最大推力由移动负载质量和最大加速度大小决定。

推力 = 总质量 x 加速度 + 摩擦力 + 外界应力例子:当移动负载是2.5千克(包含动子),所需加速度为30m/s²时,那么,电机将产生75N的力(假设,摩擦力和外界应力忽略不计)。

通常,我们不知道实际加速度需求,但是,我们有电机运行实际要求。

给定的运行行程距离和所需要的行程时间,由此可以计算出所需要的加速度。

一般来说,对于短行程,推荐使用三角形速度模式,即无匀速运动,长行程的话,梯形速度模式更有效率。

在三角形速度模式中,电机的运动是没有匀速段的。

三角模式加速度为Acceleration = 4 x Distance / Travel_Time²梯形模式需要提前设置匀速的速度值,由此可以推算出加速度。

加速度 = 匀速 / (运动时间–位移 / 匀速)同理,减速度的计算与加速度的计算是类似的,特殊情况是存在一个不平衡的力(例如重力)作用在电机上。

通常情况下,为了维持匀速过程和停滞阶段,摩擦力和外界应力也要考虑进来,为了维持匀速,电机会对抗摩擦力和外界应力,电机停止时则会对抗外界应力。

持续推力计算公式持续推力的计算公式如下:RMSForce = 持续推力Fa = 加速度力Fc = 匀速段力Fd = 减速度力Fw = 停滞力Ta = 加速时间Tc = 匀速时间Td = 减速时间Tw = 停滞时间又最大推力和持续推力进行电机的选择。

一般情况下,应该将安全系数设置为20~30%,从而抵消外界应力和摩擦力。

例子电机需要在三角模式下,在0.2秒内,把4kg的负载移动0.3米。

电机在同行程中,返程之前停滞时间为0.15秒。

Loosen setscrews in collar and slide bearings on shaft. Ifforce is necessary, tap inner race only with a light drift. For vertical applications, locate adjusting nut on bearing so nut faces upward.3. Position expansion (floating) pillow block on mountingsurface and tighten base hold-down bolts.4. Position non-expansion (fixed) pillow block in correct relationto shaft and mounting surface. However, extra protection is necessary if the bearing is subjected to excessive moisture, dust, corrosive vapor or other harsh environments. In these cases, the bearing should contain as much grease as speed will permit (a full bearing with consequent slight leakage through the seal is the best protection against contaminant entry).For relubrication, select a grease that is compatible with a lithium or lithium complex grease. The following table is a general guide for normal operating conditions. However, some situations may require a change in lubricating periods as dictated by experience.Normal Operation — This bearing has been greased at the factory and is ready to run. If excess grease in the bearing causes overheating, it will be necessary to remove grease fitting (also drain plug when furnished) to permit excess grease to escape. The bearing has been greased at the factory and is ready to run. When establishing a relubrication schedule, note that a small amount of grease at frequent intervals is preferable to a large amount at infrequent intervals.Operation in Presence of Dust, Water or Corrosive Vapors — Under these conditions the bearing should contain as much grease as speed will permit, since a full bearing with consequent slight leakage is the best protection against entrance of foreign material. In the higher speed ranges too much grease will cause overheating — see “High Speed Operation” above. In the lower speed ranges it is advisable to add extra grease to a new bearing before putting into operation. Bearings should be greased as often as necessary (daily if required) to maintain a slight leakage at the seals.Operating Temperature — Abnormal bearing temperature may indicate faulty lubrication. Normal temperature may range from a few degrees up to 100ºF above ambient, depending on bearing size, speed, loading and environmental conditions. Unusually high temperature, in this range, accompanied by excessive leakage of grease indicates too much grease. In the circumstance that there is excess grease in the bearing, remove the grease fitting to allow the excess grease to purge. When purging ceases, wipe excess grease with a clean rag and screw fitting back into the bearing. High temperature with no grease showing at the seals, particularly if the bearing seems noisy, usually indicates too little grease. DODGE bearings have been lubricated at the factory with an NLGI #2 lithium complex base grease. Relubricate with lithium complex-base grease or a grease which is compatible with original lubricant and suitable for roller bearing service. In unusual or doubtful cases the recommendation of a reputable grease manufacturer should be secured.Storage or Special Shutdown — If exposed to wet or dusty conditions or to corrosive vapors, extra protection is necessary. Add grease until it shows at the seals; rotate the bearing to distribute grease; cover the bearing. After storage or idle period, add a little fresh grease before running. 美国葆德Baldor各种电机的工作原理及应用一、伺服电动机伺服电动机广泛应用于各种控制系统中,能将输入的电压信号转换为电机轴上的机械输出量,拖动被控制元件,从而达到控制目的。

伺服电动机有直流和交流之分:早的伺服电动机是一般的直流电动机,在控制精度不高的情况下,才采用一般的直流电机做伺服电动机。

目前的直流伺服电动机从结构上讲,就是小功率的直流电动机,其励磁多采用电枢控制和磁场控制,但通常采用电枢控制。

直流伺服电动机在机械特性上能够很好的满足控制系统的要求,但是由于换向器的存在,存在以下不足:换向器与电刷之间易产生火花,干扰驱动器工作,不能应用在有可燃气体的场合电刷和换向器存在摩擦,会产生较大的死区结构复杂,维护比较困难交流伺服电动机本质上是一种两相异步电动机,其控制方法主要有三种:幅值控制、相位控制和幅相控制。

一般地,伺服电动机要求电动机的转速要受所加电压信号的控制;转速能够随着所加电压信号的变化而连续变化;电动机的反映要快、体积要小、控制功率要小。

二、步进电动机所谓步进电动机就是一种将电脉冲转化为角位移的执行机构。

更通俗一点讲:当步进驱动器接收到一个脉冲信号,它就驱动步进电机按设定的方向转动一个固定的角度。

我们可以通过控制脉冲的个数来控制电机的角位移量,从而达到定位的目的;同时还可以通过控制脉冲频率来控制电动机转动的速度和加速度,从而达到调速的目的。

目前,比较常用的步进电动机包括反应式步进电动机(VR)、永磁式步进电动机(PM)、混合式步进电动机(HB)和单相式步进电动机等。

步进电动机和普通电动机的区别主要就在于其脉冲驱动的形式,正是这个特点,步进电动机可以和现代的数字控制技术相结合。

但步进电动机在控制精度、速度变化范围、低速性能方面都不如传统闭环控制的直流伺服电动机;所以主要应用在精度要求不是特别高的场合。

由于步进电动机具有结构简单、可靠性高和成本低的特点,所以步进电动机广泛应用在生产实践的各个领域;尤其是在数控机床制造领域,由于步进电动机不需要A/D 转换,能够直接将数字脉冲信号转化成为角位移,所以一直被认为是理想的数控机床执行元件。

概况
什么是直线伺服电机?
科尔摩根公司 PLATINUM® DDL 系列电机是无框架三相永磁 无刷伺服电机。在结构上,直线电机是由一台旋转电机沿 径向剖开,拉直演变而成。
反馈类型:
所有无刷电机均需要用于换向的反馈。常规旋转电机通常 利用一个安装在电机后面的旋变或一体化安装在线圈绕组 上的霍耳效应装置。对于一台直线电机,也可通过各种方 法实现换向反馈。 科尔摩根公司可提供适合 PLATINUM® DDL 系列直线电机的数字型或线性霍耳效应装置,与旋转 电机一样,驱动电子器件实现直线电机换向。
永磁无刷旋转电机的两个基本部件是定子(初级线圈)和转 子(次级线圈或旋转的永磁体)。在无刷直线电机中,将转 子沿径向剖开并拉直,则成为永磁体轨道(也称为永磁体 总成)。将旋转电机的初级线圈沿径向剖开并拉直,则成为 线圈总成(也称为滑块)。在大多数无刷直线电机的应用中, 通常是永磁体总成保持静止,线圈总成运动,其原因是这 两个部件线圈总成的质量相对小。但有时将此种布置反过 来会更有利并完全可以接受。 在这两种情况中,基本电磁 工作原理是相同的,并且与旋转电机 完全一样。

3. Communication Error Codes
Current communication status is displayed in the System Menu of the UniOP. The error status is described by a message and a numeric error code. The number shows the code of the current communication error and, if the communication is correct, the code of the last error encountered. When the error code 0 is shown, it means there have been no communication errors since this system start-up.

Take a rotary motor, split it radially along its axis of rotation and flatten it out. The result is a flat linear motor that produces direct linear force instead of torque. Why? Torque is force at a distance. Removing the distance (axis of rotation) leaves direct linear force. It follows that linear motors utilize the same controls as rotary motors. And similar to a rotary motor with rotary encoders, linear motor positioning is provided by a linear encoder.

A variation of the linear motor is the tubular linear motor. This design rolls up the motor about an axis parallel to its length. This results in a “noncommutated” motor. Designs are available with either a moving coil or moving magnets.
The same electromagnetic force that produces torque in a rotary motor also produces direct force in a linear motor. For example, a permanent magnet DC linear motor is similar to a permanent magnet DC rotary motor and an AC induction linear motor is similar to a squirrel cage induction motor.
