二维近场衍射的矢量角谱衍射理论的有效性

【摘要】The two - dimensional near - field diffraction is studied in this paper according to the vector angular spectrum theory and the finite - difference time - domain method. The mechanisms of two methods are analyzed theoretically, and the integral expression and the difference relation for the electric components and the magnetic components are given. The near - field diffraction of the narrow slit is calculated numerically, and the results show that there are some difference between the diffraction distributions obtained according to the vector angular spectrum theory and the finite - difference time - domain method. The reasonable explanation is also given in this paper.%笔者依据时域有限差分法和矢量角谱理论研究了二维电磁场的近场衍射.理论分析了时域有限差分法和矢量角谱理论的机理,给出了电磁场量间的微分与积分关系,数值计算了狭缝的近场衍射,并将矢量角谱理论的结果与时域有限差分法进行了比较.结果表明矢量角谱理论在分析狭缝的近场衍射时存在偏差,笔者并对这一偏差给出了合理的解释.
