职位概要Position Summary:
◆To maintain the upkeep and cleanliness of F&B outlets, Functions, Offices, and public areas
not covered by stewarding and gardener, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to the standard required by our hotel.
负责打扫和维持会议室、餐厅、办公室、多功能厅和其他区域(不包含厨房管事部及花园)的卫生,以高水平的卫生保证客人最大程度的满足。
主要职责Key Responsibility:
◆To attend all meetings and trainings as required
参加所有要求的会议和培训。
◆To act on all decisions, departmental meetings, programs and schedules decided by the public
area supervisor.
执行和跟进所有由公区主管制定的决策,部门会议,计划等目标
◆Ensures that he/she is familiarized with in-house facilities for the purpose of assisting guests.
熟悉酒店每一处的设备,方便帮助客人。
◆Maintains appropriate standards and discipline for dress, hygiene, uniform and appearance
员工在仪容仪表和礼貌礼节方面要有一个正确的标准和制度。
◆Cleans all public areas , heart-of the house ,restaurants ,corridors, toilets, locker rooms ,offices
as assigned and keep operating equipment well maintained and clean .
负责清理所有的工作区域,餐厅,走廊,更衣室和各个办公室,保持所使用机器的正常运做和保养。
◆Turns in all lost and found items.
注意客人的遗留物品。
◆Report to the public Area Supervisor of any malfunctioning equipment and extra work that
needs to be done
向公区的主管报告一切有关机器的故障和需要做的额外工作。

◆Experience in the PA attendant preferred
具有PA服务员工作经验者优先
