哎，谁让我平日里仅有"舞文弄墨"的机会呢！此刻操着把大菜刀，就运转不灵了。
足足切了五六分钟，还差点把手指也当韭菜给切了呢。
最终，我往锅中倒入一些油，打开煤气开关。
"嘿！"此刻能够下锅了。
我把韭菜茎先倒入锅中。
只听"吱磂"一声，把我吓了一大跳，我立刻拿起铲子。

妈妈告诉我，要想包出一个鼓囊囊的饺子，首先馅儿要多，但也不能够要太多，这样饺子到煮的时候就很容易漏汤。
还有就是要把它旁边的那个褶捏好，首先把馅儿放入饺子里，在饺子皮的周围一圈涂上水，把中间粘合，将左边的空隙做成双三角，粘合，右边也是如此。
包了大概半个小时，好不容易把50个饺子包好了。
看看时间，还不到吃午饭，我看到地上有点脏了，我决定扫地我拿着扫把，把家里的桌子下头，椅子底下都扫了个遍，之后，又把家里的每个角落扫一遍，扫完以后，我腰酸背痛，想起了妈妈平时在家里劳动，那也是很辛苦的呀！想到那里，我决定再把地拖一拖。
我又开始拖地，拖地也不容易啊，要用很大的力气才能够把地上的那些渣渣给弄干净。
最终，我拿了一块抹布，把家里的桌子椅子以及所有家具都擦了一遍，这也不是一件容易的事情。
之后，妈妈回来了，看到我把家里的所有地方都打扫了一遍，还做好了中午饭，表扬我真是一个不错的小当家！我听了，心里也乐滋滋的，因为只要付出了，就会有收获。
今日我当家作文（三）：今日我当家我真想尝一尝当家的滋味，可是……“琳琳，今日妈妈要跟旅游团出去学开车，你今日就当一次家吧！＂妈妈着急的跟我说。

时间飞快，十一点了。
我想：等我拖完地再焖米饭。
待我拖完地，十一点半了，我急忙盛了三勺米放入大碗里，投几遍后倒入电饭锅。
再放上一指高水，按下煮饭键。
做完这些后，我累的腰酸背痛腿抽筋，像块豆腐一样软软的趴了下来。
妈妈回来后夸奖了我。
我体会到了妈妈的辛苦。
我下定决心要帮妈妈多干点活。

今日我当家作文（五）：今日我当家妈妈每一天忙里忙外的，还把我们这个家照顾的仅仅有条，今日我也要体会下当家的感觉。
一大早我就早早起床了，平时都是妈妈叫我起床的，今日我看妈妈还没起来，赶快洗洗去叫爸妈起床了。
等妈妈洗漱好了，我带妈妈下楼吃早点，今日我给妈妈安排的早饭是豆浆加锅贴，这是妈妈喜欢吃的。
早饭就这么草草的解决了，我的当家一天顺利开场了！吃完早饭，接下来该去买菜了。
妈妈陪我来到菜场，我打算今日吃红烧子排，所以一到菜场就去肉摊挑了一大块子排。

回到家，做饭时间还早，我该干什么呢？想想妈妈平时都干些什么的，对了，打扫卫生吧，先从整理房间开始。
我先把桌上的东西收拾整齐，然后找来扫帚把家里扫了一遍，之后用抹布把桌子椅子上的灰尘擦干净，最终再把地板拖干净，做好这些我感觉累死了。
做饭时间到了，淘米做饭难不倒我，我顺利的就把米饭在电饭锅里煮上了。
可是我的烹饪技术实在不能让妈妈放心，所以我只能做妈妈的下手帮妈妈洗菜。
在妈妈的大力配合和帮忙下，我们中午准备了四菜一汤：红烧子排.盐水虾.青菜.炒山药.紫菜蛋汤。
由于午时我要上课，所以晚饭就由妈妈自我安排了，我的当家一天到此结束了。
虽然只当了半天的家，我已经感觉实在太不容易了，我此刻才明白，就一天的时间，想要照顾好一家人，原先要做那么多事情，并且每一件事都不容易做好。
妈妈年复一年，日复一日的为我们这个家操劳，实在太不辛苦了，我以后有空必须要多帮妈妈分担点我力所能及的事。
今日我当家作文（六）：“叮铃铃、叮铃铃……”刺耳的闹铃声把我从晨梦中惊醒。
迷迷糊糊中，我揉了揉睡意惺忪的双眼，翻了个身，想继续做完被吵醒的美梦。

最终，我决定买些排骨、鸽蛋，还有包心菜和花菜。
一回到家我就忙开了，淘米、洗菜、搞卫生……劳作时间排得满满当当、毫无间隙，我也忙得筋疲力尽、焦头烂额。
可是，能当家作主的感觉让我兴奋得不亦乐乎。
不知不觉到了中午，我得张罗午饭了。
真是“不做不明白，一做吓一跳”，平时认为很简单的起个火都把我难住了。
我不管把煤气灶开关怎样拧，电火花就是点不着，急得我像“热锅上的蚂蚁——团团转”，不知所措。
辛亏妈妈及时伸出救援之手，帮我点着了火。
一切准备就绪后，我在妈妈的指导下做了两素一荤：黑木耳炒花菜，水煮包心菜，还有红烧排骨。
最让我有成就感的就是做红烧排骨了。
我先细心翼翼地把菜油倒入热锅中，很快，热油就像一群调皮的孩子汇聚在一齐，沸腾着、爆溅着，吓得我缩手缩脚，赶紧闭上了眼睛。
可是，我还是硬着头皮、咬咬牙，把排骨用迅雷不及掩耳之势倒入油锅里，急急忙忙用铲子翻炒了几下，然后立即加入水、盐和酱油，盖上锅盖用文火焖烧。
过了好一会儿，掀开锅盖，一盘香喷喷的红烧排骨就立马出锅了。
望着这垂涎欲滴的排骨，我心里比吃了蜜还甜。
午饭吃好了，我抢着收盘洗碗。
等我把厨房整理干净后，已经快午时一点了。
这时，我才觉到筋疲力尽，真想立刻倒在床上睡觉。
可是，不能休息，还有一大堆脏衣服等着我去洗呢。
我拖着疲惫的身子来到阳台上，把脏衣服全部扔进洗衣盆里。
之后，往盆里放满了水，衣服立刻膨胀起来，像是充满了气的“大胖子”漂浮在水面上。
倒入适量洗衣液，我就卷起衣袖，东擦西抹，一股冰冷刺骨的寒流直往手心里钻，冷得我直打哆嗦，双手也冻得通红。
怪不得妈妈手上冬天总是生冻疮，我最终体会到了妈妈平时做家务的辛苦了。
最终将衣服搓洗漂净了，我一件件拿起拧干，挂到衣架上晾干。
晾完了，我感到一阵阵腰酸背痛，双手也像失去了知觉似的。
晚上，我疲惫不堪地躺在床上，心想，我忙活了半天就已经这么累了，爸爸妈妈每一天都在为这个家辛辛苦苦地操劳着，用勤劳和汗水换来我家的幸福生活，他们真是太不容易了。

当家，意味着我就是这个家最主要的人物了。
要当好家，首先要做一个周全的计划，不能忽略任何一个人，还必须要有任劳任怨的精神。
“嘟嘟”闹钟响了，我一看：6点整，于是急忙穿好衣裤、鞋子，匆匆走出家门，去张罗一家人的早餐。
秋风已经带着丝丝寒意，我来到附近的小吃店买了8个包子，又准备了些小菜，有榨菜、咸菜、花生。
回到家，把榨菜、咸菜切成丁，盛入一个个小蝶中。
我们一家人都喜欢喝粥，我又煮下了一大锅白米粥。
大约过了半个小时，粥煮好了，一切准备就绪。
妈妈、爸爸、表弟也都来准备吃早饭了。
我把早饭端上去，他们津津有味地吃了起来，看着他们其乐融融的样貌，我想，他们对早饭必须还比较满意。
我心里乐滋滋的，感到了当家的欢乐。
早饭的问题解决了，但时间过得很快，等我收拾了早餐的碗筷，打扫了一下卫生，已经是9：30分了，又该准备中午饭了。
妈妈把50元钱交在我手上，我心里有些犯难：众口难调啊，怎样才能使大家吃得欢乐呢？我一边盘算，一边来到超市里，呵呵，那里的蔬菜、食品琳琅满目，弄得我有些不知所措。
经过我一番精挑细选，我买下了鸡翅、土豆回家。
我设想着大家美滋滋地在品尝着我做的美味时，心里很是兴奋。
回到家，洗刷干净，就开始烧了。
一番慢火细炸，浓郁的香味弥漫了整间房子。
刚出锅，大家就争先恐后地吃起来，突然，我发现一向斯文的表弟在墙角抽泣，一看，原先鸡翅少了一根。
妈妈看见了，对我劈头盖面的一阵责怪，我心里很不是滋味，“辛辛苦苦炸鸡翅，却遭来一阵责怪。
