外国人租房子的常用英语
1. Do you want to buy or rent?
你想买还是想租？
一般 walk in 的外国客人很少想买，一般都是租的比较多，虽然这样，我们还是要礼貌地问一句：先生，你想买还是租呢？
2. For how many people?
How many people will live in the apartment?
多少人住？
这句可以问出他们大概要多少房多少厅的，有多少人合租？试探他们一下，外国人也会分摊房租，人多的话出的价钱也可能比较高。
3. How many bedrooms do you need?
想要多少房的？
bedrooms 指的是睡房，其实就是我们中国人说的房间了，知道了客户的需求后就能找盘了。

有没有什么特殊要求？
礼貌地问一下客人有没有什么特殊要求，因为有时一些客人是会有一些奇怪的要求的。
一般这样问之后客人会告诉你他想要高楼层的，或是窗口对着山或花园的，或是其他的一些要求。
