一开始跑的时候,哎呀,可真累啊,感觉腿都不是自己的了。

但是慢慢地,我越跑越带劲,那种汗水顺着脸颊流淌下来的感觉,竟然让我觉得特别爽。

我一边跑,一边看着路边的风景,那些平时被我忽略的花花草草,此刻都变得格外生动。

我看到一只小狗在路边好奇地看着我,好像在说:“这人在干啥呢,跑个不停。

”我还看到一位老爷爷坐在长椅上,微笑着给我竖起了大拇指,好像在鼓励我继续加油。

跑着跑着,我觉得自己仿佛和这个世界融为一体了,所有的烦恼都被我甩在了身后。

我就这么痴迷地跑着,一天又一天。

每次跑完,我都觉得自己充满了能量,干什么都特别有劲儿。

现在,跑步已经成了我生活中不可或缺的一部分。

不管是清晨还是傍晚,不管是晴天还是雨天,我都要出去跑一跑。

它让我变得更加健康,也让我更加热爱生活。

上一次,我被老爸臭骂了一顿,我伤心地开起电视机,正好听见
电视里的人说:“想哭就去跑步,让汗水把眼泪都蒸发掉,这样会好
受些。

”听完这句话,我立即下楼去跑步了。

我看着天空跑步,天上的云忽然变成了小人儿,好像在为我加油。

跑完之后,我满身大汗跑了回去。

一进家门就看见老爸正气呼呼地坐在沙发上看电视,还翘着二郎腿呢!
此时,余兴未尽的我便和老爸打了个招呼:“怎么啦?老爸,伤心啊,伤心就去跑步吧!跑步会让你把所有不开心的事都抛到九霄云
外!”老爸还没回过神来,我就把他手中的手机抢了过来,兜在口袋里,又去跑步了。

我一边听歌一边跑步,一会儿快跑,一会儿慢跑,一会儿正着跑,一会儿倒着跑。

我觉得一个人跑不过瘾,就把我的伙伴们全都召集起来,去学校的操场上比赛。

她们都是骑单车去的,只有我是跑着去的,我没想到
我着两条腿,竟然能跑过两个轮子的单车,伙伴们都惊叹不已。

到了操场,她们把单车放一边,都站在了起跑线上。

前面的同学有的发挥不错,有的无情地被判处“死刑”。

终于轮到我了,“嘘~~”老师吹哨子,我像离了弦的箭似的冲了出去。

跑完两圈后,我发现腿有点体力不支了。

命甩动两条手臂,抬起脚跟,迈着机械的步子,坚持不懈地跑着。


面有的同学在为我们倒计时“五、四、三、二、一”我冲过了终点“1分59秒”李老师说到。

耶!我终于及格了。

此时心中的这块大石头终于落下了。

从此,我喜欢上了跑步这一项运动。

小学三年级时,体育不太好的我突然接到了这样一个任务。

下课时,老师跟我说:“运动会马上就要开始了,我希望你能为班级跑

可是没办法,老师已经把
名单报上去了。

到了第二个星期,运动会如期举行了。

一声枪响,我们都像离弦的箭一样冲了出去,风在我
耳旁呼呼地吹过。

不出我所料,还没有跑满200米,我就不行了。


喘着气,肚子也开始疼了,我真的好想停下来。

偶尔瞅见我身后的同
学一个个超过了我,我想:不行,我不想当最后一名,我得快点跑。

可是身子就是不听使唤,反而越跑越慢。

终于,只剩下最后一圈了,我这才发现,我已经是最后了。

不行,我要坚持,我要坚持。

于是我闭上眼睛,奋力向前跑着,同学们的喊
叫声也在我耳边渐渐远去,模糊。

只有风声愈来愈大。

当我邮睁开眼
睛时,已经快到终点了,我看到那根标志着终点的红线了,是那么清
晰。

不一会,我冲过了终点,到在了地上。

老师过来说:“好样的!” 
我笑了,我从来都没有这么如释重负,也从来没有这么快乐,虽
然没有得到名次,但我也真的很自豪,我学会了坚持,我懂得了超越
自我,我现在才知道,原来跑步是这么快乐的一件事!
