远程教育的弊端

Long-distance education is a kind of new-style modern education, which has become more and more popular. The reasons for the popularity of long-distance education can be listed as follows.

In the first place, long-distance education makes it possible for people in remote places to learn the subjects that they are interested in. In the second place, long-distance education helps people save time and energy as they needn’t spend time on taking bus or staying at school. People can conveniently study at home by using computers. Last but not least, people have a wider range of choices as to the teachers and lessons, because they can listen to the best lessons by the best teachers in the country, or even in the world. However, there are also many disadvantages of long-distance education. Firstly, long-distance education lakes sufficient interaction between teachers and students. The discussion among students will be less too. Besides, students’ problems cannot be solved instantly.

As far as I am concerned, we should develop long-distance education. Meanwhile, more good programs to correct the disadvantages should be designed.
