、检查电机动力线U,V,W 是否相间短路或对地短路,以及编码器线是否正常连接。
对地短路测量方法,用万用表,调到蜂鸣状态,此时如果电路相同就会发出蜂鸣值,分别用万用表的一端接地线,另一端分别测U V W三根线,看看是否想通,如果相通,那么很有可能就是电机除了问题,只能返厂维修,但这种几率是很低的。
如果不通的话,检查其他线路,是否连接好。
然后从新上电。
看看是否报警消除。
2、散热片温度高,检查电压,看看是否稳定,因为如果在高压报警和正常电压直接跳动,可能会造成模块过热。
例如電壓是226~241v之間一直跳動,排除后,关闭电源,30秒后重新上电如果报警依旧出现,可能内部功率模块损坏,请更换伺服放大器。

基本结构:触头(主动/静触头、辅助动/静触头、触头弹簧)、电磁机构(铁芯、磁轭、线圈、衔铁和反作用弹簧)、灭弧装置(多数为采用陶瓷或石棉材料等制成的灭弧罩和采用金属片组成的灭弧栅)。
.动作原理:电磁机构的线圈通电后,产生电磁力,克服反作用弹簧的作用力将衔铁吸合并带动触头。
当线圈断电或电信号(如电压)小到一定值时,在反作用力弹簧的作用下衔铁释放。
作用:磁力接触器是继电-接触器控制系统中最重要和最常用的控制电气件之一,它用于主电路控制,用于接通、断开大的负载电路(如电动机等)。
使用注意事项:交流电磁接触器,如果衔铁卡住或衔铁吸合不紧密以及操作频率过高很容易将线圈烧毁,所以保养后的接触器要用手按动电磁机构检查是否灵活。
1、说说电路图分类和组成。

• 請勿在爆炸性環境、可燃性氣體環境、腐蝕性環境、容易沾水的場所以及可燃物附近使用本產品, 否則有可能引起火災、觸電或致傷。 • 安裝、接線、運行·操作、檢查·故障診斷等作業請由有適當資格的人實施,否則有可能引起火災、 觸電、致傷或造成機器破損。 • 請勿在通電狀態下進行移動、安裝、接線和檢查作業。請切斷電源後再進行作業,否則有可能引起 觸電。 • 請不要在昇降設備上使用。驅動器的保護功能一旦作用,馬達就會停止,可動部落下,有可能致傷 或造成機器破損。 • 驅動器的保護功能起作用時,請先排除原因,然後再解除保護功能。不排除原因而繼續運轉,就會 使馬達、驅動器出現錯誤動作,有可能致傷或引起機器破損。 • 馬達(減速機) 、驅動器請按指定的組合使用,否則有可能引起火災·觸電或機器破損。 • 馬達、驅動器只能使用在等級Ⅰ的機器上,否則有可能引起觸電。 • 請將馬達、驅動器安裝在框體內,否則有可能引起觸電或致傷。 • 安裝時,請務必將馬達、驅動器的保護接地端子接地,否則有可能引起觸電。 • 請按照接線圖確實地進行接線,否則有可能引起火災或觸電。 • 請勿強行彎曲、拉扯或夾住電纜線,否則有可能引起火災或觸電。 • 請勿對馬達電纜線、中繼電纜線進行加工或改造,否則有可能引起火災或觸電。 • 請遵守指定的電纜線尺寸,否則有可能引起火災。 • 請遵守端子台的螺絲的安裝力矩,否則有可能引起火災或造成機器破損。 • 請務必遵守驅動器的電源輸入電壓定格範圍,否則有可能引起火災或觸電。 • CC-Link 系統出現通訊異常時,請通過主站的使用說明書或本手冊確認 CC-Link 系統或驅動器的狀 態。另外,請使用通訊狀態的資訊,通過程序程式構成聯鎖回路,使包括驅動器在內的系統能夠朝 安全側運轉。 • 進行保養·檢查時,請務必切斷電源,否則有可能引起觸電。 • 進行絕緣電阻測定、絕緣耐壓試驗時,請不要碰觸馬達.驅動器,否則有可能引起觸電。 • 切斷電源後的短時間內(3 分鐘以內或 CHARGE LED 熄滅)請勿碰觸驅動器的接線端子,否則有 可能因殘餘電壓而引起觸電。 • 請定期檢查驅動器的開口部是否積有塵埃,否則有可能引起火災。 • 請勿對馬達(減速機) 、驅動器進行拆解或改造,否則有可能引起觸電、致傷或機器破損。要檢查或 修理內部時,請與台灣東方馬達股份有限公司聯繫。
• 請將製品安裝在框體內,並採取措施避免人手直接接觸。 • 在人手有可能觸及製品時,請務必進行接地保護。請將馬達、驅動器的保護端子確實地進行接地。

2 安全注意事項
• 使用馬達(減速機) 、驅動器時,請勿超過其規格值。否則有可能引起觸電、火災、致傷或機器破損。 • 請勿將物體插入驅動器的開口部中,否則有可能引起火災、觸電或致傷。 • 運轉中或停止後短時間內,請勿碰觸馬達(減速機) 、驅動器,否則有可能因馬達(減速機) 、驅動 器表面的高溫而引起燙傷。 • 搬運時請勿利用馬達(減速機)的出力軸、電纜線,否則有可能致傷。 • 馬達、驅動器的周圍請勿堆放妨礙通風的障礙物,否則有可能引起機器破損。 • 請勿空手碰觸馬達出力軸(鍵槽、切齒部) ,否則有可能致傷。 • 馬達(齒輪軸)和減速機相組裝時,注意勿將手指等挾在馬達和減速機之間,否則有可能致傷。 • 馬達(減速機) 、驅動器請確實地固定在安裝板上,否則由於落下有可能造成機器破損。 • 馬達(減速機)的旋轉部(出力軸)上請安裝防護罩,否則有可能致傷。 • 將馬達(減速機)安裝在機器上時,注意勿將手指等挾在機器和馬達或機器和減速機之間,否則有 可能致傷。 • 請確實地將負載安裝在馬達出力軸上,否則有可能致傷。 • 發生裝置故障或動作異常時,請在外部安裝能使裝置整體安全緊急停止裝置或緊急停止電路。否則 有可能致傷。 • 出現異常時,請立即停止運轉、切斷驅動器的電源,否則有可能引起火災、觸電或致傷。 • 運轉中請勿碰觸旋轉部(出力軸) ,否則有可能致傷。 • 馬達即使處於正常的運轉狀態,有時其表面溫度也會超過 70 °C。人有可能接近運 轉中的馬達時,請在顯眼的位置張貼如下圖所示的警告標誌,否則有可能引起燙傷。 • 馬達(減速機)及驅動器報廢時,請盡可能將其拆解,作為工業廢棄物實施處理。
